The care my mother received was excellent. The carer (usually the same person) went above and beyond and was always genuinely concerned for my mothers wellbeing.

All carers are polite and helpful. Carers arrive within the allocated time slot. Appropriate duties carried out efficiently. Customer care/ services have been very helpful when I needed to contact them.

I find the service you give very good & satisfactory. I was not feeling very well, December 2025. The carer (staff) visited me & I said I had a stomach bug. Without hesitation she said oh I can call another time. I wasn't able to accept her that day. So it got sorted okay.

Richard was placed with Bluebird Care in Feb 26. They are very good company they do what is expected of them and Richard is very happy with the people that come to see to him they are all very nice and polite wear all the PPI that is available too them I would have them again if needed very good company and very good communication between carer and patient.

Our cares are always very good and helpful we can't felt them on anthihg they will do anything that you want do put the washing in take the dry washing down help me get my bottom half clothes on plus my toesepareates help Jane with her shower

The carers are all lovely. They will do anything you ask them. They are great to talk to. Unfortunately the office and coordinators are useless. I have told them repeatedly to not move my tea time to past 6 o' clock as we cook a home cooked meal and this means I'm not eating till after 7pm at night. The social workers have also told them several times not to do this and here we are again, it's been moved past 6 o'clock. I'm also supposed to have a shopping call each week. This was arranged without speaking to me and has been put at 6.20 on a Friday evening. The farm shop I like to go to shuts at 5pm. I have been telling them for 6 weeks that this time is useless as the shop is shut. They take it off and every week it's put back on at 6.20pm Friday evening. The social workers had also rung and told them about this. It was removed again this week, then changed back on Friday to 6.20pm. It's exhausting ringing them every week to tell them the same thing over and over, I'm fed up with it.

As my dad has complex needs and is inconsistent in his mobility I'm impressed that all staff can adapt with how he is on any particular day to provide the most appropriate care

I am very happy with the care and support provided to my father by Bluebird Care. The staff are very caring and attentive and are always very professional and contact me if there is a problem, for example if my father is feeling unwell. The online portal is useful for getting updates on each visit. The office staff are very helpful and respond quickly to queries, either via the portal or by phone, and accommodate changes and requests. The service provided gives us peace of mind knowing that my father is getting the help he needs to live independently.

I have been extremely happy with all the carers who have been to help me. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all very supportive and caring people. I'm glad I chose this company as if I have any problems I can ring them and they will help solve anything

I have nothing but the nicest things to say about both the company in the office and the girls who come out and provide my care. Since BLUEBIRD have taken over most of my care mainly day to day and personal care duties my whole mental attitude has improved so much i was in a dark place which each lady that walks through my door no matter what has uplifted my spirits and encouraged me to do what I can without added pressure or the feeling of being rushed. The quality of care is of such a high standard which in turn also gives my mum piece of mind that I'm getting a good quality of care and that her daughter is being looked after keeping my dignity and leaving me feeling unembarassed about my situation, my home when the ladies come rings out with laughter and that was something that was sorely missing thank you thank you thank you for just being amazing

The level of care has been great, the carers have been very kind and conscientious so far. Mum has been comfortable and happy with them which is our main concern. They are always on time and very efficient. They offer to do more, but we are more than happy to make mum her breakfast and wash up ourselves. This had made the transition from her rehab to coming back home a happy one.

Bluebird provide a high level of care support for my father. Dad particularly appreciated the consistency of care provision among the bluebird staff. They are always polite and professional when they relate to dad and also to me and other family members.

Very happy with carers,all are friendly and professional , they arrive on time and carry out tasks I am no t able to do , they treat my property with respect , they come rain or shine I enjoy having a chat with them

Our family member required additional care to make a hot meal, general care and companionship. From meeting the friendly Assessment team to then arranging bi weekly visits all runs smoothly. The team contacts us to ensure all OK and the easy access portal can be accessed when notes are available of the latest visit by the carer. Our family member is extremely happy and it gives us a layer of professional help and peace of mind.

Just like to say the care what we're received 100% the girls are faultless couldn't find a fault with any of them they're all cheerful I look forward to seeing him to have a conversation with them and they'll look after Maria 100% account not falterm at all the girls have just been now always smiling so yeah really happy with the care and look forward to see you on Friday okay thank you

Not withstanding the times of the day the carers arrive, they always present themselves with a cheerful attitude. As we are having the same girls on a regular basis, we are feeling visits are more personable and friendly. Tasks and duties are carried out in polite and experienced manner with a meaningful "is there anything else you need me to do" when leaving.

We have been with bluebird for 13 months and it was the first time that we had a carer to sit with mum for 6 hours. Mum has dementia and has not been well of late. We were concerned about mum's anxiety and agitation levels but I must say after reviewing the cameras which we have, Nazia was fantastic. She showed so much patience, empathy and encouragement with mum and gave us great reassurance that we have made the right choice in choosing bluebird care. They have some wonderful carers who do genuinely care about their clients and the main thing is that mum has a good relationship and rapport with the carers and vice versa.

Bluebird Care have supported my father for a long time and the care and support is exceptional, carers manage complex and challenging situations with empathy, dignity and compassion even when faced with some truly trying circumstances. I have complete faith in his safety and am able to work and continue with my own life knowing his needs are always well met. The whole team are supportive and have excellent communication skills ensuring i am always aware of any change in need or health concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to support those who require good personalised care and support at home

Bluebird carers are all friendly and happy they are very caring. They do an amazing job looking after me . I look forward to them coming . All happy to do any tasks that I ask . Nothing too much trouble .
