I would not recommend this company. I found the staff to be of very mixed ability. Some were very caring and provided a good service whilst others did the minimum and did not recognise the emerging needs of their patient. Meals were left inaccessible to my father and his basic hygiene was left unattended
on several occasions. The carers' focus appeared to be entirely on following their check list whilst there was little recognition of changes in my father's deteriorating condition. With one exception, I did not feel that the staff showed any genuine care for his well being.

Bluebird care is a well run caring care service. I have found them to be very helpful and obliging easily contactable when there is a problem even if it's out of hours. All the staff in the office are very helpful. My mother is housebound and is reliant on her care package which is regularly reviewed
so that it can be personalised compassionate and responsive . The carers are very kind most of them really outstanding and highly skilled. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for care support for their loved one.

Bluebird has given me my life back. I am an only child caring for my Mum who is 2 hours away from me. It is so reassuring that they are on hand if there is a wobble and that Mum is seen regularly every day. The carers are kind and Mum loves chatting to them They have really got to know her and what
is important to her about her life. They are very communicative with me and have given me great tips about what might help my Mum. I can always get hold of someone at the office and they know her too. I feel I can go to work and not worry, knowing that they are there for Mum. Mum is also happy with the visits. It is reassuring that she has a small team and has got to know them. They have taken time to know the important family members and it has been a pleasure to meet them when their visits coincide with ours.

The Bluebird Carers have been absolutely excellent and they have helped me enormously in my recovery from my broken shoulder. Thank you all very much indeed.
There were one or two occasions during the last couple of weeks when the Carer arrived too late and I had to get myself washed and dressed as
I had visitors/cleaners coming - but this is a very minor criticism and I have been very impressed by the care and professionalism all the Carers have shown me.

Bluebird have put in place an excellent package of care for my mother. Their attention to detail and the kindness and professionalism of their staff has been exceptional. My mother has already benefitted greatly from the care and attention she has received and I am confident that Bluebird will be able
to meet any future needs that she might have. My mother has been treated with respect and kindness and her individual needs have been recognised at every stage. Bluebird have already conducted a review of Mum's care to ensure that we are getting what is needed and that we are happy with the service.

I find it difficult to rate the services and staff, some are very good and some less so. Generally things tick along, but queries are always dealt with promptly. It is enabling my Mother to live at home.

This was my wife's and my first experience of care (needed because I was receiving a hospital day procedure), so we were somewhat anxious about how it would be. In the event, the assessment from the Care Coordinator was careful and professional, and the care provided to my wife by the Bluebird carer
was excellent. The Carer was warm, skilled, my wife felt treated with dignity. When I returned from hospital I found my wife and the Carer playing Scrabble together. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care provided. Thank you,

I have been using Bluebird to care for my mother, who has dementia for aprox a year. The initial introductory meeting was great and they asked lots of questions to fully understand what mum's needs and interests were.
The ladies that visit mum are all punctual, polite, friendly and professional. They
ensure mum is happy, has her personal care completed and that she is hydrated and fed.
Any minor issues I have raised have been dealt with promptly by Candy.
I have awarded 4/ 5 stars as the ladies sometimes did not follow all mums care needs specifically as I had requested, even after several conversations. On the whole though, mum really likes her carers. She feels safe with them and I feel she is safe and well cared for with them. She and I are very happy with the service they provide. I would recommend to others who need a daily care.

I have found everyone at Bluebird Care very helpful. Candi came out on a home visit and met me and my two sisters (Sue and Sandra) Sue being the sister having carers. Candi was very accommodating in every way, advising us if we have any concerns to be in touch straight away.

Always available for a call, the office staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The carers are compassionate and capable and as someone who has never left her mum in anyone's care before, i soon felt reassured. I would recommend Bluebird Care, and have done already.

I have found bluebird very courteous and helpful. We have not been using them for very long but have no complaints to date. My only comment is that the weekend charges are substantial especially for a couple. Unfortunately I don't know how long my parents income can sustain this as they are self funding
and any income/savings is rapidly being eaten up. I appreciate your staff need to be fairly rewarded for their hard work and empathy but would be grateful if there could be any discount for a couple.

We engaged Bluebird Care to support us in looking after our Father after he suffered a back injury. Our father is 94 years old and has been fiercely independent all his life. His recent injury meant that he could no longer continue to live independently, in particular requiring 24 hours care which my
sister and I could not provide. Bluebird responded extremely rapidly and sensitively. They visited us at home and helped us put together a suitable care package that has enabled our Father to stabilise and begin his recovery in his own home. The carers who have worked with him have all been very sensitive, caring, humorous and capable individuals and we couldn't be happier with the support they have provided us through this difficult period. Their support has been instrumental in the improvements we have seen in him this past month.

Bluebird are providing excellent care and support for my mother. I am very new to all of this, until recently my mother was an independent and resilient individual. We had to move her to be near us in Petersfield, so it has been a turbulent time. I didn't know what to expect from a carer or what their
remit was exactly, but I can tell that Bluebird carers have exceeded my expectations! Whether taking her out to the coffee shop or preparing a light snack for her, making sure everything is comfortable and clean, they are amazing and it gives me such peace of mind while I'm at work. They are all very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
