Bluebird Care provided live in care for my mother who had Parkinsons and Dementia and I found them to be a wonderful provider of care, from the first phone call right through to the end when my mother sadly passed. The carers are truly responsive, diligent, warm, professional and friendly, and I have huge respect for everyone I met through this experience. Thank you for treating my mum as a full person and for all that you did to keep her happy and comfortable.

Bluebird have been a huge support providing care for our changing needs since a short hospital stay 3 years ago and Mum's continuing journey with dementia. The carers go to great lengths to give a bit of pleasure, companionship and structure to the week, and to encourage Mum not to lose her independence and mobility so she can stay in her own home which means so much to her.

We have been engaged with Bluebird now for over five years. They have always been friendly and helpful. Mum got on well with a number of carers (not all) and in generally was very happy with the care she received.

From the first meeting with Marco and his team at Bluebird we have had a very professional and high level of service throughout.

The personal care and friendship delivered by all the staff was exemplary and we would recommend them to anyone in need of care. Indeed, we used them when my 90 year old father needed care, he then sadly passed away. Two years later we used Bluebird to support my 91 year old mother-in-law. She then had a stroke and sadly passed away. More recently we have used them with my 93 year old mother who has stage 4 cancer with its many complications. In each instance the care providers became friends and a source of calm support and medical care demonstrating that for the Bluebird team it is a vocation not merely 9-5 work.

I do not usually give reviews. But Bluebird are different, very different. The staff are driven to provide the best care possible so it is without hesitation that I would recommend them to you and your loved ones.

Good to know companies like Bluebird exist in a world that needs good care .

From the first meeting with Bluebird we have had a very professional and high level of service throughout. The care, companionship delivered by all the staff is exemplary and we would recommend them to anyone in need of care. When I visited my parents, it was always a great source of pleasure to hear the staff chatting away with my parents, to the staff it is a vocation not a job.

Our experience with Bluebird care has been for both my dad and mum over a few years initially after dad was discharged from hospital after surgery in 2015 and then more recently to assist with his morning and bedtime routines. Mum recently lost her confidence after a fall in the shower and Bluebird stepped in to help rebuild her confidence and support her morning and evening routines. The team at Bluebird from the office based team who are skilled in assessing the needs of the clients to the carers who carry out the tasks on a daily basis they are all very passionate about what they do. We are so grateful to the team at Bluebird care for their compassion, respect and willingness to listen and change things to suit the individuals they are supporting. The carers were professionally friendly and helpful. They would listen and act on what I needed support with and provided support in keeping the house clean whilst I was recovering. I highly recommend Bluebird Care.

The ongoing care my father is receiving is exemplary. The carers really do care. My father has a giggle with them. It is very helpful that as well as excellent physical care the social element is also a focus, including playing scrabble and card games. I recommend Bluebird for anyone seeking care for their relatives or themselves

My Mum had live in carers from Bluebird Care for 2 and half years. The care she recieved was exceptional. Every carer had Mum's best interests to heart. They all formed a bond with Mum. The way Bluebird Care organised everything took a lot of the pressure off us as Mum's family. We knew Mum was in safe hands and being look after to highest standard, it meant we could once again be a family and not carers. I would hole hearted recommend Bluebird Care to look after your loved ones.

The Bluebird team supported our mum over the last 10 months with personal care. The carers were unfailingly kind, respectful and helpful in every possible way. They also reported any particular concerns they picked up during visits with both our parents. In addition, Managers were incredibly supportive towards our family generally during several worrying periods concerning our parents' ill health, contacting us by email and phone calls. Our family are grateful for the excellent care provided.

A few years ago Bluebird provided exceptional care at home for my Mother who suffered from dementia, when my father was unable to manage himself - they were very accommodating and he was able to adjust the frequency of visits as her needs changed. More recently they assisted my Mother's live-in carer three times per day, enabling her to remain at home until she was admitted to hospital. During this time they highlighted any concerns immediately and dealt with them promptly. They cared for my Mother at the end of her life with kindness and compassion, which was a huge comfort to all the family knowing that she was receiving the best possible care.

Sadly, after a spell in the hospital, the time has now come for him to need more care than can be offered at home, so he is moving to a care home. He'll miss them, but it will free up some time for someone else to benefit from the Bluebird services.
