A lot of back and forth with office staff. Was not given terms and conditions of private side of things, despite starting in August 2025. Asking lots of times for these and not receiving until Feb 2026.
Apart from that, the girls have been amazing with my mum!
Also, time changed and no notice given!

Management and the whole Bluebird team have provided us with exceptional care.
Both in the physical and emotional care of our special person, but supporting the wider family as a whole.
We have had several emergency situations where we have been able to reach out to the team and care has always available
and given with such warmth and reassurance.
All of the carers that have helped our family truly care for our special person and seem invested in their overall wellbeing. They are clearly skilled in what they do and are very experienced.
Communication between the team and the family has been excellent which is something we very much appreciate.
We would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird and are incredibly grateful for the fabulous care they provide to our whole family.

I've used Bluebird Care for my father and we have had excellent service from there care team. We have had great communication from the office, excellent continuity of care provided, and all tasks have been completed to a high standard.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing
care.

We have been so delighted with Bluebird - in every respect. they have surpassed our expectations. The carers are all super, so cheerful and supportive, whatever the task in hand, and the manager manages everything so efficiently. My dad didn't want carers but it was a necessity. Now he says 'what a
lovely group of people they are', and he looks forward to them coming. Bluebird have been brilliant for my dad, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Have appreciated all the carers I have had and the help from all the staff. Alway helpful & with a sense of humour. My special ones are two carers, in particular, I would be lost without them, the office are always very helpful too. Please let me know when your next charity run is cos I'd like to support

Following an accident I have found my Bluebird Care visits most helpful. For 8 weeks my regular carer assisted with tasks my temporary disability prevented me from doing. She did a great job providing support and encouragement at this difficult time. Since then she has offered cheerful companionship
as I returned to "normal".
Another impressive aspect of Bluebird is the way changes to regular care arrangements are handled. Communication is always friendly and efficient.

Every member of staff whom I've spoken to enjoys working for Bluebird which speaks volumes to me. If management treat staff with respect and courtesy of course staff treats clients in the same way. Contact with office: again we (clients) are treated very well.

I am highly delighted with the experience from every single person within Bluebird Care, from the management level to all of the carers. From day one I have been treated with the utmost courtesy, dignity and respect. I have no concern whatsoever with the care that I have been receiving from Bluebird

My mam receives three calls per day from Bluebird Care. Her continuity of care is excellent. We leave notes for the Bluebird Care staff to read and they follow them without any problems. Cooking, cleaning and medication prompts amongst other tasks are carried out on all visits without issue.
Feedback
from my mam and I is that we wished that we had Bluebird Care in from the start. We would recommend Bluebird Care 100%.

The care and support our “Bluebird girls” provide is life-changing. Care is wholly client-centric. During enabling time Mam chooses what she does and where she goes, she chooses her own meals each day allowing Mam to maintain her independence. They ensure she takes her medication, is fed, watered and
safe in her own home. There are never any surprise visitors for Mam, she met the team before they started and any new team members come with someone Mam already knows first, which is really important as Mam suffers with Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer’s. They have also left photos of the team so that she can see and recognise them. Communication is excellent, not just with us, but among the team too which ensures a real continuity of care. I cannot speak highly enough of the Bluebird team. They have changed our lives for the better and their care will allow Mam to remain safely in her own home for much longer than she would without them.

Having used Bluebird Care previously, they were first choice when we needed respite cover so we could go on holiday. All agreed really quickly. Rang me before I went on holiday to confirm requirements. Everything went smoothly and they attended daily for washing and dressing. Would definitely recommend
to others. Staff really friendly and supportive.

Excellent care provider; friendly, helpful staff and management. My mum is very happy to be a client of Bluebird and their service provides me with reassurance that my mum's needs are being met. On the occasions that I have needed to speak to the manager, she has always been 100% helpful and gone out
of her way to best incorporate whatever the request has been. Five stars from myself, my husband and my mum too.
