Since commencement of CERA providing care to my mother with dementia their management has shown poor communication, lack of transparency leaving a family without any faith and trust. If you need to contact them in emergencies they don't respond which then requires family to escalate through their...
Since commencement of CERA providing care to my mother with dementia their management has shown poor communication, lack of transparency leaving a family without any faith and trust. If you need to contact them in emergencies they don't respond which then requires family to escalate through their GP and council. The local authority needs to review who they outsource the care to.
