Our mum has had both home visits and live in care provided by Bluebird over the past 18 months. All the staff have been wonderful, they provided mum with essential support and help and were flexible, kind and caring. My sister, myself and our mum were incredibly impressed with the quality of the care
and the organisation and management of the carers. The carers managed to be both professional and friendly (a skilful balance), and they treated mum with respect and dealt calmly with any incidents (such as a fall). Thank you all so much for providing mum with a quality of life she could not have had without your support.

Bluebird Care Company were excellent in caring for my husband who has dementia. All the staff and managers were so kind caring and compassionate.they paid attention to detail, always explained to my husband what they were going to do and kept me informed of any issues that arose. They were very punctual
and very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them. They didn't just take care of my husband, they also took care of me, always ensuring that I was ok.

Bluebird took over the care of my mother from another provider who were becoming more and more inconsistent in their provision of care. From the outset, Bluebird were careful to listen to my mum's needs and the detail of what sort of care was suitable for her. The carers are punctual and attentive to
all aspects of my mum's care and the head office are responsive to any changes needed and communicate well and professionally. My mum, like many older people, needs a degree of consistency and familiarity. The carers arrive at the same time each day and are limited to a few staff so my mum gets to know them and sees a familiar face. They are thorough in their work and I can feel reassured that they just get on with the job.
It's really useful to have the App so that I can see the care plan, the notes that the carers provide and make contact should there be any issues. Overall, we are really happy with the care being provided and I wish I'd made the change to Bluebird sooner.

Mum has had Bluebird carers visiting for two months now. We are very impressed with the professionalism of the company from the directors and managers to the carers themselves. They understand how difficult a time it is for families which is very helpful. We have already increased the number of hours
they visit mum. She is getting used to their visits now and it is a big help for us.

I've received help support and encouragement from my Bluebird carers. They have been flexible and adaptable to my needs. I am usually fairly able to take care for myself but often need help with managing laundry and cleaning to keep the house in order. They take me out for shopping and walks to help
me feel in touch with the world and keep me moving. They have taken me to medical appointments . They are good company and cheerful and help me be confident about being on my own in my home

Having tried several other care support companies, Bluebird Chesterfield was recommended by a friend and from the outset has taken time to understand my mother's needs and preferences.
One key need is consistency of care staff which Bluebird has tried their utmost to fulfil. This has given essential
stability to the care routine and been an absolute blessing to us in caring for our loved ones.

The carers have been punctual, cheerful and helpful. They are respectful and patient with the person who needs care. Only suggestion is less number of different pcarers per client so that you get to know the carers better.

I am delighted with the care Mum receives from Bluebird Care but more importantly Mum is happy and she tells me the carers are all friendly, helpful and kind.
The care notes are extremely valuable to me both to read what the carers have put and for me to pass on any information.
Two members of
staff, in particular, are easy to contact and friendly and helpful.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bluebird to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

My mother received excellent care in her home from Bluebird Care from January 2023 until her recent move into residential care. I cannot recommend Bluebird enough - their carers are extremely helpful and proactive in seeking to improve and personalise the service they offer. Bluebird's service was instrumental
in enabling my mum to live at home for longer than she might otherwise have been able to do. The service is extremely professionally run and very flexible in responding to increased care needs when we were away on holiday.

The carers from Bluebird Care are very professional in checking and recording information about mum so as a family we know exactly what happens at each and every visit. The app is great and easy to use. The office staff are responsive and thorough around care plans and changing information. What is
really important is that mum likes each and every carer who visits and she enjoys their company. They prompt her to carry out tasks to allow her to remain in her own home. They've recently started to cook an evening meal for mum which is a huge help.

I have received excellent care from Bluebird Care over the past two months or so as a short-term customer. The care was designed to help me in my later stages of rehabilitation after a longish spell in hospital. All the staff that I encountered were very attentive to my particular needs.

We arranged a trial of live-in care when my father's needs increased and his granddaughter and her partner, who had been living with him, needed to move away. Bluebird Care were very helpful in providing suitable, experienced carers with little delay so that we could give this a realistic trial. Everything
went well. In the end, we have decided a residential home is a better choice for him. It was definitely worth having had the experience to help us make the choice and I think, for many people, the final decision would have gone the other way.

My mum has been using Bluebird Care for a few months now and they have been amazing.
My mum was very reluctant to have anyone in the house but she has always felt at ease, from day one, with all the carers that go over.
They have been able to adapt quickly to Mum's changing needs, which has been
really helpful.
