My mum receives live-in care from GoodOaks Homecare Bedford and we genuinely could not ask for better support. Mum is living with dementia and wanted to remain in her own home rather than move into residential care. The carers have been patient, compassionate and incredibly professional throughout.

We are very happy with the care provided by GoodOaks Homecare Bedford. The carers are cheerful and kind. They are also very diligent and carefully monitor my Mum to make sure she has everything that she needs.

As a relative new comer needing 'carers', so far I have found to be friendly, caring and very willing to please. My needs at present are not personal but help with keeping the home clean and particularly bed changing and remaking. The office staff and management very professional. Thank you.

Very caring company nothing is too much trouble they are always ready to help. The management are always on call to sort out any problems + they are all approachable + easy to reach at their office. The carers are well trained + are always cheerful + are always helpful to both client + family. Good time keeping + if any delays the office will ring to let client or family know. Very good value for money.

My siblings and I are so happy with the care GoodOaks provide to our Dad. Initially they started with respite care but this increased to daily care as Dad warmed to the regular carers very quickly.
