She has been able to connect with each member of the team who have been assigned to her care on any given day. The team are supportive to her needs and always arrive on time. Heritage provide an excellent service. The staff are well trained, polite and professional. They arrive on time and communicate well. They phone me when at my mums of there are anynossues so I can get things resolved quickly. The office team are experienced, helpful and flexible which makes life so much easier. We had the carers from March till May in place looking after my mum. They were very caring people that did a fantastic Job. When I phoned the office everyone was very helpful and understanding when i needed to change anything. When we needed more help they were there for us. They were very supportive of my mum's needs through out her care.

This care company has been an incredible support to our whole family. They not only look after our family members with kindness and professionalism, but also keep us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way. The team are easy to talk to, always on time, and genuinely cares about how we're all coping. We feel less stressed and far more supported knowing they're with us.

Brilliant Service. Cannot fault any of the carers. They could not have done anything more. Nothing was too much trouble for them including dealing with an occasional frustrated patient.. I have no hesitation in recommending them .

The heritage healthcare carers are very professional & caring. My only concerns relates to there home visit times, which at the moment are not the must convenient. Hopefully this will sorted out sooner rather than later.

Our only issue is that whilst I do receive the rota there are times when this does not match what the carers have, for example they have had put to bed at 7.30 when mine might say 8.30 and lunch at 14.00 when I have 13.00

We have been so impressed with both management and,carers ,for my 96 year old father , genuine care and support given to him , 7 days a week , covered all aspects of what was required for him , with management checking regularly with us , that we were happy with the care , we have had dealings with many care companies over the years, for my mother in law and we only wish we had known of this company then ,as they are far conscientious and caring , than we have come across, Thank you too all , kind regards

I cannot thank Heritage Healthcare Cheadle and Wilmslow enough for the incredible care they provide for my grandfather. From the very beginning, the whole team have shown kindness, patience and genuine compassion to my grandfather ,The carers treat my Grandfather with dignity and respect, but also with warmth and friendship. They really take the time to get to know him and always go above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and happy. Thank you very much the whole team for your kind help much appreciated.

We were recommended Heritage via a friend who was pleased with the care her parents were receiving via daily carers. Our situation was a little different in that we required a live-in carer who was able to support our Father who was due to return from hospital after breaking his hip and while my mother was also in hospital. We needed someone who could drive to ensure Dad could visit Mum. Sadly before the carer moved in Mum passed away. When the carer moved in my Dad was grieving and also very nervous of someone unknown being in the house. However it has been amazing! My Dad has company who cares, is hard working, shows such kindness and understanding, giving him space to grieve but encouraging his own rehabilitation. And when you live 100's of miles away and have to leave your Dad the relief is enormous. The whole experience with Heritage has been professional, responsive and with such compassion. We can not recommend highly enough, from Care Manager to carer, fantastic service
