I was extremely pleased with the service the care staff provided. They were very courteous and helpful in a very professional way. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers. I was very satisfied with them and always looked forward to their visits. Excellent service.

Every carer who came to look after my husband was excellent, very caring, compassionate and very experienced they were like our extended family. I can’t thank you enough for all the support you gave to me, having a night sitter so I could go to bed and not worry about my husband, also giving me a day
sitter once a week so I could have free time, even after my husband passed away we received a phone call from one of the carers send her condolences to us, this meant so much to my family, once again a very big thank you.

This was my first experience in having carers. The ladies were all so caring, kind and helpful in every way. I was never worried about anything. They looked after me for seven/eight weeks and finished about April 9/2024. If the new knee op goes ahead, I will have them again, knowing that I will get
wonderful care.

From the start of care for Dad to the last visit the care received was first class. Dad enjoyed seeing all of the carers and spoke highly of them all. If for any reason I needed extra care for Dad urgently it was immediately arranged and carried out. Thank you all very much indeed.

Our introduction to Walfinch, by our palliative care nurse, was so welcome. We had a number of overnight sitters over about three weeks and that meant our live-in carer and I could get some sleep, safe in the knowledge that my husband was watched and safe. The sitters were almost all very experienced
and good at the job, with one outstanding when a frightening drama arose. I would recommend Walfinch to anyone stuggling to care for someone at home.

The carers are very pleasant and have become friends, they usually ask if there is anything else they can do before leaving. The management team are ready to discuss problems and alter visit times if necessary because of outside appointments etc.

I can't praise Walfinch enough for their ongoing care for my husband. Almost without exception, the carers that attend to my husband seem to genuinely enjoy their job and go out of their way to deliver excellent care. They have always been willing to help him be more independent and improve his quality
of life by chatting to him and encouraging him to be more mobile. The managers/admin go to great lengths to ensure a good fit with the carers that attend my husband and ourselves. Would highly recommend.
