We couldn't be happier with the service we receive from Bluebird. As a family we had to make the difficult decision to get support for Mum as her Alzheimer's progressed and had Bluebird recommended to us. From the initial conversation to the first visit the team were understanding, supportive & reassuring. With Hazel we have found a true gem, Mum looks forward to seeing her and having adventures together and it gives us another persons perspective on how she is doing. It takes real skill to make someone feel relaxed and comfortable with you and Hazel has it. The post visit reports are a source of comfort and reassurance to us and always elicit a smile when we find out what they have been up to. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bluebird to anyone considering homecare.

I would definitely recommend bluebird Northumberland south, they have become like a family to me, particularly my main carer Robyn who meets my needs and knows me better than I know myself. Our enabling calls and days out are always uplifting. The staff are respectful and caring, Robyn, Courtney, Helen and Ruth are my main carers and are all like family.

Carers are caring, friendly, trustworthy, reliable they professionally follow rules and procedures but form a bond with the patient and give emotional as well as physical support. They are all clearly concerned for the patient's wellbeing and give excellent and warm care and support

The carers are polite, helpful and I feel totally at ease with them.

We have been so delighted with Bluebird - in every respect. they have surpassed our expectations. The carers are all super, so cheerful and supportive, whatever the task in hand, and the manager manages everything so efficiently. My dad didn't want carers but it was a necessity. Now he says 'what a lovely group of people they are', and he looks forward to them coming. Bluebird have been brilliant for my dad, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Have appreciated all the carers I have had and the help from all the staff. Alway helpful & with a sense of humour. Another impressive aspect of Bluebird is the way changes to regular care arrangements are handled. Communication is always friendly and efficient.

Its good to see friendly cheerful carers twice a day. Difficult tasks are fullfilled.

Every member of staff whom I've spoken to enjoys working for Bluebird which speaks volumes to me. If management treat staff with respect and courtesy of course staff treats clients in the same way. Contact with office: again we (clients) are treated very well.

All the carers are very good in the care they give according to my care plan. My care is useful and keeps my anxiety and stress level down.
