A very big thank you to all the wonderful staff at GoodOaks. From the initial point of contact with the admin team to the daily visits by the lovely carers, they took great care of my godmother while her regular carers were away for 6 weeks. I have been very impressed with the service that they provide and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly be using them again.

From the initial conversation with the office, the communication was very good and Nadia exemplary in meeting with us and understanding what was needed. The GoodOaks care team in East Dorset have now been looking after my mother for 12 months. They are a very professional outfit and are constantly in touch with me updating her care plan whenever necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care arrangements for themselves, their relatives or their friends.

GoodOaks came to our rescue when my husband became incontinent and could not sleep at night. GoodOaks provided excellent overnight waking care through a series of helpful, understanding and personal carers. This allowed me to sleep so I could care in the day. We extended that to daily help for washing, dressing and toileting as his condition declined. Management never let me down to instal extra help. Management also did not charge for sudden change of plans when my husband went into care. A compassionate and understanding approach.

A very professional and friendly service that has helped me back to caring for myself. I looked forward to the carers coming and welcomed their care.

I would not recommend GoodOaks for anything other than simple care nee-ds.

At present, my uncle is stubbornly resistant to accepting more help, particularly with personal care. However, we are aware that Goodoaks staff would be able to amend his care package accordingly at short notice should the need arise.

Good Oaks Care Team provided dual support for my Farther and his partner on a daily basis assisting with getting ready for the day ahead, then an evening visit to cook a hot meal plus dispensing medicine. The care and support provided by the whole team enabled them to stay at home was very much appreciated by all. When my father had an accident at home they went over and above, staying until the ambulance arrived and ensuring all were safe and cared for, keeping contact with the family and looking after them both really well. We are pleased with the overall warm caring support provided to our family.
