Despite numerous attempts to get through on phone. Kept going to answer mail. I left a message eventually . My time had been changed without checking with me first to a time that was not suitable and I had an appointment I had to attend. So I had to contact headquarters to get help in Coatbridge....
Apart from this I would give my carers 5 stars. Don't know what's happened recently before all this it would have been 5 stars all over.

Mears is a very good company, they make small mistakes, example I give key to the carer at lunch time for tea time then they change the carer so I have to cancel going out. I can't give all carers a key.
