I am very happy with the care my mum receives from Bluebird, all of the girls who come to sit with her weekly provide companionship, a chat, some play games that she enjoys and provide support and empathy and kindness to both of us. I am able to go out for a much needed break, safe in the knowledge that my mum is safe, happy and secure. Thank you.

The support provided by Bluebird has made a hugely significant difference to my Dad. In fact his health both mental and physical have improved as a result of the service provided by Bluebird. The carer is able to take Dad out of the house for a change of scenery, & goes for walks and talks. This has resulted in a positive change as Dad is now walking further & his mental health improved. It is such a relief to me as I get a break knowing Dad is in good hands. The app also is great so I know what he has done.

Staff have excellent communication skills, being active in conversation, making good eye contact, building rapport with the client. They make the client feel at ease when carrying out procedures. Their standards of personal hygiene are excellent. They are very thorough and do not waste time. They listen actively to any concerns that the client may have.

First-class, totally efficient and extremely nice and pleasant. Congratulations to all staff.

I find the staff all very polite and helpful, there is always a very pleasant hello in the morning when they come in. I did have an issue with the time they came in at first but that has been sorted, they are now in good time and they give me a lovely shower twice a week and I do get the help I need other days. It is a pleasure to know they are coming in each day.

I thoroughly enjoy seeing the happy faces coming in to assist me.

I contacted Bluebird Care, Coleraine approximately 2 years ago to help with my mum who has dementia, it was difficult as Mum did not think she needed help. The dom care calls had to be phased in over a number of months to let Mum get used to the situation until we had regular calls 4 times a day, 7 days a week. As time progressed my dad also required assistance and the call duration had to be increased. It then became apparent that live-in-care was required for Mum and Dad and Bluebird Care seamlessly put this in place for us. My family could not speak highly enough of all the staff at Bluebird, the management, the dom care and the live-in carers were fantastic and looked after Mum and Dad in a loving and caring way. Nothing was ever a problem and you were always sure of a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

My family approached Bluebird Care Coleraine to help us when my mum was referred to palliative end-of-life care. From beginning to end the service we received from the team who organised full-time care was outstanding. Two staff members, in particular, were invaluable help to us. Empathetic, efficient, proactive, professional, thorough and most of all kind. They looked after the whole family, not just my lovely mum. We will be forever grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My wife was looked after in a loving and caring way. The two live-in carers were excellent and lovely people. I will greatly miss them. It felt that they were part of my family.

Without my carers coming in, I would have great difficulty seeing to my basic personal needs. I also look forward to the company and find all the staff to be very professional, and they are always respectful and friendly.

From the initial enquiry to the service being provided was a great experience. The standard of care has been excellent.

Bluebird Care Coleraine comes into my dad, mum and disabled brother. I could not manage without them. They do their job excellently and will help in other ways if needed. They are all lovely girls and my mum, dad and brother look forward to seeing them daily.

My brother who has learning disabilities and physical loves his carers from Bluebird coming in. They are pleasant, friendly and have empathy for him. Nothing is a bother and they give him time, he doesn't feel rushed and enjoys their chats. He is sitting waiting for them which is a good sign.

The support from Bluebird Care Coleraine to my mother-in-law has been reliable and much appreciated by her. She enjoys the company of the carers who attend. They have responded flexibly to any queries we have had about how to vary input to fit better with my mother-in-law's new accommodation arrangements and have been quick to problem solve when required. We have felt able to step back from all the caring responsibility, with confidence in Bluebird care.

Bluebird Care visit my mother 3 times each week and they have been invaluable, especially during the Covid-19 lockdown periods when we cannot visit her. They give us peace of mind that she is well and being cared for when we are not there. She looks forward to the visits as the staff are friendly and take her out shopping when needed. She has developed good relations with the Bluebird staff and they always have time to chat to her. We would be lost without Bluebird Care.
