Bluebird Care Coventry have supported my mum for almost two years and I cannot praise them highly enough. Mum has Alzheimer's and my sister and I were exhausted through trying to care for her as well as work and look after our own families too. The staff at Bluebird were all, without exception, kind,
thoughtful, warm and gentle with mum and their help meant the world to her and us. We knew she was in safe hands with the Bluebird carers. They helped with practical tasks- meals, medication etc but they also gave her time to talk and they listened to her and were respectful. They gave us guidance and advice when we needed it and we're just wonderful.

My experience with Bluebird has been very positive. My parents were reluctant to have home care but after meeting all the staff they soon changed their minds.
The professionalism, care and support my parents and I have received has been amazing. They even arranged a call out at 10 mins notice which
was most appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I future the need arises I would use them again

The care provided by Bluebird (Solihull) has been invaluable, whilst I am recovering from surgery.
Narbir listened to what I needed and there is flexibility in the package/ care provided (as this is short term).
The carers are lovely and I've really appreciated the support provided, both practically
and emotionally.

Bluebird Care have looked after my mum for a couple of years, starting with 4 daily visits and then moving onto live-in care following a serious fall. Mum has been suffering with dementia and has problems with balance. In general the carers have been very calm, patient and professional and the management
team have been responsive when I have called them with any concerns. They were very reassuring, and very willing to help. The team have worked very hard to keep mum safe and well in her own home, despite mum's wishes to manage by herself and unwillingness to accept that she couldn't.
The monitoring systems are very effective, and I was confident that all medication was given as required.
Live-in care was hard work but they kept going and formed a bond with mum, sometimes even making her laugh.

We have used Bluebird care for my mother in law for approximately 2 and a half years. The care they have provided has been excellent. The senior team and office staff are very helpful and in fact the care manager was instrumental in persuading mom in law to accept that she needed help at home when she
was very resistant to it. If there is a problem the senior team are very approachable and they will do their best to accommodate any requests. They are also happy to attend meetings and make suggestions as the clients needs change. This was very important to us as mom has dementia.
The team of carers is excellent and they work in a very professional manner and their kindness and perseverance is second to none. If there is a problem they notify the office who pass the information on to the family. After each visit they leave detailed notes which are easily accessed for family members to see what has happened during the visit. Moreover, they arrive on time.
I highly recommend them.

After using another provider and receiving extremely poor care for my mom I decided to move to Bluebird. I was in contact with Jak and though feeling skeptical at first, this turned out to be the best decision I made.


From the start Bluebird were professional, with Jak visiting my mom and arranging

a care plan. They managed to get something set up within a few weeks and then add another call at short notice. The difference in the care my mom was provided was 100 times better. The staff seemed caring and spent time getting to know my mom and encouraging her to do things. There was a couple of outstanding carers that went above and beyond as well.


I would highly recommend bluebird. The cost was a lot more than the previous, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Cost is comparable to other well rated providers, and they are clear about costs which some are not. Communication was great from the company at all stages.

My father reports that the carers are well mannered, pleasant and engage in constructive conversation. They are well trained and polite and do a range of jobs to help him in the house.
Jak has been amazing at ensuring, as a family, we are fully aware of the procedures and paperwork and is constructive
in replying to emails.
The communication we have via the portal is also very welcome as with distance between myself and my father means that I am reassured as to his care. Would highly recommend Bluebird.

Hi
I wood like to say how nice and so good to my mom and dad very carrying and sure no there jobs all lovely girls very smart appearance . They all make my mom and dad very happy and feel cunfertabull so I can't thank the team we have enough keep up the great work girls . My mom and dad are happy
to be washed by the team now as feel good with them which shocked me a bit so great . They come mornings also get there breakfast . Take them a walk so getting sum exercise . They come lunch time to do their lunch . And give medications . Then evenings we're have a snack or food before they take them up to bed get them ready for bed then into bed .every thing is perfect . Thanks again to all the team . Also all at the office .

We've been incredibly impressed with the care provided to my 90-year-old father by Bluebird over the past 3 years. The carers are consistently kind, respectful, and attentive, helping him with daily tasks such as washing, showering, dressing, and managing mobility issues due to leg problems and sore
areas. He uses a walker, and the team ensures he moves safely and comfortably.
What stands out most is their proactive approach - they regularly chase up district nurses when needed and keep me fully informed of any changes or concerns. Communication is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing they're on top of everything.
The agency also conducts regular care reviews, which gives us confidence that his care plan is being monitored and adapted as needed. The carers genuinely care about his wellbeing, and it shows in the quality of support they provide.
I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for compassionate and professional home care for an elderly loved one.

A big thank you to the Team at Bluebird Care Dudley.
As a relative navigating choosing a care provider and making decisions for a relative can at times be overwhelming and a responsibility.
From the off set Manager Jak was super helpful ,his response to an initial enquiry was prompt and professional
.He has a real ' can do' attitude and instantly puts you at ease. His compassion shines through and everything he said he was going to do he did! A package of care was set up quickly and my Moms needs were at the centre of all decision making.
Without exception the carers involved with my Mom were kind ,patient and caring and acted with professionalism.My Mom loved all the carers that came to her home and she was always happy to let them in.
I would have no hesitation in using Bluebird again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking such support.

The service we recieve from Blubird Care, helps us to keep our Mom in her own home, knowing that she is well looked after. The ladies who visit her regularly have a good idea of how to chat and interact with her.
The management staff are always extremely helpful and will accommodate any changes we
feel necessary. They go above and beyond to help. We are so glad that we chose Bluebird Care, it's a totally different experience to the care we had for our brother a couple of years ago. I was apprehensive about having carers for Mom, but I really needn't have worried. Only wish we had had them for our brother.

Bluebird Care Walsall have looked after my mother-in-law for the last 4 years. From the start, Bluebird have been brilliant. They are lead by a great manager, who has an outstanding management team to support her, and any queries and concerns are dealt with immediately. Visit times have been accommodated
as requested and the carers always turn up on time and stay for the full allotted slot. The team of carers, are all so understanding and have passion for their job, completely fulfilling the needs of M-I-L. They have built up a rapport with M-I-L, and being housebound she enjoys the conversations. They treat her as a family member. We don't live close by and Bluebird have taken a lot of the worry from us, by organising doctors etc visits and picking up emergency medication from the pharmacy. They also use an app which allows me to keep track of how M-I-L is feeling and eating each visit. I highly recommend Bluebird Walsall to care for your loved ones.

From the first time that the carer came to care for my husband the arrangement has been a roaring success! Her care for him has been thorough, professional but full of kindness and laughter. It is a joy to have her in our home. Dealing with the staff at the solihull office was easy and straightforward.
Fees and services were explained fully and we felt that his needs would be met.

We weren't sure an agency would be able to provide the care we wanted for my mom - ie. the same carer to build friendship, take her out for walks, go for a coffee, etc, so we were thrilled to discover Bluebird provided exactly what we wanted.
I'd definitely recommend them - they are efficient, friendly,

My aunty received care for several months from Bluebird care. This was a very hard time for my family due to her ill health. Bluebird staff always respected her dignity right up until she had to be admitted to hospital. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

I used Bluebird Care for short-term support when coming home from hospital following an operation. I felt really valued and cared for, from the moment a member of their team collected me from hospital to help me settle back home. The team visited twice a day, helped me with basic tasks that I found
difficult to do, looked after my pet cat and gave him lots of attention and accompanied me to appointments. They were happy to help with anything I needed and were always friendly and professional. The office staff were also very supportive and checked in to make sure I was happy with the service. Many thanks to the team at Bluebird Care for helping me through a difficult period in my life. I would be very happy to use them again should the need arise.
