Bluebird are always fantastic with my mum. Recently she had an episode and they sorted out doctor and mum was taken into hospital, only for the day. They kept me informed of every step as I had a previous engagement and they organised everything. They are so engaging with Mum, they have a laugh and brilliant banter. Mum loves it I often go round and hear them all laughing together. She is very well looked after always nice and fresh, food always done how she likes it too.

They go above and beyond and always do what is asked of them. They are respectful and friendly to her and she likes everyone of them. My mum is very happy with the care she is receiving.

The visiting carers offer a personal touch not just care but company too and the help and support from the office has been a real help when dealing with doctors and social care.

The carers were punctual and always happy! They completed the routine tasks with care, gentleness and understanding. They were happy to do occasional tasks outside their remit such as delivering samples to the surgery or pulling rubbish out.

My Mums group of carers are all lovely, friendly, and make her laugh every day. My Mum is 90, has parkinsons and lewy body dementia. Some days are good some days are bad and she can get get very upset and confused. They always take the time to chat with her and try to lift her spirits . They turn up with a smile and always let me know if anything is wrong or if they've noticed a change in Mum. I would highly reccomend them.

Dad is very happy with his carer who is extremely kind, respectful and reliable . The office team are also excellent and easy to contact . Everyone we have encountered have been first rate. Thank you.

I had Bluebird Care for my father who sadly passed away in January. We had them for 6 years and they never let us down always on time and went beyond and above in their care. Ive been really grateful for the kind, reliable, professional support my mum has received from the Bluebird St Albans Team. My mum has refused help from other companies but is happy for her health and well being checks at home which reassure her and me that all is well.

You have removed a great burden from me as I no longer worry so much about my father's care. I live quite a way from St Albans and so can't provide care myself.

Since starting my care package with Bluebird Care agency I have had exceptional care. I met with Kayleigh, care coordinator pre commencement and she was able, straight away to reassure me and plan for my care on a daily basis. Each of the carers that I have met have been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very kind and valuing when I ramble on about my worries, fears and concerns, so that by the time they leave, I am in a much calmer head space. Each of the carers, Julie, Maddie and Jackie are attentive, encouraging and enabling and ensure that I have taken my due medications during each visit, which is such a peace of mind to my family. I met with Kayleigh and Genine today to discuss and plan for the assistance in my going swimming once a week. I am so looking forward to this, as I have never dreamed I'd be able to + without their support it would not have been feasible.

Bluebird Care have been caring for my Dad since January this year. Having used other service providers who were good I just can't believe the difference with Bluebird Care. They make me feel every part of my Dads journey.

From the moment I enquired, to the care he is now receiving enables me to relax and know that he is in caring hands. He has the same carers who visit and the thing that I really like is he will always meet the carers first.

I have noticed such a difference in my dad, they even make my mum feel welcome. They treat both my Dad and Mum with compassion and respect.

Both day and night carers have been helpful and considerate. We have always had. Both day and night cover but there has been some uncertainty on who will arrive for the night cover. It would be helpful if you could achieve more stability on this and provide us with a regular weekly schedule.

She is always cheerful. We always have a laugh.
