I have used many. Care company's in my time and had problems with many that.didnt understand a disability or treat me kindly. I approached Good oaks and was really happy with the person who came out to see me. Lovely caring person. I have since had 2 different carers and found them to actually care and treat me kindly and with respect. This is the only company I will call everytime I need someone they are what I can actually call a 'CARE' company. Their fees are reasonable as well and I can highly recommend them

Since mum in law was widowed in March, GoodOaks have meant she can continue to live in her familiar home. She has received caring, sympathetic and effective support.

Good Oaks New Forest came into our lives at a time when I had already tried so many care providers in our area. None of them seemed to truly understand or meet my son's complex needs, until Good Oaks.They provide exceptional care for my son, who is disabled and has profound learning disabilities. The staff are not only well-trained and professional but they are also kind, patient and genuinely care for his wellbeing. My carer is very attentive and caring, she is excellent. She focuses on my needs, she is patient with me & always puts my needs first. I am disabled and my carer is always conscious of my situation. I don't know how I would cope without GoodOaks Homecare.

The carers are very kind.the service is reliable and meets my needs.some of the carers are better at putting in my eye drops than others. They give me the support I ask for. They will do anything.

The Quality of Care from GoodOaks has been excellent. We were nervous at first, having a Live-In-Carer for our Mum but due to their kindness and empathy for her situation, she has developed a strong and trusting friendship with them. They provide her not only with the physical support she needs but also support her emotionally, during the difficult times. They are genuine lovely people who really go above and beyond to care for our Mum. A special "Thank You" goes to them !

The rotas are well populated and I have been kept informed at all stages of the transition process.

My father is receiving visits from Good Oaks and I have been super impressed by the level of service. He is happy with the care he is receiving as they are going above and beyond including supporting him with tasks such as setting up his blood pressure machine. I live a long distance away from my father, but the team at Good Oaks having been keeping me updated about everything and will call or email if anything happens or I need to know anything. I am really happy with the excellent care they are providing and the level of communication with me.

I needed a reliable early morning service and these providers have done this for me consistently. The carers are pleasant, well-trained, efficient and tidy. The administrative staff are helpful and supportive, going out of their way to arrange extra visits when required. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Good Oaks care team has formed a very good relationship with my father. They have been professional and caring at all times and have shown flexibility when problems have arisen. Our regular carers have provided consistency, practical support and positivity in their everyday dealings with my father.

I have been trying to get in live voice contact for a few weeks. I have sent emails. I am trying to pay by direct debit. I keep asking for direct debit information. It has now been a month. No information.
