service has always been professional but friendly and the carers themselves have been prompt, efficient and caring. Alterations to her care needs have been seamless and nothing appears to phase them!
Mum doesn't want to go into a care home and Evesham Helping Hands provide the service to help make sure she doesn't have to.

Brilliant service with no complaints, they help shower and dress my husband, and on a Friday, they strip the bed.
Our main carer, Louise, is great. She is very efficient and comes in knowing where everything is, and I do not need to even tell her. She gets on well with my husband and always cleans

Both carers are excellent nothing is too much trouble. The standard of cleaning is first rate. When I had an appointment at the hospital a person to do a job came and she made sure he was who he said he was before letting him in.

I always have complete peace of mind when going away, knowing that my mum is well cared for. From the initial meeting and setting up the care, everything has been handled smoothly and professionally. All of the carers have always provided a professional approach in attending my parents. Being of a certain 'hardy' generation (both born in the early 1930's), they had always prided themselves on being self-sufficient. It was no easy task to gently get them to admit the time had come when they needed
more help than they, or us, could provide. After careful consideration, we commissioned Helping Hands in Sept 2021. Every member of the team has always demonstrated a nurturing and thoughtful persona. Their humility (and sometimes required firmness) is a credit to their employers. Every staff member is a great ambassador for the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending H H to anyone seeking a supportive service for their loved ones.

My experience of Helping Hands as generally very good, providing just the right amount of care, also company and conversation, which I do need. Mostly, I have the same helper - very good. The office is good at providing info about this, and I do appreciate the text of the details sent previously. I
also appreciate the same helper coming each week. They are almost a member of the family.

I've been with HH for nearly 20 years, required due a disability.
It's primarily as a means to enable me to start the day - out of bed, and have breakfast..
This service has helped very much, through good to bad periods, which can change at short notice.

Carers are able to adapt to to my needs without any problems, and l have confidence in this aspect.

So, to finalise, Helping Hands is a positive aspect of my daily living, and one that I'm very pleased to have.

I have experienced excellent service from the Bromsgrove branch of Helping Hands. The management are responsive and knowledgeable about their area of business. They respond to changes on the medication, reply to emails promptly and are very flexible and keen to work with their clients. The carers are
top drawer and are keen to make living in your own home as normal and as comfortable as possible. They are friendly and no request is too difficult. I have had a wonderful time with the carers and look forward to their visits.

Very happy with the level of care mum receives. Staff have quickly learnt how mum prefers her routines etc. They have become familiar with her interests which promotes conversations that she will participate in. As a family we now have great peace of mind ensuring that her medication is being safely
administered, and also that she is being monitored and checked twice a day.

Helainna created a specific package of care for us at very short notice enabling us to get a loved one home from hospital as per her wish.

The care that the Helping Hands staff have given over the last 4 months, & are continuing to give, has meant mum can live independently whilst giving the rest of the family peace of mind. We trust the team, & know that they are doing what's needed in a professional yet caring way. As Mum's needs change,
the care plan has been adjusted promptly.
Online access allows us to monitor the carers notes & feedback meaning we feel fully informed at all times.
I can heartily recommend Helping Hands as a caring, flexible & professional company.
