Overall Experience

The staff who attended my husband were prompt, cheerful and treated him with kindness and respect. He enjoyed his outings with them and was sorry when they had to go.

Overall Experience

I had an amazing time recently. I arranged to be taken Christmas shopping. My time and carer were arranged to my chosen shop. My carer was very diligent and ensured I was safe at all times, and made my trip very enjoyable.

Overall Experience

Hygiene issues. Incontinence towels left behind door making entrance impossible.
Health and safety issues. Dishes left unwashed in the sink. Large amount gravy left on the floor uncleaned when mop and bucket in kitchen.

Overall Experience

I find the caring very good, the carers very respectful, smart and clean. An occasional hiccup with the timing and altering of the carer. On the whole very good. It must be accepted that changes have to be made. Keep up the good work.

Overall Experience

The Bluebird staff and management were very caring and looked after our mother and wife during the period leading to her passing, with the greatest of kindness and treated her with the utmost dignity. They were always cheerful and also reliable, arriving at the time specified. We recommend them highly.

Overall Experience

This is the second time we have been blessed with help from Bluebird Care Team. Every one of them is caring, anticipates not only my husband's needs but mine as well, and always willing to go the extra mile. Not only do they care for my husband's physical needs but their cheerful character lightens

his mood. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend this company to anyone else. The only negative thing I could say about them is that some don't tidy up properly after they have finished. Apart from this, I don't think it would be possible to find another group of people who fulfil the role of carers better than the Bluebird team.

Overall Experience

My Father has used Bluebird Care for a few months. Your services were recommended by a friend after some issues using a different care provider. She informed us although bluebird care were a little more expensive , the service was a much better quality. So far we have been happy with the care provided

for him. The carers actually care about their clients and will go above and beyond the basic care . They are much more aware than other care providers and we are very happy with them.

Overall Experience

My stepson has only been with Bluebird for about 6 months now but during that time he has really settled in and enjoying their visits. The carers have been punctual, polite, helpful, friendly and hardworking, often going that extra mile. He always looks forward to their company and going out with them

when he can. The management have always listened to what he likes and have accommodated his requests where they can, and whenever I've had to contact them they have been really friendly and helpful also contacting me when required to keep me up to date with anything. Bluebird rates are very competitive always sending me invoices regularly.
