Overall I am very pleased with the service provided. For the most part, carers have proved to be courteous and very professional so much so I have already recommended Bluebird to a friend. The office staff go out of the way to cater for our every need. We look forward to being part of Bluebird in the future.

My Uncle is always well cared for by the wonderful bluebird carers. Recently given the very hot weather, these lovely carers have helped him keep hydrated. They go above and beyond to support my uncle, with his ongoing health issues. Also the administration ladies are marvellous, they go above and beyond to support the family members too, nothing is never to much trouble. We cannot thank them enough, the whole team at Bluebird, they are excellent and we are very blessed to have them all.

From dealing with Georgia and everyone else in the office, down to the carers visiting, they offer exceptional service and have provided me with peace of mind in a difficult time.

I need care to help and be safe with using the toilet and showering afterwards, currently talking three quarters of an hour and 5 times a week since August 2024. They are always polite, and helpful to someone who does a lot of his own care, the carer being there for safety in and out of the shower and if the floor needs mopping. The carers are always on time. We requested slightly later times in the morning and that has been done. The care is a little inconsistent, most carers are excellent and will ask if there is anything else they can do to help. Two carers are not as helpful. It would be good if occasionally we have a visit from a coordinator to discuss good and not so good.

Mum's carers are wonderful. They treat her kindly and with respect. Their attention to all details concerning her care is excellent. They are warm and friendly. They feel like part of Mum's family. She looks forward to their visits, as do I. Mum and I would be lost without them.

In my experience with Bluebird, l have found all the carers without exception to be very polite, helpful, and pleasant. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and everything is done in a cheerful manner.

Arrival times of late, due to holidays, sickness and shortness of staff, have been somewhat chaotic. The staff are all excellent.

I cared for my 93-year-old mum at her home for the last two years of her life. I was exhausted and her mobility and dementia were getting worse. Bluebird Care came to visit and was open to any kind of help I requested. I can honestly say that the Bluebird carers' visits were a delight for Mum and a great support for me. They managed to arrange the same delightful carer every week for Mum's last months. She was experienced, sweet and her work was obviously a vocation. She gave Mum back the fun and chat that I was too tired to do. Gentle, respectful bedbaths, bed changes and lots more. Just fantastic! The agency is also flexible and I could arrange an afternoon out for myself.

Professional caring service thorough and reliable. Carers were happy to sit and chat with Mum never pushing her to eat if she said no. Great communication with the family. Initial visit was carried out with respect but was very informative and thorough in its information gathering. All be it the service was not required for very long, it was invaluable.

I have found Bluebird's service to be excellent. All carers have been brilliant providing excellent care and sympathetic to my mother's needs. They have always been cheerful lifting her mood when needed.

Overall, very pleased with the service.

We don't know how much further care my husband will need but we have been so comforted by the understanding and reassurances by members of staff that anything we need can be provided. My husband was initially reluctant to accept care, but he has been totally won over.

Help and support given to me, as I live some distance away from my sister, is very reassuring.

All the girls are lovely and helpful always. Come with a smile on their faces.

Apart from one blip which I did report, the girls have become like friends. I can talk about our problems and they listen. Very, very good.

The care staff who come to help my mum in the morning are usually jolly, kind and a pleasure to interact with. We have found the supervisors/management can sometimes be aloof. I would recommend Bluebird Care Oswestry to anyone who needed help.
