Speaking on behalf of my family we were really pleased to have taken bluebird care to tend to our elderly dad. Every carer was very professional caring and looked after dad. He enjoyed their visits and they always greeted him with a "Hello". The good thing about this company every visit was documented
with feedback and communication, which meant we all had peace of mind and dad was settled. We would highly recommend this company. The manager and her team were all amazing

I have been impressed by the consistent quality of the visiting carers and head office staff. They are friendly, loving and professional. The reporting app is very useful in keeping up to date. Bluebird are very responsive to the various changes which are typical of domiciliary care.

Bluebird provided exceptional care and support for my 95 year old dad, the staff were amazing, always treated him with dignity, respect and compassion. The management team were always very professional. He always looked forward to his visits, they always cheered him up. We are so grateful for their
kindness and expertise shown to dad, they really went above and beyond, highly recommend.

We recently switched to Bluebird and the difference has been remarkable. The team are incredibly caring, friendly and consistently professional. They made what could have been a difficult change feel smooth and reassuring and the transition from our previous provider was handled with great care and
sensitivity. It is clear that the carers genuinely care about the people they support and this has made a very positive difference to our family. We are extremely grateful for the support Bluebird provides and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The care and attention that my mother received from Bluebird was always good over a period of several years. In due course, the main carer really became more of a friend to my mother than a carer. Further, whenever I phoned the office, I always managed quickly to get through to one of the managers;
they were always on top of things and I felt that I was in good hands.

When my wife - who is also my primary carer - had a seriou8s accident and was suddenly unable to support me, we found ourselves in an extremely difficult and uncertain situation. Bluebird stepped in at a moment when we needed reliable, compassionate help and they exceeded every expectation.The management
team were outstanding from the very first phone call: organised, reassuring and quick to put an effective plan in place. Their communication was clear and thoughtful throughout and it was obvious that they take great pride in delivering a high standard of care.
The staff they provided were exceptional. Every carer was cheerful, punctual and genuinely willing to help with whatever was needed. They prepared our breakfasts and lunches, handled household tasks such as loading the dishwasher and managing the washing machine and their kindness and reliability made an enormous difference at a difficult time for us -- we would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird to anyone in need.

This review relates to the total time that we used the services of Bluebird which is about 2 years. Its people that make the difference and its fair to say that all the carers that looked after my cousin were a cut above.
The communication was excellent and their ability to assess accurately a change
in condition and respond accordingly in professional and competent manor demonstrating a high standard of personalised care was first class.

Our carers have always arrived at the appointed times and have invariably been cheerful on arrival. Although we have had several different pairs of carers, they have all worked well together and have quickly got to grips with what is required.
They are enthusiastic and encouraging, helping my husband
to tackle some tasks himself and making both of us feel more positive about our situation.
We have found all the carers to be friendly and focused on using their time with us to the full.

I engaged Bluebird Care to help my mother remain in her home. My mother is very happy and really likes all the ladies who have been supporting her in her home. The carers I have met are genuinely nice, empathetic and engaging people. I would just like thank them for their support in caring for my mother.
Can I also say the dialogue and communication with the team is excellent.

I have found all the carers at Bluebird uniformly kind, capable + sympathetic. Apart from looking after my mother really well + tailoring their approach to suit her individual needs, they are so friendly! They chat/joke with mum all the time they are helping her + even play her favourite music if she
is agitated. They seem concerned with how I'm doing as well! If I have to ring the office, the staff are efficient/courteous + go the extra mile to sort issues.

Bluebird Care Sunderland provided Live in Care for my Dad as an alternative to a Care Home. I was extremely happy with the care provided, knowing that my Dad was looked after to the highest standard, with carers who knew him and his needs so well and where he was happy and content. Bluebird allowed
my Dad to stay in the comfort of his own home with dignity until the end, which we couldn't be more thankful for.

I would rate this supplier of care as excellent. As even when there was confusion over when they thought that my husband cancelled my lunchtime visit, they looked on their rota and replaced it within 90 minutes. The girls are very well-trained and seem to know how to handle every situation and they
are all so friendly.
