We found Bluebird Care to be very good indeed and whilst there were some hiccups along the way, that once reported, were sorted out. There was always a willingness to help where possible outside of the contracted package, and it was a great blessing at those times when a little extra care was needed.
The
carers who came to my dad were really nice and very caring but professional and our family would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone

I have recently had my annual review with Bluebird to ensure the care package for my Mum meets her needs. I have already been contacted to make amendments and been given contacts I require myself.The carers who look after my Mum are amazing and treat her with such dignity and respect. I sleep well at
night knowing my Mum is well cared for.Just wanted to say a huge Thank You for everything you do.

At last we seem to have a settled group of carers which makes a big difference as they know my wife' routine and special needs. Of the carers, one is excellent, the majority are very good with one adequate.

Some of the carers are exceptional; they really take the time to engage with my nan, even when she's not fully alert, and you can tell they care about her well-being. It's heartening to see the familiar faces who genuinely build a rapport with her and show a real commitment to her comfort.
That said,
there are a few inconsistencies with some of the less frequent nurses who come by. On occasion, they seem to simply stand around, especially if Nan is asleep or not responsive. I understand that they're only there for a short time, but it feels like more could be done to ensure she's still receiving the care and attention she deserves, even when she's resting.
In general, I'm satisfied with the service, but I think there's room for improvement in consistency across the team.

Bluebird looked after my partner who was dying with bowel cancer for several weeks before he actually passed away. The ladies who cared for him were, without exception, friendly, gentle, fun and helpful, which was great for him as he'd lost a great deal of dignity during his years of treatment. His
'ladies' made him feel comfortable; they talked freely to him and even let me help to hold him as they moved him about. This 'cuddle time' was important to both of us. Thank you so much for your care and compassion and for helping me through a very distressing, traumatic time.

I was very satisfied with the care given to my husband whilst I was having a break with my daughter. Our care organiser was very helpful and friendly. She also kept me informed that my husband was well and happy, which was great.
As I never actually met the carers I can only take my husbands opinion.

I only get to visit my mum twice per year and she seems to be doing very well. We can't thank the carer enough for the care she shows my mum and we really appreciate all her hard work . She has lively conversations with mum and it is nice to know that mum has a friendly face whenever mercy is visiting

I have been with Bluebird Homecare for some time now, and I am very pleased with the progress. The carers are excellent, well trained, very helpful and friendly. They are very professional and work very hard at what is a difficult job. I have been a quadriplegic for 16 years and this group of carers
are the best I have ever had. You work around me and the call times that I need, which is brilliant. The all round care is excellent!! I wish I had found Bluebird years ago. Thankyou very much for your care and attention. Please convey my gratitude to all staff involved.

Bluebird care took over my care from a previous provider in March 2025. Standards of care are good overall. Any issues we have had when contacting the management team have not always been dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I don't always feel listened to due to my speech impairment. However,
I am happy with Bluebird Care at this point.

We've been users of Bluebird for two months and unfortunately have not yet been assigned to a regular team. We can have six different carers over a seven day period which in terms of privacy and dignity, for my husband, isn't very good. Scheduling can be very short notice . At times only a couple
of days in advance which can be quite stressful. All of the carers are very professional, friendly and efficient and I would certainly rate them 10 out of 10. Never had any negative issues with any of them.

Outstanding care!
My beloved mother was able to spend the last five months of her life in her much loved home of 62 years.
The major carer was warm, well organized and treated my mum with great respect and tenderness. The respite carers were good. It is a great comfort to know that mum had great care

I feel very confident that my Mum is being taken care of by Bluebird Care,all of the carers that look after my Mum's basic needs, treat her with dignity, respect and empathy. They have become part of our extended family. The yearly reviews are helpful to identify any changes that my Mum may require
in her care plan, last year my Mum had to go into hospital and Bluebird were concerned and asked after her welfare which goes above and beyond.I particularly like the website where I can check on the customer schedule, read the notes on the visits and I use the online chat if I need to change or enquire about anything, this is always promptly dealth with, all in all yes I recommend Bluebird Care .

Bluebird are lovely set of ladies who care for my mum, they are efficient at alerting the correct services when something is wrong, they are kind and gentle and prompt on timings. My mum is happy with her care (eldwick West Yorkshire)

We have used Bluebird North for a number of years to care for both Mum and Dad, who suffer with severe dementia. Sadly my dad passed away recently and BB were fantastic. The management and carers couldn't do enough.
