Palliative and end-of-life home care is something that we do frequently for Bath and Bristol residents, but the experience is deeply felt, intensely private, and not often shared in the public domain. A decline in health can happen quickly, our carers are constantly monitoring well-being and our service is agile when it comes to making changes to the level of support provided.
