We as her sons and mums partner were really struggling with mums hygiene over the weekend and found it difficult to help her wash and get changed. Since we contacted Bluebird it took the weight of the world off our shoulders. I have to say that the carers that have been are absolutely amazing. By far

Overall Experience

The Bluebird care team were amazing looking after my Aunt.
I felt quite daunted at the start as I was a novice to the whole process . Salma and the team put everyone at ease and guided us through it. The care team are so lovely and helpful, always prompt, flexible and attentive.
I would not hesitate

in recommending the Bluebird care team.

I have been very pleased with the professional approach of Bluebird. The manager has spent time reviewing the care provided with my parents, listened and responded to their asks. The carers are friendly and approachable. They are consistent and have provided appropriate care whilst also supporting

my parents mobility.

Overall Experience

My partner was very reluctant to have a Carer come into our Home but as soon as the Service started he was delighted with his allocated Carer. He looks forward to her coming each week and is more than happy to tell family and friends how she treats him with dignity and respect. He also really appreciates

the extra tasks that she will volunteer to do if she sees something that needs doing. This helps take some of the load off me and I really value how she goes about her role.

Bluebird care took over my mums caring needs when her dementia accelerated to the point I couldn't continue to care for her on my own. I was so worried about taking this service on for her but my worries were unfounded after I'd spoke to Beryl and John. They made sure the minimum staff would care for

mum thus reducing her anxiety of strange faces. The staff they have are caring understanding and nothing is too much trouble and always going that extra yard to ensure mums care and safety was priority. They would take mum on shopping trips when the weather permitted. But the fact I didn't worry once when they were there made my life less stressful while I was working. Unfortunately mums health deteriorated so much the only option was for her to go into 24 hr care. But it has to said without them and their team of excellent staff my mum would not of had the length of time at home that we all wanted.

Bluebird came in to support my family with the care of my Nan after she suffered a major stroke. They have been absolute lifesaver, we were so worried about going to a care provider but John, Beryl and the team have been absolutely amazing. My nan is receiving such good care and its taken a huge strain

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care Rochdale have been absolutely fantastic! They support my nana, who has dementia, and the care they provide is truly personal and thoughtful. I mainly use them to take her out, and she always has the best time - whether it's a drive out or enjoying a coffee somewhere nice. On days when

she doesn't feel up for going out, they spend time with her looking through old photos and helping her reminisce, which she really enjoys.

Communication is brilliant too - I can easily see all their notes from each visit on the system, which gives me real peace of mind. They've also stepped in to help when her other carers weren't available, without any fuss, and I'm so grateful for that flexibility.

I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care Rochdale to anyone looking for kind, reliable, and genuinely caring support for their loved ones.

Bluebird have been excellent in their care provision for mum.
Always adapted/adjusted care to suit mums needs and work around our part of mums care, even at very short notice.
Great that you can comfortably go to their office, sit and have a brew with very friendly, helpful, compassionate staff.
The

standards demanded of the care workers are evidently high. Mum is happy and so are we. Highly recommended.

My experience of Blue Bird in virtually every respect has been. Staff have been sympathetic, efficient and friendly. The care worker who comes to our house has been excellent. She goes about her work briskly. We really find her a godsend.

Bluebird are a fantastic healthcare agency!
I am absolutely delighted with the care that is being provided for my grandmother! The carers are friendly, professional, caring and have great communication skills.

My grandmother has built a great rapport with the carers. All the office staff are very

efficient, caring, responsible, have great communication skills, they are always on the ball. I would highly recommend this agency and thank you for all the fantastic work you do!

can honestly say that Bluebird Care Oldham have given me my life back. Before they started caring for my gran, I was constantly worrying - taking time off work, missing out on family moments, and feeling completely drained trying to juggle everything.

At one point, the only option I was faced with

was a care home. I'd promised my gran that she would never have to go into a home and that she could stay in her own house for as long as she was safe. Bluebird Care have made that possible.

They deliver care with such kindness, dignity, and respect they don't just do their job, they truly care. They go above and beyond every single day, keeping us informed without ever being intrusive.

They've taken away so much of the stress by managing hospital appointments, sorting medication, and dealing directly with doctors.

Most importantly, they've given my gran her independence and confidence back, and brought happiness back into her life. For me and my family, it feels like a huge weight has

I was a bit nervous about contacting Bluebird Care, as it was the first time I had needed carers to look after my husband, but the Manager was so friendly and reassuring that I was put at ease straight away. She explained the whole process and came round to the house to assess what my husband's needs

would be. She brought the assigned Carer to my house the day before I was due to go on holiday, to introduce him to me and my husband. He was very polite and friendly and I took him through the routine I had in place for my husband. When I left the following day, I had absolutely no concerns about the welfare of my husband for the week that I would be away. Whilst away I contacted the Carer only once to see how my husband was. On my return, my husband was fine, the house was neat and tidy and the laundry had all been done. The Manager telephoned me to check that I was happy with the care my husband had received and came around to the house for a follow-up chat. I was extremely satisfied.

Overall Experience

On the whole we are happy with the service provided. The main carer for Mum is very good and a great help. There have been ocassions when the carer hasn't been available and replacements have been sent. This hasn't always worked for Mum and it has now been agreeded that I will be contacted if the carer

isn't available. The management have always been available and happy to help.

The director and his team have offered outstanding support to my dad while he is adapting to life with dementia. As all of dad's family are living overseas it has been invaluable to have someone in the UK who i can trust to support dad and keep us up to date on his care and needs. The director and his
