Really impressive reliable service. Very efficient girls in the office who communicate well. Will without doubt use again. The carers turned up in good time and my Dad says they were always friendly and happy to help him with everything.

Overall Experience
The person cared for was a personal friend for over 50 years. Until she was 87 she was able to look after herself even though she developed Macular degeneration from 2020. In February 2023 she spent a week in hospital & needed regular daily support.

Bluebird Care were excellent & visited regularly 3 times a day. Many were seen as good friends & very supportive. The person cared for died on the 1st January 2025 at 99.

Overall Experience
I first came across Bluebird in December '24, after I was just out of hospital, being treated for a rare and debilitating skin condition. The hospital had started my treatment and my daughter chose Bluebird, on personal recommendation, to continue it.
Bluebird provided a live-in carer, who helped me to wash and dress, and managed all aspects of my recovery. She ran the house, including cooking, cleaning, liaised with my doctors, the hospital, ordered my prescriptions and helped me to exercise.After a 10 day stint, she was replaced by one of her colleagues. We ran this way for a period of 4.months, after which we reduced the care to mornings only.

At all times, I found the Bluebird carers to be friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending the Company to others.

Bluebird Care stepped in at very short notice to provide care for my grandmother. The organisation and communication from the office staff was excellent. The staff that visited my relative were so friendly and efficient and my grandmother looked forward very much to their visits.

Overall Experience
It gives me great pleasure to be able to leave a 5 Star review for Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden.
So where do I start ? there are just so many excellent points to include and I only have 1,000 characters !
To begin with, the staff.
The lady has been with us right from the start in March 2023. She went to see mum and then discussed her requirements with mum and with the family. The care plan that she produced for our mum was nothing short of brilliant. Mum has one visit each week and the carer makes sure that Mum is fine and has everything she needs and then sorts out the house management, washing, ironing and cleaning.
Mum (and the family) could not be more delighted with our caring carers at Bluebird and, as mum always says, my bluebird visit is one of the highlights of my week and I really look forward to seeing my bluebird friends.

So, to the carer and all of the staff at Bluebird Care Eastbourne and Wealden, thank you so very much for everything that you all do for mum.

Overall Experience

We found the Bluebird ladies to be so kind gentle and thorough in the care of my partner. Three times daily they came in to wash, change and help him. He looked forward to their visits as they were always cheerful and mindful of his problems. We came to look on them all as friends. I will be forever grateful to them for assisting him so kindly.

Bluebird have been fantastic, offering care and patience for my mother they have been excellent. They were there by her side when she has no one else, supporting her all the time. The kindness and professionalism that Bluebird offer is fantastic. They have been a font of knowledge and support for me and my family when discussions have had to be made. Overall Experience

Bluebird carers are great for my husband. Treat him with great care and with humour too, which he does appreciate. They are very efficient but good at handling a very difficult situation should the occasion occur. My husbands mobility is very limited but our Bluebirds manage this problem "in their stride".

Overall Experience

The team based in Rye have given my dad and me such comprehensive support since they began caring for dad in November 2024. The office team are professional and friendly and have been an absolute God send to me navigating getting the help my dad needs. The carers who attend treat dad with dignity and compassion, they have become part of his world and he never forgets to tell me how lovely they are which is brilliant, as I live on the other of London. Knowing that Bluebird are in my dads corner and in mine has helped ease the worry and they truly do go above and beyond in emergencies! Thank you all.

I contacted Bluebird Care for help with my mother who has dementia.

There have been continuous miscommunications and constant changes to schedules, times and carers. It is extremely disappointing and upsetting as so many promises were made regarding what help could be given. In my opinion, Bluebird Care are struggling with their administration, they seem unable to send or reply to emails. There is clearly a management issue. In the end , two carers visited my mother. One was very good , the other was not a good fit. The whole approach from start to finish has felt like a scam. From signing direct debit immediately at the first meeting to being told that emails and letters had been sent (however not received by me). I have now found a new agency who are much more efficient with less extortionate rates. Bluebird is a big agency but the Brighton branch is not being run well at all. It's sad to see this sector struggling as this vital support is needed by so many.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care Agency looked after the care needs of my mother for a few months and I am very impressed with every aspect of their service. They're extremely reliable in terms of ensuring a carer visits at the time stated, and the carers are very professional and friendly. The feedback on the care provided to my mother is excellent, keeping me up to date when certain drugs or other care needs were required. The agency also contacted GPs and other services when required, and made sure all care needs were in place. The pricing is very reasonable and billing was accurate. Overall, I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Bluebird.

Overall Experience

Punctual, welcoming, cheerful and always willing to work as required. Whether it's cleaning, polishing, hoovering and even cooking they are on to it. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care assisted my Mum in her last days. She was kept clean and comfortable daily. Although the carers attended to her four times a day, they were always friendly, kind and courteous to the family at a very difficult time. Thoughtless actions during one visit did result in extra work for the family, but overall the carers were helpful and allowed us to have quality time with Mum.

Bluebird Care provided our mother with home care for several years and their team was always consistently professional, flexible and friendly. They adapted their service to meet her needs at every step and the carers and the office personnel were such a wonderful support not only to my mother but to the family as we navigated our mother's journey.

I truly cannot praise the Bluebird team enough, both in the field and the office, for all they did and would recommend them wholeheartedly to care for a loved one at home.

I was looked after very well by Bluebird Care. They tailored their support to my individual needs. They were helpful, kind and there for me when I was in a bad way. I would not have managed to do so well and recover so quickly without their support. I am grateful for all the lovely staff and management who looked after me so well, made me laugh at times and listened to me and went beyond their call of duty sometimes.

Overall Experience

We are extremely appreciative of the excellent care given to Dad by Bluebird Care. The showering and help with morning and evening dressing have been an enormous support, helping him to retain his independence. Dad looks forward to the visits and the cheerfulness shown by the carers.
