I have found the staff at Cera who look after my father, who has Dementia and just recently started looking after my mother, care for them with great respect and dignity. They are very friendly and put you at ease. Communication with the head office and staff is excellent, and any questions are dealt with straight away.

My wife's 30 minute evening visit which was usually about 6.30 pm has recently been moved to 5.30 pm which is far less convenient.

Our area, including Dunkeld, is definitely one carer short of complement with cover being provided from as far away as Ladybank in Fife.
