What wonderful support Walfinch Home Care, Hampton, Twickenham & Virginia Water provided for my father in July 2026. The company was recommended to us via a healthcare professional. From the moment we met Michelle and Angela we were instantly impressed by their warmth, care and professionalism. We were advised that we could call anytime day or night with any queries/worries. They went out of their way to assist us with issues that came up. We realised that Dad required more care than we had initially thought and Walfinch was able to adapt straight away to the new requirements. Dad adapted to the carers quickly and his face lit up when they came in to the house. He is a very independent/private man so this was a big step for him. They were very hard working and very professional and would keep us up to date with what they did on their visits on their App and/or via Messenger if we/they were any questions needing answers. I would highly recommend this company to all.

Following a series of falls we were concerned for my aunt and as she was determined to stay in her home we looked into having carers. We contacted Walfinch Kingston & Weybridge who arranged to come out and assess her needs. Following the assessment, they were able to put in place the care she needed to forfil her wish to stay at home. She is happy with the care she has received. We are also very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The app they use to keep us updated, following carer visits is especially useful, as we are not local to her and this gives us reassurance that she is being well cared for in our absence.

Walfinch were quick, responsive and helpful when I needed to arrange overnight care at short notice. After my first meeting with Kathy, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. They have been 100% reliable, the team is lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them in future.

Walfinch provide carers for my dad when we're away. They are very quick to respond and have always been able to provide us with carers for all the visits we wanted. Most importantly, the care they provide is excellent - caring, professional and highly competent. There seems to be nothing they can't or won't do. They are the ideal solution to our irregular care needs.

I have had experience of the carers for some time now. This started with daly care visits and companionship and progressed to end of life care. Throughout they have been professional, caring, compassionate and patient. Willing to assist with a wide variety of tasks to make their client happier.

We contacted and instructed Walfinch to help us care for an elderly friend from April 2025 onwards. Our initial meeting with Walfinch was very encouraging in thier understanding of our concerns and the support needs for our friend. Our friend although quite physically fit has some dementia but wishes to retain her independence which we want to help her keep as long as safely possible. To date we can report that we are very happy with the way the Walfinch care team have built a really good support and friendly relationship with our friend who seems to love the regular visits. This relationship will become increasingly important as the time goes on and her support needs will undoubtedly increase. Well done Walfinch and thankyou.

The service is well organised, well managed and you can trust them.

Right from my initial enquiry the team demonstrated real understanding of the issues around introducing carers into an elderly person's routine, and I was quickly reassured that they would find just the right person for Mum, and they certainly have! Mum views her carer as a friend and looks forward to her visits. Support is given in a sensitive way and Mum always feels respected and never patronised or talked down to. From my point of view I feel confident that at times when I'm away or busy, Walfinch will step in and provide the help we need.

We have been clients of Walfinch Kingston and Weybridge branch since the beginning of this year and from the moment we enquired their approach and support has been caring and empathetic, keeping my Dad at the centre of all they do. Whenever we have had a question or request they have gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and comfortable. Every member of the team is professional, friendly and amazing at what they do and they have made my Dads daily life easier. The staff based in the office communicate regularly and are so very efficient and quick when we have altered our requirements. We would highly recommend this company if you are looking for care yourself or a member of your family.

They are quite expensive but worth every penny. Quality and professional care does not come cheap.
