Overall Experience

We have the same carer for my mum and she is wonderful. Mum loves spending time with her and I hear them laughing and chatting away. She is very considerate, not overbearing, listens to mum and encourages her on - all positive encouragement.

She does not inhibit mum on any activities just supports, and goes with her. Super happy. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Bluebird are life savers. Thanks to Bluebird my 89 year old mother enjoys quality of life, happiness, and security in the peace and comfort of her own home that would otherwise be impossible. Cares are wonderfully trained, kind, understanding, caring and professional. Detailed notes are taken at each visit. Bluebird is well organised and readily available if we need to flag a concern, or new development. They can be relied on to go to bat for mum, and to alert us to any concerns or needs. Mum has dementia but is otherwise cheerful and good natured. If I end up like mum I would definitely want Bluebird carers to support me.

The office was always helpful - if I needed an escort for an appointment they would arrange it. Only had 2 problems where the carer turned up late due to traffic problems, but this has been addressed, otherwise no problems. All well.

Overall Experience

I have been included in Bluebird Care for only a short time & from the beginning have been impressed by their friendliness & interest in my general wellbeing & personal care. My companion carer is always on time clean, smart & always has plenty to say, which is extremely important to an elderly live-alone person. All in all I'm more than happy in the system & feel confident that they will help me cope in the future when life becomes more difficult.

Overall Experience

Wonderful caring team that go above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.
From initial phone call to assessment meeting to actual care the service and kindness was outstanding.
The carer was unbelievably patient dealing with our fast changing needs from a few hours a day, to no cover needed and then finally 24 hour care for an end of life prognosis.
She found wonderful caring kind and capable carers to help dad. She also liased with a hospice and anoher cre home and helped and advised us every step of the way.
She was always quick to respond to emails.
Thanks also to the lady in the office for answering queries. Always friendly professional and helpful.
Thank you to the ladies who care for dad in such a dignified way.
I highly recommend Bluebird Care for all care and support needs.

I can't praise them highly enough.

Bluebird Care Chichester have recently started to visit my sister who has dementia. From the setting up of the care to the day to day visits I have been very impressed. There has been a few teething problems due to my sister's needs but these have been sort efficiently by the office staff and carers. My sister has commented 'they are all very nice'

Overall Experience

The carers have been very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the tasks they're asked to do are very well done; one of them even mended the lid of my CD player which cleaners had knocked askew - and I'm not practical.

I've had enjoyable chats with them so that I look forward to seeing them as I would if they were actual friends (which, in a way, they are).
