I have no complaints with any of the carers, they are very efficient and polite towards my partner and myself. The communication between myself and the office staff is also very good, I don't have any problems with their service.

We have been incredibly grateful for the care my husband has received at home. From the outset, the carers have been professional, reliable and respectful, while also bringing a genuinely friendly and caring approach into our home.

The team are always mindful of infection control and consistently use appropriate PPE, which gives us confidence that he is being cared for safely.

What has particularly stood out is the sensitivity, kindness and patience they show towards him. They take their time with him, listen to him and never make him feel rushed. They understand that some days can be more difficult than others and adapt their approach accordingly, always treating him with dignity and respect.

Having carers coming into your home at such a difficult and vulnerable time could easily feel intrusive, but they have managed to strike exactly the right balance between being professional and becoming familiar, reassuring faces. They are friendly and approachable which is appreciated.

Since the care service received from day one by WALFINCH we as family have been at ease and stress free. The support of the staff and the Management have been supportive and very helpful in all aspects. I cannot thank the team enough for a wonderful service they are and have provided to my mum who has Dementia and dad who is 86, is much relieved and stress free. Thank you so much to WALFINCH staff.

If you do have a worry or concern it is very easy to ring the office and have a word. Someone will always get back to you and help to get your concerns sorted. I find that everyone is very supportive and willing to help if needed. Obviously the Company/set up is not perfect but I think they would be hard to beat. I have one carer to do a proper shower once a week and a visit every evening with one carer to sort out bedtime. All good

I'm very pleased with the service I receive great bunch of carers nothing to much trouble and very caring and if I ask for them to do anything else they will if they can help and I have had no complaints about anyone I would like to give a big thank you to all that care for me

We contacted Walfinch to arrange care for mum, we had previously had a tough experience so meeting the manager was a breath of fresh air, mum felt comfortable with her and the service that was on offer. The manager and her team exceeded expectations, they became part of the family and the care they provided was exemplary. The carers raised concerns when mum seemed unwell on their visits and she was quick to support us as a family with guidance and to help us get the additional medical support she needed, even made personal visits to check on mum. We will always be grateful of the service we received and continue to receive after we sadly lost mum. Cannot recommend and thank them enough.

My uncle has had a couple of health issues which have required medical attention from the Doctor and local District Nurse. I'm thankful to the Walfinch care team that they identified the problems early and organised the medical care directly on my behalf with the GP surgery. Using Walfinch has reduced the stress levels involved in having an elderly relative who needs long term care.

Overall, to date, since becoming a service user of Walfinch in 2024, l've found the management to be prompt, efficient and professional in their dealing with enquiries and other matters - always.

The staff (care support) who visits have usually been courteous and helpful, l feel reasonable contented in their care and ability to meet my needs wherever possible! Thanks.

It is particularly helpful that the length of visits can be tailored to needs , and the cost is reasonable too

All admin staff and carers are very professional, kind and helpful. The schedule of carer visits with details of times and personnel is invaluable but naturally at risk of short term variation due to various imponderables.

We are very pleased with the the care provided by Walfinch -the carers are reliable,polite, kind and caring. Good communication with the management and admin team -.very flexible with scheduling and accommodating extra visits at short notice. I have been very impressed with the care I have received. The carers arrive at the correct time and are always polite, helpful and cheerful. I do feel vulnerable because my mobility is so limited and they treat me with sensitivity and encouragement. I live alone and my only son does what he can but is busy with a full time job, two children and a wife who has terminal cancer. For this reason I don't know how I would cope without the wonderful support I get from Walfinch.

We needed overnight care for a 10 day period at fairly short notice and Walfinch came up with the goods. Especially noteworthy was that we were introduced to the carer beforehand, something that other agencies did not offer. We also had the same carer for the entire period which was vital for us. The carer was friendly, competent and put up with having to sleep on a sofa bed in less than ideal circumstances. It was easy communicating with the carer, and in addition we could see her notes online for each stay. The manager was very helpful and understanding and remained in touch to check all was going well.

The rates are much the same as other providers are offering.

The carers arrive on time and are very friendly to my father. Assisting him with personal care through the day on 4 occasions. Any issues they find are fed back to us immediately so we can deal with them. Care Manager is very helpful with any issues we have and are dealt with straight away.

Walfinch were very professional as an organisation and there was always someone on the end of the phone when needed. They were flexible when we had to put Mum into respite care and overall we were delighted with the service. Simply put, we couldn't have given Mum a home with us without their help. It meant so much to us.

As a family, we know Mum is happy and settled with the care she receives. Thank you Walfinch! We could not be without you.

The carers who look after my aunt are always kind, caring and efficient. They always arrive at the arranged time and provide the highest quality of care for her with respect for her needs and dignity. We would have no hesitation in recommending Walfinch as a care provider.
