Bluebird Care Walsall have looked after my mother-in-law for the last 4 years. From the start, Bluebird have been brilliant. They are lead by a great manager, who has an outstanding management team to support her, and any queries and concerns are dealt with immediately. Visit times have been accommodated
as requested and the carers always turn up on time and stay for the full allotted slot. The team of carers, are all so understanding and have passion for their job, completely fulfilling the needs of M-I-L. They have built up a rapport with M-I-L, and being housebound she enjoys the conversations. They treat her as a family member. We don't live close by and Bluebird have taken a lot of the worry from us, by organising doctors etc visits and picking up emergency medication from the pharmacy. They also use an app which allows me to keep track of how M-I-L is feeling and eating each visit. I highly recommend Bluebird Walsall to care for your loved ones.

From the first time that the carer came to care for my husband the arrangement has been a roaring success! Her care for him has been thorough, professional but full of kindness and laughter. It is a joy to have her in our home. Dealing with the staff at the solihull office was easy and straightforward.
Fees and services were explained fully and we felt that his needs would be met.

We weren't sure an agency would be able to provide the care we wanted for my mom - ie. the same carer to build friendship, take her out for walks, go for a coffee, etc, so we were thrilled to discover Bluebird provided exactly what we wanted.
I'd definitely recommend them - they are efficient, friendly,
professional and genuinely want the best for mom and family. Thank you x

My aunty received care for several months from Bluebird care. This was a very hard time for my family due to her ill health. Bluebird staff always respected her dignity right up until she had to be admitted to hospital. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

I used Bluebird Care for short-term support when coming home from hospital following an operation. I felt really valued and cared for, from the moment a member of their team collected me from hospital to help me settle back home. The team visited twice a day, helped me with basic tasks that I found
difficult to do, looked after my pet cat and gave him lots of attention and accompanied me to appointments. They were happy to help with anything I needed and were always friendly and professional. The office staff were also very supportive and checked in to make sure I was happy with the service. Many thanks to the team at Bluebird Care for helping me through a difficult period in my life. I would be very happy to use them again should the need arise.

One member of staff, in particular, from Bluebird is attentive, organised and caring. My father's care is just what we needed. The updates and communications have been really good and have helped to settle into a routine that better meets my father's needs.

My friend has been with Bluebird Care for approximately 12 months.


The quality of service is excellent and the individual carers are all professional, supportive and caring. It gives me, family and friends great comfort to know that she is being cared for with dignity and respect.


Although the

cost of care is higher than some providers, I believe we are getting value for money and complete peace of mind.


I would fully recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care provided exceptional support for both my late mother during her cancer treatment and now for my 86-year-old father, who is very frail.
The carers are consistently cheerful, kind, and patient. They carry out their duties with care and tenderness, never rushing through tasks. Once the essentials
are done, they go the extra mile-tidying the house, including the toilet and kitchen, and taking time to sit and chat with my father. If a visit requires a little extra time or effort, they do so willingly and without complaint.
That level of compassion alone would justify a five-star review. But what truly sets Bluebird Care apart is how the whole organisation goes above and beyond. They liaise directly with pharmacies and GP teams, even managing prescription orders on Dad's behalf. Their flexibility and commitment to care are unlike anything I've experienced with other providers.

The carers are both very friendly and nice people, the companionship care is the only time I go out so it is important.
There have been a few last minute changes that sometimes throw me but those can't be helped.
I have really appreciated flexibility and effort going in to being as consistent as
possible, and going the extra mile when I had some confusion last month.

In my opinion bluebird care is a good care for people who are disabled. They manage to clean well, come on time and provide necessary information.

I cannot express enough how brilliant Bluebird have been. The most professional of organisations I have dealt with. They listened carefully and put in place everything we, as a family, needed and more. One of the most important things was the communication, I was constantly kept up to date and that

We came across Bluebird along with other providers at our local MP's Pensioner Fair. Their three reps were a cross-section of the staff from the local Bluebird location and were most engaging, especially immediately identifying with Mum who has dementia and her background. Genuine practical people
doing the job caring for people compared to the others we spoke with who were detached from the day to day stuff and concentrating on the 'business sell'. This applied to the interviews we held at home too. People matter to us. And so the proof has been in the pudding. The staff are first class genuine people. Having one regular carer, except for holidays, makes all the difference and bonding with our Mum has been beyond expectations. The relief staff are no less first class as well.
We have found communications, advice and information readily available if and when asked for. A recently organised course for family and community groups was brilliantly presented and a most welcome insight.

My mother receives home visits from Bluebird Care three times a week. Initially she was unsure about having someone come and visit her in this way, but now she looks forward to the visits and would not be without them. The carers are kind, thoughtful, considerate, patient, caring and professional. This
is backed up by supportive, helpful and caring office staff. It makes such a difference knowing that my mother is in such good hands, and that additional support and guidance is there as and when needed. Many thanks!

Bluebird carers are friendly, efficient and always considerate to my dad's changing needs. He trusts and respects them and is always pleased to see their friendly faces. Bluebird Care is always available for my queries and always contact me immediately to update me or report on anything related to my
dad's care. The supervisors are willing and able to solve minor concerns efficiently. I receive a weekly schedule of carers names and times expected which is very useful as I can inform my dad which carer is going to call. We as a family are very satisfied with the level of care and professionalism shown by staff and carers at Bluebird Care.

Bluebird are providing an excellent service for my mom and have always proved to be reliable. Carers are always on time and complete the required hours of care my mom needs. We have always found staff to be approachable and understanding. My mom who suffers from dementia is treated with gentleness
and respect and her home also. Communication with staff and management has been comforting as they are always there to listen and provider as much assistance as possible.
We receive calls from Bluebird to check all is going well. When mom was in hospital, we received calls to find out how she was doing, we were not forgotten.
Bluebird staff are always there when I need to call them and ready to listen and help. It is comforting and reassuring to know that when you call, there is someone ready to answer the phone.
It is hard asking for help but Bluebird helps to make that easier. We have a working together experience and this approach is much appreciated.

Carers treat my mother with compassion and dignity, they genuinely care and go out of their way to address her needs, she never feels rushed. She very much enjoys their company.. It is evident they enjoy their work and highly rate Bluebird. There is good communication between carers and with office
staff. It is easy for me to negotiate changes to the care plan. Bluebird have been excellent at times of crisis when my mother has been admitted to hospital. Communication with on-call staff has been invaluable at these times..Bluebird have been very supportive to our family. The application allows me to see what happens at each care visit and this is incredibly useful - carers thoughtfully record their notes.
What is most impressive is that everyone I speak to in the office knows and understands my mother and her needs; many of the office staff have previously cared for my mother.

I approached Bluebird about 18 months ago to see what support they could provide my 90 year old father who lives on his own as his immediate family live abroad and elsewhere in the country. From the first call Bluebird have been outstanding not only in their care for my father but through their extensive
experience, understanding, advice and support.
The needs of my father have escalated in this time and Bluebird have always been on hand to provide advice as to next steps. The manager has provided so much reassurance to us as a family and we have the utmost confidence that the right care is being given. The Bluebird staff who make the calls (or the 'Blue Ladies' as my father puts it!) are wonderful and are so friendly and kind to him. They have spent the time to get to know him as his preferences and we know, without doubt, he's in good hands.
Lastly, the manager and another staff member are always available, respond quickly and nothing is ever a problem. We couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you
