Complete respect and understanding in both directions! The individual carers have proved reliable, considerate and hardworking.. can't think what we'd do without them!
The staff who attended my husband were prompt, cheerful and treated him with kindness and respect. He enjoyed his outings with them and was sorry when they had to go.

I had an amazing time recently. I arranged to be taken Christmas shopping. My time and carer were arranged to my chosen shop. My carer was very diligent and ensured I was safe at all times, and made my trip very enjoyable.

Health and safety issues. Dishes left unwashed in the sink. Large amount gravy left on the floor uncleaned when mop and bucket in kitchen.

The Bluebird staff and management were very caring and looked after our mother and wife during the period leading to her passing, with the greatest of kindness and treated her with the utmost dignity.
