The team at Bluebird are amazing. After a fall and short hospital stay Bluebird were lined up to provide full time live in care for mum. Unfortunately, due complications the discharge day was delayed and then ultimately became palliative care. Mum was desperate to spend her final days at home... Bluebird were totally supportive and so very helpful. Everyone from Bluebird we came into contact with was so compassionate and caring. They helped us all through a very difficult time. We only have praise and grateful thanks for how they treated us as a family.

Bluebird Care were very responsive and caring right from the start after my mum had a fall and needed some care and support as she was also suffering from anxiety and depression. Shazana was amazing and spent a lot of time getting to know mum and assess her needs. The care package was tailored to what was needed but was also flexible, which was important to us. We have used the team for 4 months and the carers have been fantastic and professional and very good with mum. If there were any issues with carers needing more training etc, the management team were responsive. Thank you to the whole team - mum is now making great progress and becoming independent again. Bluebird Care have been excellent since we have started using them in February 2026. They have been flexible when we have needed to change the care needed at short notice and know Mum is having the care and support she needs .The staff have always been caring and polite and treat Mum like one of the family. We all highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for family members and friends.

Bluebird were exemplary. My husband was treated with care and respect and all staff were friendly. Communication was excellent and professional. We were very happy with their care until my husband's condition became impossible for him to stay at home.

My sister brother and myself had the best carers in for our mom they were so professional and treated mom with respect it was all about mom. Bluebird went above and beyond with there duties and communicated with us any concerns or needed any thing extra for mom. From day one weekly rotas were given to all of us so we all knew who was going in and messages what they did.The carers looked after mom assisted until the end when mom passed away end of life.My mom called all of them her angels.

Bluebird Care were quick to respond to my request for help and support. Assistance followed quickly. The care provided to my Dad was excellent giving him much reassurance. All the staff were kind and caring knowing exactly what he needed. Everyone was kind and compassionate and above all professional. I would highly recommend them all. They provided the kind of care I would hope for if I am lucky enough to reach my fathers age .

All carers and other members that were involved with my mum's care were extremely supportive and professional . One's that visited my mum's home always made her feel relaxed , safe and would always do that little bit extra when asked.

I have had Bluebird care for 8 months following a diagnosis of cancer at the end of 2024 and 5 weeks in hospital. I cannot praise enough the care during that time. All the Care Assistants were caring and efficient and were willing to move at my pace as I became more able to do things for myself. They gave me back the confidence I had lost when I had the surprise diagnosis.

Bluebird Care were great with my aunt and uncle, both who have dementia. The supervisor and on call team were efficient and responsive, always doing their best to resolve urgent and challenging issues. The ladies were lovely and very caring towards my relatives and were so willing to help with all the various aspects of care and helping in the home. Due to the particular requirements of dementia, our aunt and uncle's needs were very specific and the bluebird ladies listened and worked well with our aunt and uncle. We are very happy to recommend Bluebird Care.

Mum always looks forward to her breakfast vist in the morning ,staff keep to the time slot even if they have a distance to travel ,nothing is too much trouble to do if they are asked .Also I always find the office staff very obliging and like the caring team very pleasant if I need to ring about anything regarding Mums care assisting me in an excellent manner .From first enquiry phone call, to Managers home vist and setting care up ,to carers coming in to care ,to office staff all very easy very pleased with everything makes it easy for myself who lives 80 miles away .

Bluebird were a godsend when I fell and broke my hip. My main job is looking after my wife who has Alzheimer's, so my temporary incapacity was a real problem. The Bluebird helpers were fantastic and responded quickly from day one and took the pressure off me. They even did the manana jobs that I had been avoiding! I recommend this friendly service to anyone who has the need for help at home.

We have been using Bluebird in Evesham for a few years now for an elderly relative. We have found the Company very good at what they do, offering advice when needed and excellent support. Both caring staff and staff in the offices are kind and considerate.

Mum has had live in care from October 2024, and we couldn't be happier. The carer is always cheerful and very communicative. If there are any problems she sorts them out. She has become a companion for mum, but still gives her space.

I have Bluebird care carers and they are all very good at their job and would not know what i would do with out them, they help me have a shower as I shake a bit in the shower and they help me in the morning and the evening to get dressed and undressed as I have osteoarthritis in my shoulders and is very painful. I am also walking slowly but hope to get better with the help of the lovely carers. The carers are all angels.
