We also cannot fault the way they treat the home too. They always clean everywhere after showers and preparing breakfast. All in all we could not ask for better care for our Mum and that is a rare thing in this sector. Thank you Bluebird.

We have used Bluebird care for around 2 weeks,my husband has mobility problems and needs assistance going to bed and gettingup in a morning.I have had spinal surgery so am ,at present,unable to assist my husband.In a very short space of time we have come to think of the carers as friends.They have looked after my husband,and me, beautifully and would recommend them 100%.Thankyou Bluebird....

A wonderful service from Bluebird Care (Bury). The staff that have visited are professional, caring, and highly attentive to my mother's needs. I was initially a bit nervous of personal care assistants coming in to help my mother shower. However, the team has been absolutely wonderful, it has brought me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. I can recommend the service provided from them.

Bluebird care has been nothing short of exceptional. During my dads battle with terminal cancer, we struggled to balance caring for him around the clock with our own lives. Megan in the office organised everything so easily for us. She organised the same set of carers to allow my dad to form a trusting relationship. All feedback was always taken seriously and we always felt like bluebird care genuinely really really cared for our dad. It is such a relief to leave your parent in not just capable hands but hands that genuinely care about their client. As a human. What a lovely team. This line of work is where true hero's reside. Bluebird provide an excellent standard of service for my mum and we are very happy with how well my mum is looked after. She has 4 visits a day and their standard of care ensures that she is able to remain in her own home.

I sought assistance from Bluebird Care to support me with caring for my mum who had become house bound. Whilst Mum was initially very reluctant and didn't welcome the idea, it was the best decision I made. I found the help very beneficial and Mum really liked all of the carers that she met and really enjoyed the chats they had. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs a bit of help or support, they really do make a difference.

In my opinion Bluebird Care Rochdale is a Grade 1 Care provider and has provided care for my elderly Mother for the best part of two years. The carers and the backup crew know exactly what they are doing and they know how to provide the best possible care with the patient in mind. They tick all the boxes too legally, with regular reviews and advice, following all of the guidelines in place. I would highly recommend this Company and this team to anyone in need of help with care. ( I am hoping that they stay around too for when it's my turn!!! Bluebird will be the 1st place I will call! )

Bluebird Care Rochdale have looked after my grandma with dementia for years and we can't thank them enough. Their fantastic care has helped her stay in her own home, which means everything to her and to us.

She was very against having carers at first, but the team have been so patient, kind and consistent. Over time they've built genuine relationships with her and it's been amazing to see the change.

The daily updates on the portal are very reassuring, especially when we can't always be there in person. Knowing what's been done and how she's been each day helps to put our minds at ease.

The team's dementia care advice and support has been invaluable too, helping us to solve problems along the way. Without their support, my grandma would almost certainly have had to move into a care home by now. Thank you to everyone at Bluebird Care Rochdale.

Bluebird Care have been supporting my mother since last summer. They are caring and reliable. Both the staff and the management team are very flexible in their approach - which gives me added confidence knowing that whatever unexpected surprises there are it will be manageable between us. Having visits from the same carers also ensures that my mother feels comfortable and reassured as everyone knows the routine. Engaging home care is a big step for everyone - the initial visit and conversation to understand exactly what we wanted was incredibly helpful - he explained that care was tailored to what we wanted rather than 'planned offer'. In the end we decided to pause for the time being, as mum felt it was still not necessary, and possibly a little too early. However we now know where to come for amazing care at home, when the inevitable changes will come and mum and dad will again be in need of more help.
