After using another care provider I decided to to try Walfinch. I cannot recommend them enough. The difference in my mum is 100% better and so is her home . The carers look after my mum with respect and kindness. I also love the fact that I can look at the care notes after each visit . If I need to
swap a visit there's never any problem the office staff are only to happy to help . I can see why the carers like to work here it's a as it's reflected in their work .

Hopefully, following review, communication and updates will improve and be consistent. Extremely helpful and flexible when problems or issues arise unexpectedly. Would highly recommend them as a care provider.
