The office was always helpful - if I needed an escort for an appointment they would arrange it. Only had 2 problems where the carer turned up late due to traffic problems, but this has been addressed, otherwise no problems. All well.

Bluebird Care have been a great assistance to my Mother over the past couple of years. Trusted and caring which is much appreciated by both my Mother and the family. Working closely with the family we have managed to put a care package comprising of family & Bluebird which has enabled my Mother to stay
in her own home.

I have been included in Bluebird Care for only a short time & from the beginning have been impressed by their friendliness & interest in my general wellbeing & personal care. My companion carer is always on time clean, smart & always has plenty to say, which is extremely important to an elderly live-alone
person. All in all I'm more than happy in the system & feel confident that they will help me cope in the future when life becomes more difficult.

Wonderful caring team that go above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.
From initial phone call to assessment meeting to actual care the service and kindness was outstanding.
The carer was unbelievably patient dealing with our fast changing needs from a few hours a day, to no cover needed
and then finally 24 hour care for an end of life prognosis.
She found wonderful caring kind and capable carers to help dad. She also liased with a hospice and anoher cre home and helped and advised us every step of the way.
She was always quick to respond to emails.
Thanks also to the lady in the office for answering queries. Always friendly professional and helpful.
Thank you to the ladies who care for dad in such a dignified way.
I highly recommend Bluebird Care for all care and support needs.
I can't praise them highly enough.

Bluebird Care Chichester have recently started to visit my sister who has dementia. From the setting up of the care to the day to day visits I have been very impressed. There has been a few teething problems due to my sister's needs but these have been sort efficiently by the office staff and carers.
My sister has commented 'they are all very nice'

My support only started on 14th November so it is now in the third week of operation.
I have found everyone I have met, whether admin staff or helpers, very friendly and willing to please.
My overall impression is very good and I am pleased to have this quality of support.

The communication is excellent. They constantly assess my sister-in-law's needs which gives us confidence that all her needs are met. Without their care, she would not be able to live in her own home which she wished.

The carers have been very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the tasks they're asked to do are very well done; one of them even mended the lid of my CD player which cleaners had knocked askew - and I'm not practical.
I've had enjoyable chats with them so that I look forward to seeing
them as I would if they were actual friends (which, in a way, they are).

Now bedbound, I have been using Bluebird Care for some eight months and during that time, they have collectively and significantly exceeded my expectations. Without exception, the carers are capable, competent, cheerful and, as expected, most caring, always treating me with respect and as an individual.
The organisation, administration and supervision experienced and are also of a very high standard. Despite needing two carers at a time, I have never been let down. Care, records and on-site individual performance checks are routinely carried out. In all, this is a first-class organisation staffed by good people, reliably performing care to a very high standard.

Bluebird Care Chichester has provided support for us at every step. The management is well-organised, responsive, caring and extremely efficient. The carers are very capable showing sensitivity and professionalism. There is clearly excellent training. The app is excellent, enabling staff and family

Friendly, reliable service. Nothing is too much trouble.
Only disappointment in the service, to date, was we requested at least one female to attend at the weekends, not all males, so I could have a strip wash - after two weeks, no change. My daughter had to ring to sort it out - no reason or apology
was given.

All carers are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble. The carer leaves a note for food required and this is shopped every Tuesday. They all work together to make sure everything is catered for.
