The review score ranges from 10 (best) - 1 (worst). The score's algorithm takes into account the quantity, quality and recency of a home care provider's reviews and ratings.

Homecare has been providing my Cousin who had dementia with a 'Companion'. The 'Companion' would talk to my Cousin and with the provision of various aides helped to stimulate her mind. The Companion worked more like a friend from 2017 until July 2025. I have nothing but praise for the service provider.

Most (all) carers come on time and they fulfill their duties in a kindly manner. They look after my mother very well, and answers our questions when we ask them. Caremark delivers the service and listens to their clients. Keep up the good work. They are reachable on the phone when we have queries.
