Overall Experience

Mum is more than happy with all of her carers which means I'm also happy !
She feels more at ease now after moving to her bungalow last year and I think we can all agree this has changed her for the better.
She enjoys the carers jokes and banter as she always loves a laugh so we would like to thank

you all , for everything you all do for her !
Thank you for her card and birthday flowers too she's was over the moon

Overall Experience

My friend and I have been very pleased with Blue Bird's services, we really appreciate the kindness and consideration of our carers. Also the management too, they really do accommodate us wherever they can, to help make my friend's life in living in their home comfortable, we couldn't have done it without

them all.

The girls are always punctual with their visits, and care for my friend with the utmost respect as they go about their day. They always leave my friend's residence in tidy condition, and are very sensitive to my friend according to what kind of day my friend is having.

On another note, its a comfort to know that regular help is going to my friend, so that my friend isn't alone at various parts of the day, or if we are away at anytime.

A big thank you to everyone.

Overall Experience

Good service mostly but issuing of rotas in good time could be better. More attention to informing of late arrivals! Why doesn't carer inform client direct instead of going through office first.

Thank you for your review, I have spoken to our Co-ordinator to make sure she continues with her weekly Friday phone call advising you of your rota for the following week. Apologies if this has not always been prompt but we will strive to make this more consistent. Unfortunately, our care assistants are not allowed to make direct contact with customers as they do not have work issued phones and this would potentially breach provisional boundaries. Where possible, we will always notify customers if we are aware a carer is running 15 minutes or more late as we know this can interrupt routines and cause unnecessary distress. Again I would like to thank you for you review and your continued custom, we value all feedback and always looking at ways to improve our services.

Overall Experience

We have found everyone at Bluebird Norwich to be very caring and helpful. It has been so reassuring knowing that they visit Grandad four times a day.
Recently, Grandad has been feeling unwell and they really have gone the extra mile, and also communicating with us regularly.
We can't fault the service!

Overall Experience

We are extremely happy with Bluebird care Norwich.
The carers are all very professional, patient and kind.
Mum needs a lot of encouragement and reassurance, which they always provide.
The office staff are very approachable and respond quickly to any queries.
The carers and admin are all very open

to any changes to the care plan and happy to set and help Mum to achieve new goals.
We really cannot fault the service and support we've had and would happily recommend Bluebird Norwich.

Overall Experience

Excellent service, carers are lovely and always reliable and on time. I didn't think that mum would accept carers at first but she really looks forward to them coming in now. We have a communication book so carers can leave messages about what mood mum is in, what she has had to eat or if we have run

out of anything, or if I need to report any changes .This works really well. All the carers are so professional and caring, they have a great relationship with mum and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all your support for mum.

Overall Experience

We appointed Bluebird Care to provide drop in carers from August 2024 when my dad's Alzheimer's had progressed. Mum needed increasing support for personal care and occasional respite.
During the 5 months, I found Bluebird to be reliable, caring and professional. As Dad's care needs increased, they

went above and beyond to help when things became difficult such as Dad's mobility. The carers' communication via the online app was helpful since I live 2 hours away. The roster managed efficiently with occasional extra help added when possible.
The manager always replied to my emails and was particularly helpful when Dad's care moved to end of life. Her reliability and efficiency much appreciated. She arranged for a live in carer to assist when Dad's brief care home stay did not go successfully. Not an easy thing to do 4 days before Christmas!
My dad died in early January and we will always be grateful to the carers, a few in particular, who supported us through this very challenging time.

Overall Experience

After a less-than-satisfactory discharge of my mum from hospital for palliative care at home, Bluebird Care Services (Great Yarmouth) has given my dad, sister and me excellent help and advice. One person going above and beyond what was scheduled. Before her serious fall, my mum had Bluebird carers for

three years to help with personal care and we have found that she has been treated with kindness and respect. The carers also gave my dad a break from care and cheered him up each day.

Getting used to strangers coming into the house to shower your client has been difficult as I have always seen after him myself, nice, friendly young men, I am gradually coming to terms with the need for them.

Overall Experience

I was so worried about using carers for my mum but we couldn't cope on our own anymore.
I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone with no qualms.
Each and every one of your staff has been absolutely brilliant with Mum, even taking time to chat with me if I have rang Mum whilst the carer has been

there, I have yet to meet anyone face to face but I go in at lunchtime.
The office staff are always helpful and friendly, no matter how many times I contact them to let them know when I won't be available.
Well done everyone, you really have been my sanity savers.

I contacted Bluebird Care as we required a live-in carer for my parents at very short notice. They arranged a visit within a few days and provided us with a wonderful lady who both my parents are very comfortable with. Very professional service from the office staff and carer alike. Would 100% recommend

this company.

Overall Experience

My mum has had Bluebird Care since August helping with the things she struggles with, though she can do a lot for herself it's still a comfort for her to have some make life a bit easier and have a chat and the carers are all really lovely people. It's also reassuring for us, the family, that someone

is keeping an eye on her and via the app, we get the schedule of which carer and what time they will be visiting Mum and also, we can check their notes too. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone looking for care while still being able to live at home.

Mum has had Bluebird Care helping her since September and I can't thank them enough. The care they have shown Mum is really appreciated by both myself and Mum. Her carers are kind, helpful and nothing is too much for them when asked to help with something. Having the app on my phone gives me peace of

We used Bluebird Care Home Care for my mum while we were on holiday in Gorleston on Sea. We were very pleased with everything. The carers were so helpful and friendly which put my mum at ease and were excellent with her. Fantastic service and great carers. We will be returning next year for a holiday

and will definitely be using Bluebird Care again. Thank you.

Bluebird Care is excellent. The carers are doing a wonderful job of looking after my elderly father, they are very attentive to his needs and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise, the supervisors always respond quickly to answer any questions and are very helpful. I am extremely happy with the care

The care of my father during the final few weeks of his life was simply superb. The two main carers were wonderful help and support not only for my father but for the famil. One was quite amazing and went the extra mile every time.

Overall Experience

Mum was extremely well looked after in her home. The care provided supported Mum's physical and mental well-being. The service provided was very proactive, flagging any potential issues both with Mums well-being and with her home. The carers and management frequently went well beyond their core offering/services.

The carers were very kind, friendly and attentive which Mum greatly appreciated. Mum was helped with cleaning, food preparation, medication and provided with someone to engage with (and who showed an interest in her). Bluebird Care has good communication via email, telephone and app. 100% recommended.
