I have been very impressed with the quality of care and communication that as a family we have received from Bluebird Care. Every carer has been so kind, compassionate and understanding to my mum's needs. Our manager Lynsey has been incredible and supported the decisions we have needed to make, both

The care that my father has received has been excellent. When he first came out of hospital they made sure they put him at ease so straight away he felt secure. I can't speak highly enough as that made my life much easier knowing dad was in capable hands.

Returning from hospital after a complete mental and physical breakdown - caused mainly by my wife's agressive dementia in our house in Hampton, Middlesex, I arrived at my faughters' house in Ripley in a state of total confusion, with the help of Guildford Bluebird Care, and my two daughters, I am now
recovering well, and able to cope with minimum assistance. I continue to improve my self-confidence and ability.

My mother developed rapidly deteriorating Dementia managing this situation you feel very alone when searching solutions to support and ensure their dignity and wishes in my mother's case to remain in her home. I reached out to Bluebird who immediately came to visit us and gently communicated with my
mother in helping her to understand what care plan could be provided trying their best to include her wishes. The carers had a very challenging job but they were honestly excellent in handling and caring what I appreciated most was the constant daily communication with the team. In July her conditions became very serious I don't know what I would have done without their advice as they were put in a position to manage an end of life situation. Their experience saw them reach out to doctors and paramedics to ensure my mother's comfort before she passed away. I can only thank them and show gratitude for everything and for continuing to stay in touch with kindness and caring for the family.

Our experience of Bluebird (Guildford Godalming and Surrey Heath) has been exceptional from the moment I made the first call hoping a care package could be put in place within a couple of days so my mother could leave hospital and it was. The two carers were so skilled, helpful and kind and put my mother
totally at ease - we are so grateful. Management was always responsive and totally committed to supporting us - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this service enough. Thank you to you all.

Mum has been using Bluebird agency for one month now & is very happy with the care received so far. The carers are efficient & friendly. This week have had the same carer every day, we know this is not always possible but it does help her to have continuity. Very good communication between us & the

Thanks to Bluebird I was able to return home from hospital earlier than if left to hospital admin - they efficiently organised a live in carer immediately with a view to a return to my usual visiting carer.
I cannot thank them enough for making the transition seamless offering comfort to both myself
and my family.

Bluebird have been looking after my elderly father for six months now, ever since my mother went into a care home. They have taken note of all his needs and wishes and have responded to any changing circumstances quickly and efficiently. He is more than happy with the carers who come to see him once
a day, mostly to clean and look after the house, but also to provide him with some companionship and administer to his medication and occasional health needs. The staff are always only a phone message away and any changes in my father's circumstances are always relayed to me quickly.

My mother finds the carers very pleasant and obliging.
Access to the Bluebird system allows us to read the carers' notes and advise mum on any changes to the visiting schedule.
Any important issues are notified to us by phone as well as being included in the notes.
Mum has taken surprisingly well
to having carers visit which is down to the staff.

My father and I have always found all carers to be kind, considerate and thoughtful.
Always arrive on time.
My father found it difficult at first having to bring carers in to help him after having a couple of severe falls.

We have found all the carers that have come from Bluebird to very professional and caring - we have used live in care and now have daily carers as my husband has improved. Also the everyone has been very flexible and helpful as we have had to adjust the care. I know my husband is safe when I have
leave him to go to work. Management have also been very helpful and do regular check ins with us to make sure everything is going well.

Bluebird Care have provided excellent home care for my sister over the past few years. The staff are always friendly & caring. Amount of care is regularly monitored & I particularly like the App which gives me access to the carers notes as I live 170 miles from my sister I am able to check how she is
each day.

My sister has been using Bluebird Care for over a year now and I am so impressed by them. They are always available and very adaptable and accommodating especially in emergency situations. For example, when my sister was ill one weekend they were able to arrange extra care visits immediately. Her care
needs are reviewed frequently and any changes made as necessary.
They are also very good at communicating with us as a family, keeping us updated with any changes in my sister's health. They have really taken the trouble to get to know my sister as a person. All the carers are really lovely people and my sister regards them as friends rather than carers.
