I have found Bluebird Care Agency to be very responsive to the fluctuating needs of my step-mother. She is seen by a small group of regular carers who have become familiar with her idiosyncrasies and tailor their input to match her presentation so as to get the best outcome. I appreciate being able to read their daily care notes as it means that I can respond pro-actively as needs arise. I feel confident that they will enable my step- mother to be able to live at home for as long as it is possible.

I went on Pilgrimage, as I do every year, but this year was different as my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimers. Thanks to the Carers he was fed and his medication was checked each day. It was good for him to have someone to chat to each day, too. All in all it took a lot of worry off my mind. Thank you x

On the whole very good and helpful. Main trouble is very eratic in times of visits and variety of carers.

My father has been receiving home care from Bluebird Care for approximately 2 months now and I am very happy with the service provided so far. All the carers have been lovely with my elderly dad who has mixed dementia.They have arrived within the requested time frame and completed the tasks requested by the family ie prepare his evening meal, make a hot drink and spend time encouraging him to eat and have a chat. They have shown initiative for example helped remind him how to use the tv remote and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I have the need had to contact the office on several occasions and have always had a prompt reply and supportive response. It's been a very positive experience so far.

Bluebird have been an excellent company when it comes to caring for my grandma, they meet all of her care needs consistently, and are always very empathetic and kind towards her. Nothing is too much to ask of them! Their visits are always on time and they have an excellent online documentation platform that allows all the family to access her notes so we know exactly what has taken place during the visit. Would highly recommend them.

Staff very friendly and caring. They help my son and he enjoys their visits.

So happy with all the ladies at Bluebird care who help me with mum's care, what I love about them is that they all actually love their job, which shows in the care they give back. They help me with every aspect of mums care, cleaning, washing and even bringing their own foot spa! superb service from outstanding staff!

After less than satisfactory care from a previous provider, the standard of care my mum received from Bluebird was excellent. Right from the beginning they listened to our concerns. The office staff were always helpful and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. All the carers who helped to look after Mum were very friendly and did 'care' and actually did feel like 'friends'. Mum loved to have a chat with them and they helped to brighten up her day. The communication between the caregivers and office staff was very good and the ability to use an app to view details of each visit was invaluable. Bluebird Care is a company I'd highly recommend to everyone.

The service, friendship and support we have received from the carers at bluebird has been and continues to be exceptional . They are professional, trustworthy, caring, and go above and beyond. As a family we very well supported and know my mother in law is looked after very well. The management are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Over the past couple of weeks my uncle has been slowly getting frail but his is 101 years old. Bluebird has noticed this and have adjusted his care to meet his new needs. The have also been in contact with with me to let me know as his needs change and what they thought his new requirements needed. Can not thank them enough for all the have done.

I have found Bluebird Care to be excellent. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, small changes can be implemented quickly and easily and the have gone above and beyond to help keep me updated on things that could affect my Mother's care.

Staff are fantastic with mum. They all treat her with dignity and respect and offer encouragement in making her own choices and promote independence in things she is able to do for herself. Really great team!

Bluebird have helped us keep my mum living in her own home. They provide a great service. Their carers are professional and caring, going up and beyond. Which in turn give our family satisfaction knowing our mum is cared for and safe in her own home.

She is always prompt, efficient and willing to do anything I ask of her - time allowing. She has a pleasing sense of humour but always remains professional.
