Since starting my care package with Bluebird Care agency I have had exceptional care. I met with Kayleigh, care coordinator pre commencement and she was able, straight away to reassure me and plan for my care on a daily basis. Each of the carers that I have met have been brilliant. Nothing is too much
trouble and they are very kind and valuing when I ramble on about my worries, fears and concerns, so that by the time they leave, I am in a much calmer head space. Each of the carers, Julie, Maddie and Jackie are attentive, encouraging and enabling and ensure that I have taken my due medications during each visit, which is such a peace of mind to my family. I met with Kayleigh and Genine today to discuss and plan for the assistance in my going swimming once a week. I am so looking forward to this, as I have never dreamed I'd be able to + without their support it would not have been feasible.

My experience of Bluebird is one of feeling safe and cared for at all times.
I feel able to talk freely with the majority of the carers who display an awareness of my physical needs as well as an interest in my emotional well being. This feels important as there are days when I don't receive any visitors
and therefore look forward to the girls coming 4 times a day.
Another bonus is they make me laugh ..and bring with them a sense of the outside world, also helpful as I don't leave the house very often.
My overall experience is professional and caring and the girls definitely improve the quality of my life.

Bluebird Care have been caring for my Dad since January this year. Having used other service providers who were good I just can't believe the difference with Bluebird Care. They make me feel every part of my Dads journey.


From the moment I enquired, to the care he is now receiving enables me to relax

and know that he is in caring hands. He has the same carers who visit and the thing that I really like is he will always meet the carers first.


I have noticed such a difference in my dad, they even make my mum feel welcome. They treat both my Dad and Mum with compassion and respect.


They are so down to earth, I've walked in with them singing and hearing my parents laugh, that's priceless! I'm so grateful to all the staff.

I find their service to be top rating. The staff and by extension the business do an excellent job.


The carers are empathetic and also provide a very professional service. They cater for all of my dad's needs and are also prepared to go the extra mile at short notice. I would recommend this business

to others.


Definitely value for money and provide excellent quality of care. They are very approachable.

Both day and night carers have been helpful and considerate. We have always had. Both day and night cover but there has been some uncertainty on who will arrive for the night cover. It would be helpful if you could achieve more stability on this and provide us with a regular weekly schedule.

I cannot thank this care agency enough for the wonderful support they provided for mum and myself. All the team were warm, respectful and genuinely caring. They treated mum with dignity and went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and happy every day. Lots of laughter during visits were lovely
to hear.
The team communicated brilliantly with us keeping us updated and checking in to see there was anything extra needed. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The whole experience gave our family great peace of mind.

All the carers and the office staff have been absolutely brilliant. Very supportive, helpful and altogether professional service. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. My Dad started off 5 years ago requiring care twice a day and all the carers were brilliant, arrived on time and carried out
the caring duties in such a respectful manner. Then 3 years ago Dads needs changed and he required 24 hour care. Bluebird sourced two carers to care and live with Dad on 4 week shifts. They have been brilliant enabling Dad to live at home comfortably and happily for the twilight years of his life. Thank you to Robert and Lisa for making this all possible.

I have been using Bluebird for a number of years now and I have always found the care and support very good. Mum currently has a live in carer and for us as a family we feel confident she has the best of both worlds, being able to stay in the comfort of her own home whilst receiving dedicated one to
one care. The care she has is excellent and has taken time to understand mums likes and dislikes. With the right care and support from bluebird, mum has improved beyond all expectations following a hospital and then respite stay. So thankyou Bluebird!
