Overall Experience

Delighted with the speed & professionalism in which drop in care has been arranged at short notice for my mother. She is enjoying getting to know the regular carer who is dropping by to make sure that she is ok.

Overall Experience

I found Bluebird an excellent service for my 98-year-old mother. Kind, compassionate, and caring staff who treat people with respect and dignity, and who genuinely take the time to understand individual needs. The app gives me clear details of visits and care, which I really value.

Overall Experience

Since using the service everything has gone well and is running efficiently . The daily morning help is great and I have had no problems. The staff have all been kind and friendly and more than helpful.

Overall Experience
Since using Bluebird my wife takes her tablets without much fuss and the 1 1/2 hr session allows me time to do some shopping and have time to myself.

Having carers has reduced my workload and I am very pleased to have Bluebird on board. My wife also like the time spent with the carers.

Overall Experience

We have used Blue Bird care for the last 9 months. The care my husband has received has been very good. The carers always chat to him and take great care when helping him in and out of bed and showering each day. The carers themselves are clean and tidy and never rush, they always have time for any questions we may have.

The carers that visit are very kind, helpful and are aware of things I need without me asking. I very much enjoy the visits and look forward to them. Give my daughter peace of mind and the app is very good.

Only negative is sometimes the office don't reply to emails/ messages.

Overall Experience

All our carers are respectful, helpful & engaging. Our home runs like clockwork inluding domestic chores that I as my wife's carer find more burdensome. The importance of reliability & consistency is taken seriously & if someone is running late I am informed by telephone. What's outstanding is to get my wife in the showier - watch this space!

Overall all carers have been very helpful making the client's life so easy and helping with tasks she couldn't normally do. They keep us updated regularly very accomdating and supportive. Helping in anyway needed but appropriate very happy with everything.

The experience for my husband and myself has been positive from the start. Care staff and office staff have been very accommodating and friendly and the level of care has been good throughout. No complaints whatsoever.

Overall Experience

My mother of 96 years old speaks highly of her "girls" who visit daily to provide her with an evening meal. She has little eyesight and a failing memory so is unable to leave the house unaided. Her visitors are her "life line" and she has enjoyed getting to know them, chatting more freely as familiarity has grown. They show endless patience and compassion. All in all this has been a positive experience which enriches my mothers daily life and enables her to continue to live in her own place.

Generally, very happy with the service that is provided although being very new to this, it is difficult at this time, to make any comparative or constructive comments.

My wife, who is the person being cared for, has commented that she would be more comfortable if the carer attending was more consistent rather than having four or five different carers during the week however I do accept that as we are a relatively new client of Bluebird Care, that this could take a bit more time to achieve.
