We have had first class treatment from Bluebird right from the beginning in December last year. The office support has been 5 star, with frequent visits until we settled in , and hands on help whenever it was needed.
Our live in carer has worked out extremely well: she gets on well with my husband,
and myself. has a good sense of humour, and keeps the house cleaner than it's ever been! She is also sensitive to what is going on around her, and quickly absents herself when we have visitors. She treats my husband with sensitivity and dignity and is very patient with him.

Friendly, efficient management who responded quickly to any concerns.
Mainly positive experience with the carers our parents had - two in particular were exceptional - caring, encouraging, kind and compassionate.

Good communication and bluebird took special care of my mums needs.
They were attentive and responsive.

All staff at the christchurch office have a good knowledge of mums problems and deal with all situations they go into with a caring thoughtful and professional attitude.
They always make sure i am made aware of any incidents and if i am unable to deal they will.e.g calling doctors ,hair cuts etc.
I
feel communication is vital with keeping mum in her own home and what is provided by the team is excellent.

Bluebird's initial interview with mum was very thorough and focused on her needs. Initially mum was resistant to the idea of carers but as a family we felt she needed support as we all live away. Bluebird have been excellent with only a small band of carers visiting regularly and at the expected time.
Mum has grown to look forward and welcome their visits. They have facilitated her going to appointments and out shopping along with going out for walks. We as a family see working with Bluebird as a partnership which accomodates the changes in need, a service we are very pleased with.

From my first contact with Bluebird, trying to arrange care for my nanny I was impressed. They were flexible + understanding and did all they could to explain starting to have carers visit in positive terms for to nanny. It has been extremely positive for nanny to have regular company, trips out for
shopping, appointments or pleasure. Bluebird have been accomodating + supportive of nanny from the start, getting to know her + how she likes things done so she can live her best life. Thank you Bluebird!

From the first moment I came from a nursing home, well over a year ago, all members of staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained in their professional duties. They come two at a time because of my needs, but they all work well together in teams.
I have been here well over a year and what
started as a team of carers has become a group of friends.

The care worker was very pleasant. She was willing to help but needed prompting to do things that needed doing, ie. vacuuming etc.

Bluebird Care came highly recommended to us and I would recommend to others without hesitation. As the daughter, I found them always helpful and understanding at the end of the phone and in person. I know that Mum, reluctant about any kind of care, came to trust and rely upon her Bluebird carers and
to enjoy their company. It was important for her to have a more sociable afternoon visit once a week as well as the regular evening ones for personal care.

I have been very happy with Bluebird Care from day one. My problems were due to a fall at the end of January, rendering me with reduced independence but not needing extreme care and am now able to cope on my own, to the point there really isn't enough for the girls to do but it is actually sadness to
be parting company with the lovely young carers who have looked after me and will miss them.

Bluebird was able to look after my aunt at very short notice. The service has always been excellent, but carers are variable - the best were caring, kind, sensible, fun and good company. The worst (very few) seemed to spend a lot of time on their phones or out. We'd rather the carers did not change
so rapidly.

As immediate family of the person who Bluebird have been providing care for, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone like myself trying to set up a care plan for a loved one.
Both the care provided and the pleasant communications with both Bluebird Care and the admin staff
have been good positive experiences.

We were so pleased with the care from Bluebird throughout 2023. Very professional and reliable carers and a great management team in place. A very thorough care plan was produced for Dad and this changed accordingly with the change in Dad's needs. It was great to be able to know that Dad was being well
cared for whilst I was living 100 miles away. Any potential problems/issues with Dad, his health, or his well-being were raised straight away and solutions found. Unfortunately, Dad was no longer able to stay in his home but we would thoroughly recommend Bluebird to anyone who was looking for a care agency in Bournemouth/Poole.
