we are very happy with the service provided. the girls are all competent and very friendly. they arrive on time.
we would highly recommend good oaks to family and friends
they tidy the wetroom after johns shower and leave it as I would like it.

As a relative new comer needing 'carers', so far I have found to be friendly, caring and very willing to please. My needs at present are not personal but help with keeping the home clean and particularly bed changing and remaking. The office staff and management very professional. Thank you.

Good Oaks has been a game changer for my 100 year old Nan and her dementia. The change in just a week - she is happier brighter and more engaged. The team are so patient and take the time to build the trust with their patients and really understand the challenges with dementia

Very caring company nothing is too much trouble they are always ready to help. The management are always on call to sort out any problems + they are all approachable + easy to reach at their office. The carers are well trained + are always cheerful + are always helpful to both client + family. Good
time keeping + if any delays the office will ring to let client or family know. Very good value for money.

My father is a fiercely independent man who always did things for himself. Since my mother passed away 2 years ago, he had become very lonely but would still refuse any help. I am so grateful to the Manager and experienced carers who have treated him with complete respect and empathy allowing him to
maintain his independence with some assistance once a day. No amount of positive praise is enough for GoodOaks and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

My siblings and I are so happy with the care GoodOaks provide to our Dad. Initially they started with respite care but this increased to daily care as Dad warmed to the regular carers very quickly. We had considered a care home for Dad but he seems so happy this is no longer a concern for us. We highly

This is my first experience using a care company for both support and live in care. From the beginning it has been the absolute very best we could hope for. The level of care is outstanding. Not only that, but also the support for the family has been invaluable at such a difficult time. They have gone

My father has dementia, and we were starting to struggle to keep him in his own home. I reached out to the team at Good Oaks who have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Our first meeting was difficult as Dad didn't want to accept care, but the manager at Good Oaks was caring and understanding
and we agreed to reschedule when Dad was in a better "mood"
When the time came, the manager was awesome with Dad and we convinced him to let us try with the carers.
Dad loves this now. The team help him with meal times and check he has taken his med's. It has removed a huge amount of pressure and worry off myself and my brothers, knowing the Good Oaks team are there.
The entire team have been brilliant. The girls who come each day have really helped by talking to Dad, and he now feels like has some "big sisters"
The communication and feed back we get from the team is also brilliant.
I would whole heartily recommend the Good Oaks team. Thank you so much

I want to recommend the Goodoaks Homecare provider. They are the most efficient and professional care provider I have used in Bedford. Their communication is especially commendable, both to the client and to myself as the finance provider, sending timely and accurate invoices. They have been able to
find very suitable carers for my daughter and to accommodate the specific time requirements. All in all, they have provided a top-class service for which I and my daughter are very grateful.

I would highly recommend Goodoaks Bedford, I not only found them to be professional but also kind and caring towards my father even though he was challenging at times and was not receptive to having carers in his home.
Knowing that my dad was in safe hands enabled me to go on holiday for which I had
not been able to for a long time.
Everyone on the team that looked after my dad showed him great respect and at all times put his health and well-being first, along with his care needs and ensuring his dignity.

GoodOaks provides my mother with outstanding care. We needed care input at short notice and the manager was so helpful and responsive to our needs. We are very impressed with the individualised care Goodoaks provides, they aim to match the client with a carer not just suited to their care needs but
also their personality. They appreciate the importance of continuity of care and make sure my mother only has carers she knows. The communication with us is excellent and we feel completely secure in the care being given. There is also flexibility in the care which gives us extra reassurance. My mother has gone from being reluctant to have carers to looking forward to the visits.

As a family, we spent a lot of time researching various home care companies in Bedford and were very impressed with the empathetic and kind manner of the company owner.
After the initial meeting we had no doubt GoodOaks Homecare Bedford would be our only choice. We have been so happy with the care
they provide for mum. Mum seems so much happier and looks forward to their daily visits. We highly recommend them.
