Bluebird North Cornwall have been providing my care for over a year. I have used home care for many years, and they are amongst the best firms I've had. The carers support my ongoing independence as far as possible, whilst also gently suggesting areas where I might now need a bit more help. They are helping me to manage my ageing process with dignity and good grace, and that is priceless

Bluebird care have completely transformed my life from help at my home to making it possible to do my hobby with their support, they assist me in appointments and make sure that I am being supported as best as possible, as my area manager one said to me "I want to give you the best life I can" I would recommend bluebird to anyone they truly have each individuals best interest at heart.

Bluebird has been with my daughter 3 years this August and they have been amazing. Before they came to us I struggled with basic tasks such as cooking a home meal or doing dishes due to my daughter having severe learning difficulties and she wasnt able to be left alone. Bluebird have helped massively and my daughter has a great bond with the team. She will even asked for them o the days they are not here. They are very professional and nothing is ever an issue. They always have a smile on their face and happy to help. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since Bluebird has been involved

I am very happy with my carers, I have about six or eight people on my rota so I see different people which I'm pleased about as not keen on too many strangers attending to me.

Over the time I have been receiving support from Bluebird staff, I have been treated with the utmost compassion and respect. Staff have seen me through some truly rough times and I don't know how I'd have managed without them. My confidence has come on leaps and bounds and I feel I was matched brilliantly with my main support worker and I am so grateful.

We are very impressed with the visits of your carers which so far has been the same person. She is very jolly with my husband and I know I can leave him without any worries.

Throughout the past year, my daughter's team has been consistent and reliable. The carers have got to know and understand her well and therefore are able to respond to her daily needs. She benefits from having a permanent team of people around her, as her communication is very limited. As her mother, I find the overall care for her is exceptional. I trust and appreciate the team and all they do for her.

Excellent all round delivery - friendly, efficient, helpful at all times. Always prompt and reliable, informing us of any changes in personnel/carer and/or changes in schedule. Staff made helpful suggestions where appropriate to source other available care regarding our needs. Very comprehensive overall.

Carers are warm, welcoming and helpful and management (manager of Mid and West Cornwall) is excellent. Always has time for us if and when help is needed.

The care my mother-in-law received from Bluebird Care was exemplary. They were professional and treated her with the utmost respect.

The manager of our area (Truro) is not as good as he should be. He doesn't listen to complaints and concerns about me not being comfortable with certain carers. I have asked him not to send certain carers here, but he still does. Most of the carers who come to my house are brilliant.

My husband and I are so very thankful and so pleased with Bluebird. They provide the best care for my husband and also fully support me. I really couldn't do it without them. They have gone out of their way to help me with my husband, and although my husband is the service user, they always make sure I am ok, and I look forward to seeing them in the mornings.
