My brother and I approached Walfinch Birmingham South after our mother's memory loss began to affect her everyday enjoyment of life. Together with Reanne we developed a bespoke care plan and started regular visits from a carer. It has been of great comfort to know our mother has seen a friendly face on days when we can't visit. The use of the App means we are kept well informed and know that her medication has been taken and that she has enough food etc. With Walfinch's help our mother is socialising more, is taking regular exercise in the form of walks, is eating better and her days now have a structure. Like many people of her generation our mother finds it hard to accept help but we feel she is benefiting significantly from the support and kindness of the carers involved to date.
