I've been absolutely blown away by the care my mother has received from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. From the very first conversation with the team, I felt reassured and confident that we were in the best possible hands. The carers are professional, attentive, and treat my mother with such kindness and respect-it
truly feels like a family member is taking care of her.
What stands out most to me is how thoroughly the team has tailored my mother's care plan to meet her needs. Every detail is considered, from her medication schedule to her daily routines, and the carers are always patient and accommodating, no matter what. It's clear that they take the time to get to know my mother, which makes all the difference.
The management team at Bluebird Care Aberdeen has been a huge part of this experience. They're not only organised and responsive, but they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.Whenever I've had a question or concern, they've always been quick to address

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to say something about the care my mum received from Bluebird Care Aberdeen.


To be honest, I was really worried at the start. It's not easy letting other people look after your parent. But the carers quickly put us at ease. They were kind, patient,

d treated my mum with real respect.


What meant the most to me was how natural they were with her. They took the time to talk to her properly, have a laugh, and make her feel comfortable. It never felt rushed or like they were just there to do a job.


As a family, it made a big difference knowing she was being looked after so well. It took a lot of stress off us, and we could see that she felt happier in herself too.


I'd also like to say a big thank you to the management team. It's clear that the high standard of care comes from the way the service is run. They were always approachable, organised, and quick to respond whene

was exceptionally pleased with the level of care I received from Bluebird Care when my mother was being looked after because she had Alzheimer's. The care team members were very kind, understanding, and showed immense respect towards my mother as well. They tried to grasp my mother's needs and routine,
which gave me immense relief too because we all knew that we were being taken care of at all stages. I am really grateful to them for showing such care and professionalism when we needed it the most.

Mum reports she has felt cared for, listened to, supported and safe with her carers from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. Also stated she has not felt "rushed" to complete her tasks, enjoying their company and chat.
I felt her carers were especially good at helping to create and maintain a homely atmosphere
while respecting her space.
The management team were always on hand with information and advice, providing a flexible, person-centred care plan and responding quickly to any concerns raised.
We are both very appreciative and thankful for all your help and support.

From the initial meeting we decided to assess the overall service after six weeks. During this period Bluebird have proven through the carers and management to be very responsible people. Personal care has been of the highest standards and we have now moved on to nutritional foods and further changes
to the daily tasks. Bluebird have proven to be flexible and met with our endorsement of them.

Bluebird Care provide excellent personal care at lunchtime for my dad. The carers are superb/ exceptional. They are so lovely to my dad and are respectful and empathetic always. They support my mother in every way. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always polite and professional. It is easy to
contact the office for any information exchange. Our experience with Bluebird has been a godsend in terms of dad's personal comfort and I feel this company is faultless. Many thanks to them all and our heartfelt appreciation.

Bluebird Care Aberdeen have been outstanding in setting care up for my aunty. They help with lots of other additional issues that have arisen. They are kind and compassionate, turn up at the set time. They have been flexible and adapted their care as my aunty's needs have changed over the last six months.

We are generally happy with care provided. Management seem competent, understanding and responsive.
Carers vary in quality. We must have had six or seven over four months. Some are better than others at reading the day's requirements: if the soap isn't wet, client hasn't washed. If bed isn't unmade
then client hasn't been in it. No dirty dishes, client hasn't eaten.
Some carers are more flexible and will look around for what the client may need help with whilst some are happy to adhere to tasks listed on their client job sheet. Some are better than others at interacting with client and a couple have been observed singing hymns along with client.
