I have found the experience with helping hands a very positive one . From meeting with manager and putting care in place they have been really helpful and understanding . The staff are lovely and caring and I know my father enjoys their company and my mind is put at rest a bit as I live away that he's
being checked on and having something to eat.
They keep me informed if they think dad is unwell or not himself . I would highly recommend helping hands to anyone who is looking for caring , friendly and professional staff.

I am a single handed carer for my wife and we have a carer from Helping Hands every Wednesday afternoon to provide respite for me. I appreciate the support provided and I cannot praise highly enough the carers provided by Helping Hands, who are friendly companions in addition to being there to help
my wife when needed.

My experience of helping hands has been very good the lady that runs it in this área is great she also comes to my Mother as a home help when needed she is very good at that too all the. carers are very good with my mum and she likes them all they don't mind what they do showering hoovering dusting
helping with meals nothing is a.problem my only critisisum which is nothing to do with the care mum get s is that it's nearly costs as much for half an hour as an hour when a hour in the evening would be to long but overall my Mother is very happy with the care she gets

Helping hands have been looking after my parents since last year, recently we had some major changes and there were there to support us, always flexible in their availability and short notice changes. All the staff that come to support have been friendly and accommodating.

Helping Hands acted very quickly to set up the care, and they gave a good introduction on how the care operated. You were allowed to contribute your point of view. Explained the role of the carers. Acted very quickly when I had a crisis with one of carers and was dealt with understanding. The manager
was a phone call away and always replied quickly. Liaise with NHS professionals and dealt with any issues with prompt action and made sure everyone worked together in harmony for the best care for the patient, and supported the next of kin through a difficult time.
