When my husband was diagnosed with end-stage heart disease we wanted him to stay at home but realised it'd be hard and we'd need good support. After much research, we opted for Bluebird - and are so pleased we did. We called our criteria 'the three Es': experience, expertise and empathy. Bluebird has given us exactly that, and more: consistency (crucial) and also a quiet understanding and compassion for what were both going through. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, not only for the carers but also management. Highly recommend!

Following an admission to hospital my dad was discharged to a nursing home and he hated it with a passion! A work colleague suggested Bluebird Care and we have been delighted with the service. My dad is now 100 and is able to stay in his own home due to the excellent care and support given by Bluebird. All of the carers are wonderful and having used the service now for several years I can thoroughly recommend them. You are always kept informed and if there are any problems they go above and beyond to help you out.

The booking process helped us to learn what might be needed and what was best for our mum's care as John talked us through the options and what he deemed was initially needed. John showed his experience and care with how he handled our situation in a calm and productive manner and checked in with us throughout the process. We really got to see why the rating for this organisation is outstanding with all they put in place, with the transparency and also with taking the extra weight off the shoulders of the family so that micromanagement from family members isnt needed meaning you can have more meaningful relationships with your loved ones. I have been impressed by the consistent quality of the visiting carers and head office staff. They are friendly, loving and professional. The reporting app is very useful in keeping up to date. Bluebird are very responsive to the various changes which are typical of domiciliary care.

Bluebird provided exceptional care and support for my 95 year old dad, the staff were amazing, always treated him with dignity, respect and compassion. The management team were always very professional. He always looked forward to his visits, they always cheered him up. We are so grateful for their kindness and expertise shown to dad, they really went above and beyond, highly recommend.

We recently switched to Bluebird and the difference has been remarkable. The team are incredibly caring, friendly and consistently professional. They made what could have been a difficult change feel smooth and reassuring and the transition from our previous provider was handled with great care and sensitivity. It is clear that the carers genuinely care about the people they support and this has made a very positive difference to our family. The care and attention that my mother received from Bluebird was always good over a period of several years. In due course, the main carer really became more of a friend to my mother than a carer. Further, whenever I phoned the office, I always managed quickly to get through to one of the managers; they were always on top of things and I felt that I was in good hands.

The staff they provided were exceptional. Every carer was cheerful, punctual and genuinely willing to help with whatever was needed. They prepared our breakfasts and lunches, handled household tasks such as loading the dishwasher and managing the washing machine and their kindness and reliability made an enormous difference at a difficult time for us -- we would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird to anyone in need.

Always provided an excellent service.always in the time requested. Staff were polite and respectful. Telephone enquiries were always dealt with promptly. Overall had a great experience with this provider.
