My mother finds the carers very pleasant and obliging.
Access to the Bluebird system allows us to read the carers' notes and advise mum on any changes to the visiting schedule.
Any important issues are notified to us by phone as well as being included in the notes.
Mum has taken surprisingly well
to having carers visit which is down to the staff.

The carer and the team have helped to make the transition to having home care for my mother in law a positive experience . They have all been kind, caring, helpful and flexible. Mum is now looking forward to each visit and speaks highly of the carers. Thank you all for helping us to help her.

My father and I have always found all carers to be kind, considerate and thoughtful.
Always arrive on time.
My father found it difficult at first having to bring carers in to help him after having a couple of severe falls.

We have found all the carers that have come from Bluebird to very professional and caring - we have used live in care and now have daily carers as my husband has improved. Also the everyone has been very flexible and helpful as we have had to adjust the care. I know my husband is safe when I have
leave him to go to work. Management have also been very helpful and do regular check ins with us to make sure everything is going well.

It is clear that the staff member's work goes beyond her role, she embodies the qualities of someone who
genuinely cares and nurtures. Also the other carers show professionalism and kindness, reflecting a committed team. The responsiveness of the office, which has consistently proven its dedication, ensuring the highest standards of care. The willingness to meet at my father in law's house during our visits from Australia highlights a proactive approach and a commitment to understanding his specific needs. Collaborative efforts between carers and the office underscore the goal of tailoring support to my father in law's needs, ensuring his comfort and well-being. The ultimate aim is father in law's wishes to remain in his cherished home for 69 years, the exceptional care and thoughtful planning provided, there is every hope that my father in law will achieve his aim.

I really cannot fault the care that my sister gets from the staff at Bluebird. They are all so kind and thoughtful and I know that my sister is very fond of them and relies on them heavily.

Bluebird Care have provided excellent home care for my sister over the past few years. The staff are always friendly & caring. Amount of care is regularly monitored & I particularly like the App which gives me access to the carers notes as I live 170 miles from my sister I am able to check how she is
each day.

My sister has been using Bluebird Care for over a year now and I am so impressed by them. They are always available and very adaptable and accommodating especially in emergency situations. For example, when my sister was ill one weekend they were able to arrange extra care visits immediately. Her care
needs are reviewed frequently and any changes made as necessary.
They are also very good at communicating with us as a family, keeping us updated with any changes in my sister's health. They have really taken the trouble to get to know my sister as a person. All the carers are really lovely people and my sister regards them as friends rather than carers.

Bluebird acted as 'double-up' carers for my mother's pre-existing 24 hour rolling home care for a period of 6 months when I managed to get Mum home from hospital. They were simply fantastic. Mum looked forward to their visits 4 times per day. They were such warm people, very friendly and caring. They
fitted in well with Mum's team and were a pleasure to meet when I was there. They never let us down. Many of the carers came from Zimbabwe and how lucky were we to have them on board. The Office side of Bluebird were also initially very quick to meet me to discuss their services and super efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of Bluebird. Thank you for all your help with my dear mother.

On the whole I am very happy with the care & attention I rec'd from all my carers. If there is a problem I always ring the office and discuss the issue. Usually it is resolved.
I am hoping you can help me with my request. (Phone this week) As I am 90yrs I find I am wanting to have carers I know rather
than a stream of new ones.

Bluebird Care were amazing and all their staff were such lovely, kind people, during a really difficult time for my family. My father had late onset dementia and needed support with everything which they provided in such a respectful way. After a chest infection he then passed away very suddenly. The
staff were so supportive, understanding and genuinely cared.

Bluebird care has some lovely carers. However please be aware that if the care user needs to go in to hospital Bluebird will charge you full price for every visit they would have done for a whole month (even though they are not actually doing any of these visits). I also found that the carers would
not always stay for the full time of the visit, sometimes much less than the half an hour. Communication could also be better between the office, the carers and the user. I really rated many of the carers who looked after my Dad, but I would not recommend Bluebird Care Epsom for the reasons I have outlined.
