The carers and office staff genuinely care about Dad's wellbeing. They recently asked him for a wish, and he said he would love fish and chips and a chat with Bibi and Kayleigh. A couple of days later, they surprised him with exactly that, and he was thrilled. I cannot overstate the comfort Bluebird gives my sister and me, knowing Dad is safe, cared for, and treated with kindness, respect and dignity. Thank you Bluebird you are all amazing!

Our dad had a stroke and is half paralyzed we used another provider before bluebird who were far from reliable. bluebird care about our dad , cannot do enough for him , send us messages if any problems and are so caring especially his usual carer Niaomi , who really really cares for our dad which takes so much worry away from myself and my sister . thank you BIBI , KAYLEY and all the staff .

Bluebird are always quick to respond to our needs and requests. The day and evening carers are exceptionally caring. A shoutout for Rachel D who comes in daily min - Fri she is wonderful and very supportive.

Bluebird provided an excellent service and organised a live in carer for my mother at short notice. The carer was very kind to my mother and looked after her whilst she recovered from a recent fall and prolonged stay in hospital. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We have had a very positive experience with a good level of care shown by the daily carers, allied to plenty of flexibility shown by the the team in Reigate whenever changes were required. We were also kept informed whenever major issues occured.

After a period in Hospital, Mum was able to return home with live in Carers plus a cover carer for their daily break from Sept25 to May26 as was Mums wish was to stay at home as long as possible. The family all greatly valued the patience and caring nature of the all carers, and also the time they spent socialising and playing games with Mum too. Thanks to all the members of the Bluebird team who were involved including the office staff who were also very helpful. Mums quality of life at home was very good, but unfortunately due to age age and dementia, Mums mobility deteriorated to the point she really needed to move into a care home

Bluebird came to our rescue when my Mum came home from a hospital stay needing a lot more care than we could provide. We struggled for 10 days trying to do it ourselves and I can honestly say I have never been more pleased to see someone than when Mercy arrived on the doorstep on the first day of care! Her calm, caring, capable manner immediately put us at ease. We have found this to be pretty consistent with all of the carers while using Bluebird's services over the last 18 months. Generally the office staff respond quickly to enquiries and are helpful and professional. We are only leaving Bluebird as Mum is relocating. I would happily recommend Bluebird services.

I've used Bluebird Care for almost 5 years. They looked after my husband before he sadly left us. They supported me so much throughout. The office staff organised my care quickly and professionally when I became poorly. I have a good relationship with all the carers. I've never come across a carer I didn't like. Their work is neat, tidy and competent. I also really liked the live-in carer they provided temporarily, whilst I recovered. I recommend Bluebird Care to lots of people.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service and care provided by Bluebird. The carers are always punctual, polite and professional. They provide excellent care and company for my 94 year old mum, who feels completely safe with them and looks forward to seeing them. I would highly recommend Bluebird to other family members and friends looking for carers.

I have also been impressed by how flexible Bluebird have been when we have requested to either increase or decrease visits.

In general I have been happy with the care and support that I have recieved. There have been some communication difficulties on occasion, not helped because I can be hard of hearing. My present carer went 'over and above' when she was looking after my husband during the final phase of his illness.
