The care over the last 12 months has varied from Excellent to unsatisfactory, but it is allowing my mother to stay in her home which is her wishes. At the moment she is very happy with the ladies who are looking after her.

I have been looked after by Bluebird for the past five months. I have found the Bluebird carers to be very conscientious and caring in a genuine way. They have responded to the occasional difficult situation in a very professional and sensitive manner.

The carers from Bluebird Care who visit my parents are mostly punctual for visits. Delays are usually communicated to my parents by phone from the office.
My parents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. All tasks are carried out by the carers as agreed. There is a small team of carers
who visit mum and dad which works really well for them as there is continuity and familiar faces which helps them build a working relationship.
Mum and dad receive a weekly schedule so they know what time and which carer will be visiting. This is helpful for mum and dad's routine and for planning appointments etc.
Any changes are usually communicated by telephone to mum and dad or are emailed to me.
There is good communication regarding management at Bluebird Care and if there is any cause to discuss any problems the management team listen to concerns and discuss and address whatever the problem is.
I would recommend Bluebird Care.

Mum has been cared for wonderfully by Bluebird Wiltshire North for the past two and a half years. We have been fortunate to have one superb live-in carer for much of that time, with an excellent stand in when she is away. The care and compassion delivered is second to none, plus our current lady is
a good cook too. The office oversee the account closely, with weekly visits, reviews with me, and the admin is always spot on too. We are confident we made the best choice when we were seeking care for Mum.

I'm writing this for myself and husband, as he doesn't type! But he would like me to say how much he has enjoyed his days with blue Bird carers, how sensitive they are to his need to be quiet and peaceful and read the paper! He is gaining in confidence thanks to their reassuring presence, and both

We started to use Bluebirds, our local care-provider, when my husband became unwell and in need of more assistance than I could give alone.
They have proved to be reliable, punctual and most of all, careful and cheerful with the excellent care they give each day. They proved flexible when working round
my husband's hospital admissions, going the extra mile when he was discharged suddenly. Now his health is slowly improving, they are helping us to manage this too.

Carers are kind, responsive & understanding. Administrative staff are also good as I often need to change arrangements due to hospital visits/appointments & they do their best to accommodate these changes, often at short notice. Persistent changes in medication needs are also addressed efficiently.
I am more than satisfied with the daily care Bluebird provides to my mother-in-law and would be happy to recommend them.

My father has been using Bluebird for a year now and the service is always of a high standard. All the care givers are friendly and professional providing physical care and emotional support. The carers ensure fluids are always available and my father maintains a good fluid intake and output even in
this weather but is reluctant to eat in hot weather and is encouraged by all the carers to have something at each meal time even when not hungry. This helps maintain his strength and independence. As always, in a team, one or two carers stand out as excellent but all the carers provide a very high standard and I would happily recommend the service to others

I am very pleased with the service provided to our father. The care team are reliable, kind and considerate. There have been times when our father has been confused and the carer in attendance has gone to special lengths to reassure and settle him. The reports that the carers leave are very helpful
to me as I live far away and can guage how things are going for Dad. Communication is excellent, both in the carers detailed reports at each visit and the liaison with office staff. All concerns and queries are dealt with as a matter of priority.
Dad is gently reminded to eat and drink and to maintain hygiene, as well as encouraged to chat about things important to him. Dad's environment is kept clean and tidy. He is very well cared for and we feel his needs are being met. Dad is happy with the visits and reports liking the carers. I am extremely pleased with the service provided to our dear father.

Bluebird stepped in very quickly to provide a respite package when my husband suddenly needed care and I had a special holiday for myself and a relative already booked and paid for. They provided an excellent service morning and evening to assist my daughter who was supervising his care. They are warm,
caring team and my husband was well looked after during my abscence.

I am the daughter of a service user. I find the service overall very good, reliable commited staff always smiling and willing to meet my mothers needs. The staff interact and communicate very well with mother, my sister finds it easie to access information on the visit and moms interaction, weither
she has had personal care, food drink etc. Mother likes the carer and she's happy with the service.

Well I am really happy with how Bluebird care comes out to my dear friend all the was to a tiny village in wilts. Took my friend a good few days to settle into home care but are amazing. They even take care of their dog and make sure she's let out. House is kept clean I do pop up and do spot checks
as work part time and always clean. My friend is well cared for well done team Bluebird

As a family we have used Bluebird Care three times now for different ageing family members in need of home care.
Bluebird were very reactive and on two occasions managed to provide us with carers only a few days before Christmas which was very much a last minute thing.
Sadly the last time we used
them was for my Dad for the last two weeks of his life. It was a quick decision as a family that we needed help as we could see our Dad was deteriorating. We spoke with Bluebird literally a couple of days before Christmas and they managed to provide us with a carer straight away. We were so appreciative as this gave everyone the best possible Christmas. Oscar was absolutely fantastic and looked after Dad so well and gave him the company that he loved.
I would definitely recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for home care, they will provide you with a piece of mind service and give you the respite you probably need.

I was always treated politely and my phone calls were always answered. I had excellent help from the organiser. All the carers were satisfactory or more, and two of them were outstanding, these two found extra things to do and were very easy to be with. All the carers were polite and helpful. Thank

Morning call, carer tells my dad to leave the urine soaked bedsheets to dry out? After the evening carer has been and gone, I visit my dad to find wet bedding still on his bed. Is this what this care company calls care? Treat your clients with the kindness and dignity that they deserve. New care provider
starting, not a moment too soon.
