Overall Experience
Bluebird is wonderful, they put together my care package. Service is warm and understanding in what are often painful times. Very astute in choosing daytime respite care, matching is well considered sending a lovely lady who is a very capable and kind. I feel very reassured while I am away in the hands of Bluebird care who follow up carefully and fully.

Overall Experience

The Bluebird carers have been excellent in caring for my Mum for the last 6 months. The service is seamless from the office and management staff to the actual Carers who visit Mum at home. Everyone is very helpful, understanding and caring - nothing is too much trouble. If I need to query anything it is very easy to get hold of someone via telephone or email. I'd like to say a BIG thank you to you all. I would highly recommend Bluebird carers!

Overall Experience
The Bluebird carers have been excellent in coping with my elderly sister, who after illness has developed challenging behaviour at times. She has been treated kindly, with respect and all tasks we have asked them to do have been done reliably.
If I have had a query or been worried about my sister's behaviour, the care manager has always given me time on the phone and reacted to the situation straight away often ringing me back to tell me a problem has been sorted.

It is not easy taking responsibility for my sister when she lives far away. I'm not even living on the mainland but the App has enabled me to check my sister's welfare easily twice a day and I am able to add my comments if I need to. This three way communication is superb giving me peace of mind.

Overall Experience

Bluebird intervened with a suspected medical problem which was affecting Mums quality of life and rapport with others. As a result Mum is a lot better. We were consulted as the process was followed and the GP and Bluebird did all they could to foster good communication.

I am so happy to use this service, the carers are amazing with my aunt. Very helpful, caring and supportive. My aunty looks forward to help coming over although at first she was a bit apprehensive. Now Bluebird carers have made her days much brighter. Thank you

Overall Experience
My Grandma was extremely down & lonely as she still lives by herself at 93.

Bluebird Care have been brilliant & given her the help & company she needed. She loves her carer and call her 'her best friend' she looks forward to he visit every day

Overall Experience

The carers have always been very pleasant, helpful and professional. I feel they are genuinely interested in me as a person. Using Bluebird Care is one of the best decisions I have made since the onset of my illness.

Overall Experience

Following the death of my husband (Alzheimer's dementia) who was cared for by Bluebird in his latter years - I felt the need of some domestic/mental support to be continued. Bluebird Care was able to provide this with a weekly session by a trusted reliable lady.
