This was my wife's and my first experience of care (needed because I was receiving a hospital day procedure), so we were somewhat anxious about how it would be. In the event, the assessment from the Care Coordinator was careful and professional, and the care provided to my wife by the Bluebird carer
was excellent. The Carer was warm, skilled, my wife felt treated with dignity. When I returned from hospital I found my wife and the Carer playing Scrabble together. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care provided. Thank you,

I have been using Bluebird to care for my mother, who has dementia for aprox a year. The initial introductory meeting was great and they asked lots of questions to fully understand what mum's needs and interests were.
The ladies that visit mum are all punctual, polite, friendly and professional. They
ensure mum is happy, has her personal care completed and that she is hydrated and fed.
Any minor issues I have raised have been dealt with promptly by Candy.
I have awarded 4/ 5 stars as the ladies sometimes did not follow all mums care needs specifically as I had requested, even after several conversations. On the whole though, mum really likes her carers. She feels safe with them and I feel she is safe and well cared for with them. She and I are very happy with the service they provide. I would recommend to others who need a daily care.

Always available for a call, the office staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The carers are compassionate and capable and as someone who has never left her mum in anyone's care before, i soon felt reassured. I would recommend Bluebird Care, and have done already.

I have found bluebird very courteous and helpful. We have not been using them for very long but have no complaints to date. My only comment is that the weekend charges are substantial especially for a couple. Unfortunately I don't know how long my parents income can sustain this as they are self funding
and any income/savings is rapidly being eaten up. I appreciate your staff need to be fairly rewarded for their hard work and empathy but would be grateful if there could be any discount for a couple.

We engaged Bluebird Care to support us in looking after our Father after he suffered a back injury. Our father is 94 years old and has been fiercely independent all his life. His recent injury meant that he could no longer continue to live independently, in particular requiring 24 hours care which my
sister and I could not provide. Bluebird responded extremely rapidly and sensitively. They visited us at home and helped us put together a suitable care package that has enabled our Father to stabilise and begin his recovery in his own home. The carers who have worked with him have all been very sensitive, caring, humorous and capable individuals and we couldn't be happier with the support they have provided us through this difficult period. Their support has been instrumental in the improvements we have seen in him this past month.

Bluebird are providing excellent care and support for my mother. I am very new to all of this, until recently my mother was an independent and resilient individual. We had to move her to be near us in Petersfield, so it has been a turbulent time. I didn't know what to expect from a carer or what their
remit was exactly, but I can tell that Bluebird carers have exceeded my expectations! Whether taking her out to the coffee shop or preparing a light snack for her, making sure everything is comfortable and clean, they are amazing and it gives me such peace of mind while I'm at work. They are all very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been consistently disappointed by the attention to detail and coordination. I have raised significant concerns with the management team who appeared to be unable to communicate amongst themselves which is led to some incidents where I have lost faith in this company. We are quite early in adopting
them as a care provider and with their assurances I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.


The carers themselves appear to be fine. That said with 14 different people over a one week period for both my parents the continuity is really very poor. despite request to improve this this has not happened yet. I remain to be convinced that this is the right company for us, but hopefully things will improve in the coming weeks.

The service user is well cared-for, as far as I can gather. I have never met any of the carers but the service user ( for whom I have power of Attorney) seems satisfied and likes the regular contact.
I think it would be preferable if there were fewer carers ( I.e. not so many different ones) but I
understand that this is not possible.
The management seems good - easy to contact and swift to respond - and I have no complaints.
I like the fact that I have access to the carers' notes so that I can see how they have been helping.

I have always been happy with the level of care my dad has received since we lost my mum almost three years ago. Dad is always happy to chat to the carers and has always felt comfortable and confident with the support he receives. Without this dad couldn't live independently and remain in his own house.
It is important to both myself and my sister that dad is well looked after as we live faraway from him and it gives us peace of mind that he has calls three times per day.Keep up the good work Blue Bird, we appreciate all that you do .

My husband began having Bluebird carers two years ago after a stroke.At that time he had one carer a day but following a fall and a lengthy stay in hospital he now needs two carers four times a day.
Without exception all the carers have been very kind and very well trained and always take great care
of him.
When I have had occasion to phone the office they are always very helpful.
I would certainly recommend Bluebird.

I can't recommend Bluebird Care enough, they already provide wonderful care for my lovely 90 year old Mum who recently had a fall and a 5 week stay in hospital. Sadly this had a big impact on her decline with her vascular Dementia. Myself and my family were invited to attend a Dementia Workshop run
by Bluebird, it is totally free and so informative. The information was delivered in a professional and caring manner and was a real eye opener, it really helped us to see life through Mums eyes. It also confirmed that Mums Dementia journey had started long before we even realised. I would honestly say that any one would find this workshop useful, you never know when you might need support for a loved one and it might just help to spot the signs early enough to try and halt the progression or get the help and support you need.

Bluebird Care Fareham have been looking after my sister for a year now and I can only say how caring and supportive they all are. My sister had three carers before supplied from different agencies, none were the right fit for all sorts of reasons. Bluebird have worked hard to ensure my sister is happy,
safe and well cared for. It is good to know that she is safe and smiling, rather than scared and sad on her own. Bluebird have enabled this.
Bluebird recently trialled a new training programme for carers, and I was fortunate to be one of the people able to attend a session and see it before it goes live. It will be rolled out to GP practices in the area, and I would encourage all of these practices to take it up and advertise it to carers and workers, all of whom, I am sure, would find it interesting and benefit from the content.

The carer came to be resident to care for my friend, when she leaves on Friday 18.7.25 she will have been with then ten days. She has more than been thrown in at the deep end, and has caught up with all the requirements very quickly. She is quite charming very caring, and privacy is her priority for
my friend, I would be very pleased if she would look after me, when the time comes, she is very well presented and tidy.
