At a very difficult time in my husbands illness, a fall caused it being suggested that he should be taken to hospital. Fortunately I had contact having a wonderful caregiver already helping a few hours a week to allow me to do errands and buy groceries. One phone call and very quickly a lady came round to our home and put a plan in place to supply 2 carers 4 times a day. This worked very well, all carers being very capable, punctual and always making sure my husband and myself knew their names. We soon got to know all of them and couldn't have asked for better. They were very ,kind and considerate to my husband and always left him well cared for and comfortable. Cannot thank them enough, they made a very distressing time for all of us a little easier and allowed my husband to stay in his own home. Special people.

Radfield CareHome were very professional from the outset and very thorough with their application process. The carers are clearly experienced and friendly. They are flexible about what they do on the visit and work around the person they care for. They are very diligent about post visit reports as well. It's helpful that they accept local council help where it applies. Would recommend this agency. The managment are very responsive too and listen and tailor care to needs and feedback.

We are so glad that we have Radfield to care for mum. All of the carers go above and beyond to help mum with all of her care needs. I would 100% recommend Radfield Home Care. Jean has found that overall the staff are very good. She especially likes having the consistency of the same staff. She does not want different staff coming who she does not know. She particularly likes the ones she has had for the last few months.

From the outset and initial planning the service has been first rate. Mum is being treated with care, consideration and dignity. She uses the morning service and is greeted with a cheery smile without exception! Have had relevant experience of using the live in service and this went extremely well and gave us real peace of mind that mum was safe and cared for fully. Would recommend without reservation!

We used Radfield Care briefly when my mum's Alzheimer's was becoming harder for me to manage without some help at home. Dev, the owner, came to meet mum, and she was immediately reassured by him. He is an excellent presence and was very helpful and supportive during our clientship. The carer he paired with mum was also warm, kind and mum felt safe with her. This is by no means the norm, in the limited experience of other care agencies we have had to used from time to time.
I would recommend Radfield to anyone in the Croydon or Sutton areas who needs additional support at home on the basis of my experience with them. It is a professional, flexible and above all empathetic group and if mum comes home again I'd certainly re-engage them.

Radfield Home Care have been excellent. They are very caring. They listened to my mums needs, which were few as she is very independent, they were not imposing but it was comforting they supported my mother with kindness and attentiveness and were there to do things for her if needed. It was good for her to have regular visits, if nothing else than for company but they also cleaned when my mother was unable to do her bathroom. They maintained contact with me, her daughter, making sure we were happy with how things were going. I honestly cannot fault this company.
