Thank you to everyone at Bluebird care who have been looking after my father for the last few years.He passed away peacefully at home recently,the care and help he received from the carers made his last few weeks much more comfortable and enabled his family to be with him.From the carers through to

I would just like to say that the management and carers at this Bluebird Hitchin care agency goes above and beyond all my expectations. Not only are they there for my aunt with the exceptional care they give but they are there for me as well with compassion, reassurance and caring.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care provide live-in care for my mother and they have consistently provided thoughtful, caring and supportive care for her. This has allowed my mother to remain in her own home with reduced mobility and cognitive ability.

All carers look after. my wife competently. Some go the extra mile and carry out household tasks on their own initiative
It would be helpful if Bluebird could provide a weekly schedule showing the names of day and night carers

Overall Experience

I cannot thank this care agency enough for the wonderful support they provided for mum and myself. All the team were warm, respectful and genuinely caring. They treated mum with dignity and went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and happy every day. Lots of laughter during visits were lovely

to hear.
The team communicated brilliantly with us keeping us updated and checking in to see there was anything extra needed. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The whole experience gave our family great peace of mind.

All the carers and the office staff have been absolutely brilliant. Very supportive, helpful and altogether professional service. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. My Dad started off 5 years ago requiring care twice a day and all the carers were brilliant, arrived on time and carried out

the caring duties in such a respectful manner. Then 3 years ago Dads needs changed and he required 24 hour care. Bluebird sourced two carers to care and live with Dad on 4 week shifts. They have been brilliant enabling Dad to live at home comfortably and happily for the twilight years of his life. Thank you to Robert and Lisa for making this all possible.

I have been using Bluebird for a number of years now and I have always found the care and support very good. Mum currently has a live in carer and for us as a family we feel confident she has the best of both worlds, being able to stay in the comfort of her own home whilst receiving dedicated one to

one care. The care she has is excellent and has taken time to understand mums likes and dislikes. With the right care and support from bluebird, mum has improved beyond all expectations following a hospital and then respite stay. So thankyou Bluebird!

Bluebird Care have been looking after a friend of mine for sometime now, due to medical needs & hospital stays needed extra support. As I live a distance away from her they kept me informed daily contacting me with updates, medical needs & acting to resolve any domestic problems. Not hesitating to ring

me when an ambulance was needed. I have experienced very kind, caring & being very supportive to my friend keeping her comfortable, well fed, listening or engaging in conversation as she lives on her own. Heartfelt thanks to all of Bluebird Care including admin, management & care staff x

Overall Experience

Bluebird carers that have been assigned to my mum (aged 86) are courteous, kind, respectful and always listen to her needs. She has had carers 4 x daily for the past 2 years since falling, and after further 3 falls and they have built up her confidence, stamina to walk with a frame. They have encouraged

her and supported when needed to help her to cook once again, so meals on wheels are no longer needed. They are currently taking her for daily walks and on days she is a little unsteady they take her out in a wheelchair. I could not ask for better carers. The kitchen , toilet, bedroom are always clean and disinfected when necessary (daily).
