The enablers were always very helpful when supporting my nan with
Bluebird also offered my nan & us as a family tips that could help her, they was always so informative when they visited and the first day home was so organised that this massively helped my nan with transitioning back into her home.
If my nan was to require support in the future bluebird would be a company that we would enquire with to have them visit her again. I further thank all off bluebird for the help they gave my nan when she was under their service :)

As Care Experts, our role is always to provide compassionate and professional care, and we must clarify that our actions were taken solely in the best interests of the vulnerable individual involved, prioritising their safety and wellbeing first and foremost, and in response to their request for help.We are not able to discuss individual specifics on a public forum such as this website as it would break customer confidentiality. Normally we encourage the reviewer to engage with us directly to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, in this instance this has led to harassment from the reviewer, which we have sadly had to report to the police.
