I cannot recommend Bluebird highly enough. All carers were supportive, responsible, compassionate and professional. Bluebird's policy of sending the same regular carer each week where possible enabled a strong relationship of mutual trust to build up. Carers were happy undertaking a wide range of personal and household tasks, and always did so cheerfully and in a committed and thorough way. We were also really impressed at the speed of Bluebird's response when my dad's health declined suddenly leaving him in need of extra personal care support; this was put in place within 24 hours.

The communication is excellent, the out of hours service is responsive, they provide solutions almost instantly and are happy to step up whenever needed. Fortunately for Mum, she took a particular liking to one of the ladies and Bluebird then scheduled this same carer to Mum every day which helped massively with Mum's acceptance of needing help.
Unfortunately Mum became unsafe at home and we made the difficult decision to move her into full-time residential care but I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to look after a loved one.
