Bluebird carers have looked after my mother since November 2023. She receives 4 visits daily and a fortnightly cleaning visit. I can thoroughly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone needing care for themselves or their relatives. The carers are professional and good natured and Mum looks forward to their visits. This wasn't always the case as Mum has dementia and initially didn't see the need for assistance. Bluebird worked with me to build her trust and were always happy to tweak timings of visits and regularly review her care plan. A real bonus for me is the excellent communication via phone, email and the online system they use. I am able to see the weekly schedule of visits in advance and reports of each visit by the carer on my phone so always feel reassured that all is well. Thank you to all at Bluebird Care for looking after Mum and being so supportive to me as well.

I cannot praise Bluebird enough. The manager and all the care staff were superb. My dad was treated with respect and consideration at all times. The manager was always available to provide invaluable support. She provided a sympathetic ear at times when the family was under stress and helped provide solutions at critical points. The carers were extremely kind, thorough and reliable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bluebird to anyone seeking care at home.

Krysty and the rest of the team have been helping my mother over the last 6+ months and it has been a huge help to the whole family. The team have been caring, supportive and very flexible to the family needs as they age changed. My mother has built a good relationship with the whole team and really enjoys her weekly trips out to farms shops and the shops plus monthly reengagement events. Since Bluebird became involved, things have stabilised significantly. There have been no further hospital visits, medication support has improved, and we now have much better visibility of what is happening day to day through the care notes. We can adjust the level of support depending on how our parents are

My experience of Bluebird has been excellent. The carers have all been ones my mum got on with very well, and the continuity from carer to carer has been very good - a small cast that she sees again and again, who communicate with each other on the important matters. Their instructions and note-taking are meticulous. The management team are kind, responsive, clear communicators and have frequently shown their willingness to go beyond the call of duty - as have the carers themselves. During the course of several emergencies, Bluebird have proved calm, practical, knowledgeable and diligent. Value for money is a difficult one to calibrate, as this is a service I have never paid for before, and it is of course, in absolute terms, very costly, but my sense is that Bluebird cost a little bit more than another agency I tested out, and the peace of mind they have brought is definitely worth a lot. Overall, I would strongly recommend Bluebird Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham East.

My aunt has been receiving care from Bluebird since coming out of hospital, and we've been really pleased with the support. From the first enquiry through to her settling back at home, everything has been handled so well. The team have been flexible as her needs have changed, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The carers are genuinely kind and compassionate. I have been using Bluebird Home Care for just under two years for my nan, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the care and support they provide. I looked at several care companies whilst arranging a carer for my elderly neighbour. It was very quickly apparent that Bluebird care was a well organised and professional organisation. Nabir came to do the initial consultation and put my neighbour at ease immediately. We established a fixed routine and that was immediately put into practice.. My neighbour not only appreciates the help around the house but just as important is the company they provide for her. Her circumstances have changed so I have been in touch with Nabir to discuss this. She always makes herself available either by phone or email within the same day , including weekends. We have changed the care plan again and Nabir has kept me updated with when this would happen pending staff training. I am pleased that this is now due to start on 12th May. This was a very important decision for me to help my neighbour, Bluebird care has made this effortless. A care pack is left for all contact details if needed

My husband start to receive morning care ftom Bluebird in March 2025.At the beginning of December he was having end of life care and needed an evening carer too.They were all so kind and gentle with him.During his last days they were also supportive to me and our daughters.I can't speak more highly of Bluebird carers.I delayed having carers but once they started,we looked forward every morning to them coming. My husband loved them as they would gently tease him.It lifted our spirits.The decision to have Bluebird Care was made after Lindsey visited to assess our needs.She came across as a caring person and when our situation was changing Bluebird was very helpful and adapted to our needs.I am so grateful to the carers for being there for us during a difficult time.Although we had to fund the care, I feel it was worth it to keep my husband at home.

I contacted Bluebird Care in late February to seek additional support for my Mum and Dad following my Dads fall. Bluebird responded quickly and efficiently setting up a visit with my parents within a week. A week later a personal care plan has been arranged a set up. We are now 10 days into the care plan and it's going exceptionally well. My Dad is very happy with the care he is receiving, my Mum is less anxious and more rested, and I can happily go to work without worry or anxiety about my Dad getting himself set for the day. The team of carers supporting my dad are friendly, professional and efficient. A true benefit to our family x

The carers are professional in their approach but despite this they and the management team now feel like family friends. I feel we were fortunate to find such excellent care with Bluebird and I now don't have to constantly worry.

We have been using bluebird care for several years now and I can honestly say that you couldn't get better. My dad has dementia and my mom and myself look after him at home. The carers, Jodie and Sarah are fantastic with him, giving us peace of mind. If we have any problems or changing times etc we know that we can just call Nabia and she will sort it out straight away. Nabia is extremely professional yet very approachable making us feel reasured. Nothing is too much trouble. All of dad's carers seem to genuinely care about their patients. We would never use anybody else.

I cannot rate Bluebird Care enough. Thank you is not enough for what you have all done for me.
