Overall Experience

I have been extremely pleased with the care my mother has received from Bluebird Care. They are all very Approachable and flexible. The timekeeping is excellent carers arrive on time always happy and helpful. I have found all the carers kind not only with me but especially with my mother . If we need

extra help it is only a phone call away. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to everyone.

Overall Experience

We have had carers for my Dad for some years and had thought things were going ok -due to unforseen circumstances we are using Bluebird Care and are now finally experiencing what high quality care is like!
I recently visited to find my Dad happy and relaxed, warm and comfortable-he was dressed appropriately

in warm clean fresh clothes and was clearly showered, shaved, teeth cleaned, hair clean and brushed -such a delight to see him as he was when my Mum was with us!
The house was immaculate-clean and tidy -washing up done- surfaces wiped -washing done -a small amount of hoovering done too to maintain the cleanliness. All our requests regarding his meals have been followed and there are rarely uneaten meals left on the table as the carers have understood that he needs companionship while he eats.
We love the feedback from the visits and the fact that the carers are taking the time to talk to my Dad as well as caring for his basic needs.
We cannot thank Bluebird Care enough!

My brother in law received his first visit in November 2024. Every night since then he has been delighted with the service he has received, he really looks forward to each visit enjoying the banter, and the proffesional and respectful way he is treated.

Overall Experience

Care provided for morning visit including getting up out of bed, getting washed & dressed, ensuring medication is taken, breakfast provided and left in her chair with a cup of tea & fresh water.
The app is an excellent way for family to read the daily report and see who provided care each day and how

it went.
Visits have been timely apart from one day when the carer ran an hour late but accept these things happen on occasions so no problem.
Staff have been attentive and the family are happy and have no complaints. Great service thank you.

My sister is provided with consistently excellent care by her carer and the backup that is provided by all the staff at Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire. I would highly recommend Bluebird for providing care services to anybody in need of care services.

Overall Experience

I have had home care with Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire since September 2024. I was in a black hole and had a bad 2 weeks with my last service provider so I told them not to come to my house again, put another way I sacked them. Then I had a chat with Bluebird and I have not looked back.

I had nothing to look forward to but now I look forward to my carers coming every morning 7 days a week, nothing is too much trouble for them, they never ever rush me, we do it at my pace as I have heart failure, rheumatoid arthritis and COPD. I struggle with anxiety and depression, so almost everything I do now is a struggle.
But along came my angels without wings. I have my personal care creams and deodorants applied. Then downstairs and they make me a brew just as I like it. And then we have a good chat put the world to right. Nothing is too much trouble for these angels coming in and looking after my needs, but now I couldn't do without them. I would highly recommend Bluebird for the care I receive.

Overall Experience

We have been delighted with the care Mum has received over the last year. Bluebird Carers are all very compassionate and skilled. They treat our mum with patience and respect, even when her behaviour can be quite challenging. They often go "the extra mile".
The management team in Chester are super.
They

are responsive and easy to contact. There is a very high level of professionalism.
We feel that Bluebird Care give the very best level of homecare and we have recommended their services, and friends and family in other parts of the country now use BB Care.

Overall Experience

My parents and I have been very impressed with the service provided by Bluebird care. I asked Bluebird to meet my parents to explain what support could be provided. A staff member gave me an in depth report of the visit giving an account of how my parents responded and what could be arranged moving

forward. Since we assigned Bluebird to a weekly visit they have done excellent work supporting my dad who has dementia and assisting my mother. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Overall Experience

We have been really pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Care. After several falls it was becoming increasingly difficult for our father to live at home on his own since none of us live in the immediate area. We had a live-in carer provided by Bluebird for two weeks which my father really enjoyed

in the end (he was a bit sceptical in the beginning!), he made progress getting back on his feet and felt much safer having someone around 24/7. After the live-in care period finished, we have had three visits per day organised by Bluebird. I can always see on an app what time visits are booked for, what is planned and what has been done which is extremely helpful. The carers are all lovely and the staff in the office are incredibly kind and helpful, just a phone call or email away and they always write back immediately if there are questions or queries. It's very easy to adapt the care schedule. I thoroughly recommend Bluebird.

I cannot commend Bluebird Care agency enough, I know for a fact that Mum would not be in her own home now if it wasn’t for all the love and fabulous care Mum has received. This stems from management to carers. They look after Mum like they would their own mum and as a nurse myself, I know this is hard

to come by. Even my mum’s little dog is loved and looked after care by the lovely care staff. I can’t thank Bluebird enough, keep doing what you are doing! You are all amazing.

I can highly recommend Bluebird Care. They have been outstanding looking after our mum. They are kind, thorough, compassionate and they look after our mum so well when we can’t be there for her. I, myself, deal with a lot of care companies in my own role and I have to say that Bluebird Care is the best

that I have ever dealt with.
They go above and beyond. We’ve had some difficulties with Mum and they have been utterly amazing, both carers and management alike and I cannot praise their kindness and professionalism enough.
If you need someone to be there for your loved one, these are the people to turn to.

Overall Experience

My late father, who passed away in February, had the services of Bluebird Care for several years. We got to know individual carers very well which is a great bonus, particularly to elderly people in terms of reassurance and familiarity. Carers were always kind, considerate, empathetic and reliable.

My mother continues to have Bluebird 'sitters' several times a week and she enjoys chatting to them. They show an interest in each client, which is so important. Thank you.

My mother was able to continue to live in her own home with kind and compassionate care on her daily care visit up until a fall resulted in her having to go into nursing care. The family are so very grateful for the extra months she was able to have at home.

Overall Experience

Mum has two live-in carers via Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire who work on a rota basis.
We have been using Bluebird Care since January 2023 and the company has now sourced two regular, reliable and kind carers.
Each of the two carers brings their own personality to their caring role and

I feel that I can trust each of them completely with the safety and well-being of Mum which in turn gives me freedom to continue with my own job and daily activities.
Mum has dementia however both carers ensure Mum never feels alone and by doing activities and engaging in natural conversation with her, I feel this has had a positive impact on Mum’s overall mental well-being.
On occasions when I’ve had any queries about care in general terms, I would say that Bluebird Care has listened and responded appropriately and in a timely manner.

Bluebird Care Cheshire has made a difficult time easier. They have given me peace of mind by providing live-in carers for an elderly aunt. They were very efficient and professional, handling all situations with care and concern for their client. If I needed to contact them at any time someone was always

available to offer guidance and support.
My aunt was able to remain in her own home, with excellent care. The carers were always approachable and made contact on a very regular basis to discuss their client's needs with me. I am lucky to have found an agency that gave a first-class service from start to finish. I would recommend them to others in a similar situation who need to provide extra help and support for loved ones in their own homes.
