Bluebird Care Burnley have provided an exceptional service from start to finish to my Aunty. We initially started at a few hours a week but now a permanent customer. Communication has been clear and reassuring throughout, and every aspect of the care has been delivered with the highest level of professionalism
and compassion. Manager is absolutely excellent. Office team privided clear structure and were kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about supporting us. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace of mind at all times. The reliability, consistency, and personal touch of the care has made a real difference, and it's clear the team truly care about the people they support. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care Burnley highly enough an outstanding service in every way. Thank you for everything

I receive excellent care for my mother who needs a few visits a day due to being diagnosed with Parkinson's and needs help with washing and medication, all carers are lovely and attentive, they all go above and beyond, the management are exceptional and cannot fault them at all, I'm so grateful to have
found a company who cares

I've been incredibly impressed with the standard of care provided. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure dignity, safety, and genuine compassion in every interaction. Communication has been outstanding - staff keep me fully informed, respond quickly to any queries, and always act with
professionalism and kindness.
The carers are reliable, respectful, and clearly well-trained. They take time to understand individual needs, adapt their approach when required, and build real trust and rapport. It's clear they genuinely care about the people they support, not just the tasks they complete.
Management is equally strong. They are approachable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards.

The support from the carers is very thoughtful, they let mum be as independent as they can, yet keep her overall comfort as a top priority. They are very responsive, but not pushy. They are very good at letting us be the priority when we visit.

Bluebird Care have been absolutely outstanding in the care of my Aunt.
From day one they were punctual, kind, respectful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
My Aunt has looked forward to there friendly visits daily, where they catered professionally for all of her needs.
I would wholly recommend
to anyone to use Bluebird Care as their care company

We've found Bluebird very good. The carers do all the jobs they are asked to do and are very friendly with my auntie. Bluebird are very caring and have offered walks, coffee mornings etc for my auntie which is just what she needs to get her out socialising.

The care team took time to assess our elderly mothers needs and more than full filled her expectations and ours. They treated her with care and compassion taking time to get to know her and not only give her practical care but much appreciated social care as well. Any concerns were reported to family
and addressed promptly. For the few months she was cared for she and family found it a positive experience and our thanks go to all.

We were very pleased with the care provided for my elderly mother. The care providers were friendly, kind and helpful. My mother was happy with her care. They visited twice a day at lunch and teatime and came at regular times each day. They also helped with the housework.

It is a caring, compassionate company who have high standards for themselves and provide excellent care for their clients. Managers and staff go above and beyond

Bluebird have provided excellent service over the past year. The girls are professional and polite and get on really well with my mother.
Although there has been the odd occasion when we have not been notified of a change of time/carer but that is just a minor glitch in the system.
On the whole
we are glad that we chose Bluebird as our carers. Keep up the good work.

My mum has been very pleased with all the carers. All have completed the tasks requested and been pleasant and timely. They ask if she needs anything else doing too. Any queries I have our dealt with immediately. I would definitely recommend.

As new adoptees of once a week carer-respite home care we have been really impressed with what Bluebird have to offer. Their assessor took us through the initial assessment to the allocation of an appropriate carer for a day a week, to a recent review, all in a helpful, constructive & friendly way.
We have found the care provided to be excellent, and has allowed me (as my wife's primary carer) to have a day off a week free of worries about how my wife was faring at home. Bluebird came highly recommended to us from a friend who had worked in the care sector for some years (before moving into an NHS role) and her recommendation has been completely vindicated. We are very satisfied & would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird Lancaster & South Lakeland to anyone considering using their services.

Bluebird have been providing care for my parents for over five years and during this time they have never let us down. The carers are professional, friendly and respectful. The office staff are also professional and friendly and keep us as a family informed of any changes or concerns they have with

Very good service for my husband. Carers kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble. Always ask if there is anything else that they can do for us . They have helped with my husband's progress to the extent that he is now more independent. Office staff have always informed us if a carer is

The standard of care and appearance of carers has been very good. Carers are on time, are good with individual clients and have done much to help with a much improved mobility. One is happy to welcome them into your home. Communication with the Supervisor has been excellent and there have been no problems
with contacting the office when issues have occurred.
