I have received services from Bluebird Care for a considerable length of time and still do. I have found them caring and reliable plus they remember from visit to visit what I need and want help with. They always check before leaving that I do not require any extra assistance with a task. I have recommended
them to other people needing care and would do so again.

I am writing this new review as this company has gone greatly downhill. They lost so many staff recently, including both managers and care coordinators. This translated to overworked care workers, which caused more to leave. The quality of care went downhill very quickly. We were promised great things
when a new manager came on board two years ago, and sadly this did not happen, in fact, it got worse. I fear the reputation this company once had has been permanently damaged. Such a shame.

My father has been very pleased with the services provided by Bluebird Care. He lives alone and appreciates the company and help with the weekly shopping.
He loves the word 'companionship' which is one of the services Bluebird provides for him.
It is also a comfort for me to know someone visits him
regularly since I do not live close by.

As my brother and I lived a good distance from my mother's home, we needed a totally reliable service and one which treated my mother as an important individual.
Bluebird Care provided this in every respect. As my mother's health deteriorated they were able to adapt to her circumstances. Their communication
was excellent - contacting me regarding any issues and providing daily notes so we could monitor her care.
We would definitely recommend Bluebird.

My father received short-term care, due to declining care by the bluebird carers based in Grimsby. Excellent care was given. They were caring, kind and very professional in all departments. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for everything.

The care provided to me is excellent. My carers come morning and evening to do my medication and anything else I need help with. All carers are professional at all times, I am always contacted if my carer is running late - very rare. I'm kept informed of any changes to my care or carer, Covid precautions
are adhered to at all times.

I had to work away for a weekend and felt uneasy leaving my mum. Bluebird were so kind and professional, going out of their way to accommodate us. Everything was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone needing care. I shall be putting a care plan with them very soon. Thank you so much.

My mum is happy overall with the carers, but the price is the only concern as she thinks it's expensive.

Our company charges slightly higher rates than others because we are very selective during our recruitment process to make sure suitable candidates are chosen. Our care staff receive the highest standard of training to make sure that the care given to our customers is continuous and of the highest quality. We also have specialist nurses on board, available if your circumstances do change and you do require their assistance which again leads to continuity of care. To do all of this and pay the care staff considerably above the minimum wage, the price for the care does need to be slightly higher than other providers.

I could not have asked for a better experience since my partner has been home (December 2020). Every single member of staff have been amazing, delivered exceptional care and treated my partner with dignity and respect at all times. They have put everything into supporting my partner, myself and our
children and nothing is ever too much. Bluebird are an absolute credit to the caring profession and I will be forever grateful for all of them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The care supervisor was very professional and helpful; we talked through what was required, and she put it all in place for us.
She brought the carer to meet my parents before the care started. The weekend care went well.

My mother was provided wonderful care from Bluebird Home Care, they were extremely professional and warm towards my mother after having had a major stroke, they made sure all her needs were met, from getting her set up for her day to then settling down on an evening.
All staff were very approachable
and kind towards my mother and she grew very fond of all her caregivers.
From my point of view, I was extremely happy knowing Mum was well looked after, albeit last year was a very challenging time for all.
My family and I would highly recommend!

My father has received fantastic service from all of the carers who have visited over the last 3-months. They have all been very friendly, courteous and professional and have made suggestions to improve care for Dad. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they include family members in their friendly

I have no complaints about the carers they have all be excellent. The reason I have put satisfactory for the office staff is that they are changing times of the carers coming and not checking if that was alright, a phone call would have been nice.
It has been better this last 2 months September and

I am very lucky to have wonderful girls who come to me and my care is excellent they will do anything to help me in any way and they are jolly which is a good thing because some people only speak to the carers all day.
I wish I had known about Bluebird when my husband was alive. I would recommend them
to anyone.
