Breech GDPR for 2 vulnerable
clients, 4 families.
1 family know, they haven't had the decency to let other side know.
We only had them looking after my mom for 2 weeks and it was 2 weeks of chaos an hell.
Carers late, office staff not informing mom or family that on day 4 they had changed all her times slots. Portal not available to family.
Staff not following their job role through the care plan.
Mum left alone whilst in bathroom washing & dressing.
Missed medication.
Not leaving food, even though everything set up fresh in the kitchen.
Request female staff only. Male staff sent.
Commode not emptied or cleaned.
Staff screaming not be entering the building because of the dog, walked to her car leaving mum leaving no care. Extremely rude to mom & family member.
Staff working off SOMEONE ELSE'S care plan.
Some nice staff but lots of unskilled no commen sense staff.
Disaster from day 1.
Read reviews from clients not staff.

Cover up, un trained staff & staff unable to speath the truth.

I wouldn't recommend this company one bit. They have left my sister in a mess, And left her in faeces and urine as unable to walk as is bed bound. Now in hospital being treated for neglect and could be more stuff yet after more medical investigations. We have video and photo evidence. And when we call to discuss the issues they were rude and thought it was funny. They deserve 0 stars in all aspects.

My Angels in Uniforms.

The carers are outstanding, they are kind, caring, sensitive, and reliable. They are expert problem solvers when dealing with challenging behaviour due to dementia. The app is superb providing excellent communication and particularly being able to identify any health risks. A quality service by a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend them as they have taken away all of my worries, I have every confidence in my angels as I refer to the carers.

Review of Cera - Halton (Premier Care) from Joan W (Wife of Client) published on 21 September 2022 Submitted via Website

Very disappointed in the company, in fact, can be quite angry, sorry. Don't keep to the package set out, in my case important, but ring up does not seem to make any difference. Management seem very nice on phone and they are, but when it comes to sorting out problem nils vill. Very unhappy, very.

Review of Cera - Halton (Premier Care) from Jane D (Daughter of Client) published on 27 April 2021 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

I have been trying to get an ongoing complaint sorted for nearly four months now for my mother. The times that she is supposed to have her tea and late-night call are never on time and have caused my mother to fall trying to make her tea as they aren't there to do what they are paid for. A man in the office who I've spoken to on several occasions has got an appalling attitude and passes the buck, blaming the carers for being late when it's him who gives them the times to visit. In fact tonight they haven't even turned up to do her tea visit and no call to say why. Totally disgusted with the way my mother has had to put up with this care. If it is not resolved and quick I am going to report it to CQC.

On receipt of this review, our registered manager contacted the reviewer. She is the daughter of one of our clients. The daughter had not previously raised any concerns with the registered manager. The registered manager has promised to monitor the care package. There was a carer who missed a call...
