Bluebird provided home care for my Mother, the care staff who attended to her were lovely polite and very professional. My mother was very comfortable with them and enjoyed her interactions with them.

I have been very happy with the quality of service I have received from Bluebird Care. All the carers have been of a high standard and have interacted well with my mother, providing company and conversation for her as well as ensuring that she washes and eats as necessary. I have also been impressed
by the quality of Bluebird's office team and systems. These ensure that the required care tasks incuding the administration of medication are completed and that my mother's health issues are monitored as required. They have taken a genuine interest in her welfare which I have found to be very helpful. Keep up the good work!

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot express how grateful I am for the care my son, Addai, receives from this agency. As a single parent, entrusting your child to others is never easy, but the team has made that trust feel safe and well placed from day one.
Alyshia brings such beautiful, motherly
care to every shift. She is attentive, gentle, and deeply patient - always making sure Addai is comfortable, settled, and treated with dignity. There is a calm reassurance about her that gives me complete peace of mind. You can genuinely feel that she cares.
Maddie comes in with the broadest of smiles, and her laughter is infectious. She is also very caring, and the warmth she brings into our home never goes unnoticed. She and Alyshia are like family to us. Addai is not just "looked after" - he is valued.

Bluebird were very professional & very caring for my 95 year old mother.  
All the Carers were great but special thanks to Maria & Supervisor Joanna.
The standard of care was excellent and the Carers carried out household chores with dedication.

I wondered how this was going to play out, but I needn't have worried. On both mornings my father's carers arrived on time. They treated him with dignity as they spruced him up nicely. We were then able to enjoy the day's activities happy in the knowledge that Dad's care needs had been attended to

Bluebird carers have cared for my Dad for eight years. Since February we have had to increase Dads care package. We have found both the carers who come in and the staff in the office to be extremely competent, caring and above all reliable - they have never let us down.
Whilst Dad is unable to communicate
he has a lovely relationship with the familiar carers who even get a smile from him.

Since our daughter has had her medical treatment given to her by Bluebird Care, she is a lot happier, gets excited when staff arrive, who all make her feel very special, as parents we feel far less stressed.
Ever since we have been introduced to Bluebird care, we have found them all very professional,
very knowledgeable, kind and supportive to our daughter's complex special needs and treatment.
Would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care have been fantastic since they started. Their nurse ensures my PEG site is well cared for and the staff are very knowledgable and competent in their role. I am extremely happy with Bluebird Care.

The first time they come I felt very comfortable and everyone that comes makes me feel comfortable and treats me with dignity. They are always very professional in their work and go above and beyond in taking care of me and any housework that needs doing.

Without the help of Bluebird Care we would never have been able to get my husband out of hospital at very short notice for his last few days. One staff member in particular and the team were Brilliant at providing an emergency live in carer at very short notice. And what a lovely carer she was, although
very sadly my husband died some 7 hours after she arrived. He was so delighted to meet her, and she really loved the short time with us.
I could not recommend them highly enough for being so professional in such difficult circumstances.

So disappointed. I dont quite know what went wrong with the standard of care but messages didnt seem to get through from me, to management, to staff, leaving my mums care less than satisfactory, even risky. I had to change provider after trying to make it work over many months Premium cost but poor
service, though the friendliness of care staff was very good, mostly. Disappointed.

My fathers needs were time
Sensitive and bluebird did everything physically possible to accommodate his needs. I will be forever grateful for the service they provided in his final years. Well managed, conciderate and genuinely cared for their clients.

Bluebird Agency have provided very good care for my husband who has MND. The carers adhere to all his personal care and also converse with him in a professional and friendly way. The office staff are always helpful with any questions I have and the new RGN clinical lead is also professional, very helpful
and very informative. A good sense of humour is also helpful in our situation.

My sister has been under the care of Bluebird for 2 years now and I cannot express how much of a positive impact this care company and their staff have had on her whilst she has been going through some very difficult times. The staff are all so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring and liase very
well with our family. Cannot fault them at all. Thankyou to all the staff at Bluebird for your constant care and commitment. We as a family are extremely grateful for all the time and dedication put towards my sisters care. 100% recommend!
