Teams of Bluebird carers gave palliative care to my wife. She told me that they all seemed to have found their true vocation, and that they were all compassionate, caring, patient, calm and anticipatory.

We appointed Bluebird care after a very negative experience with another service provider. They were kind and considerate when we explained the previous negative experience with the other care company and did everything possible to ensure a smooth handover.

the reliability and punctuality of the carers has been excellent with any expected delays communicated in a timely manner.
My only comment would be that my dad has a mixture of different carers attending daily which has made developing rapport and relationships a little difficult. All the carers however are kind, compassionate and considerate and always prepared to help however they can. So far we are very happy with bluebird and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bluebird have been wonderful with my mum. Her carers take her out on Fridays because she likes to go out regularly, and they do little craft activities with her at home that she loves showing off.
She's chatting more, smiling more, and genuinely looks forward to their visits. It's settling knowing

I started with Bluebird a couple months back and was met with continued lateness and people not showing up, and nearly every day the manger had to come because no staff, I was twice sent sick carers when I have no immune system and one of those was right before an operation. When I told them I was moving
company's and gave my notice they decided to not turn up and then sent me my regular to try and guilt me the following day. They also had a go at me for not responding to a get well text after I'd just had a surgery, I had one carer come so untrained she gave me raw bacon literally not even put in pan, it was very obvious some of them hadn't had they're official needed training.

Overall I am happy with the service that Bluebird provide. I need help getting out for an hour once a week. The support workers have always been helpful and friendly. My only real complaint is that I rarely get to see the same worker for more than a couple of weeks. I would be happy to recommend them
to anyone who needs help.

A very good care company who I would highly recommend. The girls who care for mum are all lovely. They treat mum like a member of the family. The manager is a thoughtful person who runs a very good company. His communication is excellent and he supports his team very well. There are no issues using

We are really happy with the care that dad is recieving from Bluebird. The carers are kind, knowledgable and compassionate. My family and I are extremely happy with the care my father has received and feel we can fully trust him in their hands.
All the carers who visit show genuine compassion not only for my father, but also for my elderly mum and I, as we navigate one of the most difficult times in our lives.

Each team member brings their own personality, and it's lovely to see them express that freely - it feels genuine and gives us the sense that they're treating us as individuals, not just performing robotic tasks. It also shows they feel comfortable with us, which we truly appreciate.
Dad's carers always come in pairs and demonstrate real teamwork. They are all a great credit to Bluebird Care, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have been very impressed by Bluebird Homecare since my first contact with them. They were easy to contact and sign up with, the manager who did the initial assessment with my dad was great and really put him at his ease as well as communicating regularly with me. My dad has the same carer coming every
morning and she also developed a good relationship with my dad really quickly. She has also contacted me direct with any concerns and been clear that she is very happy for me to contact her direct with any worries. I have had less positive experiences with other companies but I'm very happy with the service that Bluebird have provided so far. It has been a great comfort to me. The costs are also reasonable.

The management staff listened to our needs and identified the right carers for my mum. Mum has always been a private person so she didn't want help but the carers engaged with mum and in just a short space of time she has warmed to having help. The carers are kept to the minimum so continuity is
upmost. It is so nice to see mum warm to the carers so soon. I am so pleased with this company, you will not go wrong if you choose Bluebird over any other care company. Excellent ladies/gents keep up the good work

Have had excellent service. Carers have been consistent and good with mum. Communication with Management has been first rate. If care is going to be just a little late they always let me know so there is no guessing or uncertainty.
