The Heritage health team have looked after mum for the last year, they have made 2-3 calls per day and provided my mum with companionship, lots of laughs, help with meals, ensuring medication is taken, small household tasks and working with our family to ensure mum has what she needs. They have been fantastic with an attentive, caring approach, and I'd highly recommend them and their services.

We have recently changed home care providers and could not be more pleased with the service delivered by Heritage Birmingham South Team. Their one-to-one care for my mother has been very reassuring. The weekly follow-up reporting is both professional and personally tailored, which is a big improvement on our previous experience. I would say that Heritage's client care has exceeded all our expectations; we are extremely happy to have found them at a time when my mother's care needs required more sensitive attention.

The office staff were always approachable, responsive, and professional, dealing with any concerns promptly. Heritage Care made a very difficult time much easier for our family, and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for family.

The care that Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) have provided for my mother has been second to none. She has been able to connect with each member of the team who have been assigned to her care on any given day. The team are supportive to her needs and always arrive on time. Heritage provide an excellent service. The staff are well trained, polite and professional. They arrive on time and communicate well. They phone me when at my mums of there are anynossues so I can get things resolved quickly. The office team are experienced, helpful and flexible which makes life so much easier. We had the carers from March till May in place looking after my mum. They were very caring people that did a fantastic Job. When I phoned the office everyone was very helpful and understanding when i needed to change anything. When we needed more help they were there for us. They were very supportive of my mum's needs through out her care.

This care company has been an incredible support to our whole family. They not only look after our family members with kindness and professionalism, but also keep us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way. The team are easy to talk to, always on time, and genuinely cares about how we're all coping. We feel less stressed and far more supported knowing they're with us.

Brilliant Service. Cannot fault any of the carers. They could not have done anything more. Nothing was too much trouble for them including dealing with an occasional frustrated patient.. I have no hesitation in recommending them .

The heritage healthcare carers are very professional & caring. My only concerns relates to there home visit times, which at the moment are not the must convenient. Hopefully this will sorted out sooner rather than later.

Our only issue is that whilst I do receive the rota there are times when this does not match what the carers have, for example they have had put to bed at 7.30 when mine might say 8.30 and lunch at 14.00 when I have 13.00

We have been so impressed with both management and,carers ,for my 96 year old father , genuine care and support given to him , 7 days a week , covered all aspects of what was required for him , with management checking regularly with us , that we were happy with the care , we have had dealings with many care companies over the years, for my mother in law and we only wish we had known of this company then ,as they are far conscientious and caring , than we have come across, Thank you too all , kind regards

I cannot thank Heritage Healthcare Cheadle and Wilmslow enough for the incredible care they provide for my grandfather. From the very beginning, the whole team have shown kindness, patience and genuine compassion to my grandfather ,The carers treat my Grandfather with dignity and respect, but also with warmth and friendship. They really take the time to get to know him and always go above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and happy. Thank you very much the whole team for your kind help much appreciated.

I can't express enough what an amazing company Heritage Home Care is. I was desperate to find the right company for my husband after looking relentlessly. Heritage Healthcare is an excellent company. Well led by dedicated people who train and control the carers who are efficient, capable, pleasant and well turned out in company uniforms. The carers have regular face to face meetings with their superiors and training updates.
