My nephew received excellent service from the helping hands carers. He had severe swollen legs for two months there care and constant creaming and time spent on massaging his legs made them all go down and the skin healed up lovely.The carers at home were creaming but not spending time massaging his legs. They were all very friendly and chatty which made him comfortable from the start.Well done team.

This is a great, supportive service. My mum enjoys the visits and looks forward to getting out and about if she has anyone calling who is able to take her out in the car. If there are any issues my mum is confident to raise them and they are dealt with.

Their professionalism, dedication and warmth have not only improved Mum's quality of life but but have also provided great reassurance to our family. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support they provide.

Helping Hands have been visiting my parents for over 2 years at lunchtime making lunch, sandwiches for their tea, giving medication and some housework. I have found them very professional at all times, always on time and communicate well. They will always contact me if they have any concerns about my parents, all the care workers appear to enjoy their job and are very kind. I would highly recommend them.

Communication has not been very good lately, and staff levels need improvement. I feel staff should be more persistent in getting mum to do tasks especially around personal hygiene, but she can be difficult. Generally they all seem friendly enough.

Initial contact with the manager at the review visit was conducted in a professional and timely manner. We were listened to and information was gathered and adhered to. The carers were kind and considerate to my mother's changing needs. We had good two way communication and worked together to solve issues re medication. They work with mother has improved her health and wellbeing. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Care provider.

All of the Helping Hands carers are warmly welcomed by my wife when they arrive at our house each morning to assist her with showering and dressing. The carer is always on time, courteous and treats my wife with dignity, consequently they have all built up a very pleasant relationship with my wife. They always leave the bathroom neat and tidy when they leave and ensure that all tasks concerning my wife's well being have been well catered for. I have no problem in recommending Helping Hands Preston to friends and relatives.

My 91 year old mum has a carer once a week to help her bathe. I also engage a carer daily for her whilst I am on holiday for a welfare visit. Helping Hands employ wonderful carers who mum really likes, they are always on time and stay for the allotted period. I have recommended them to several friends for their parents. The office staff are very helpful and keep you informed of the rota and any invoices.

They are very friendly and helpful. The staff in the office go above and beyond to accomodate any special requests. They are the most patient carer's who have treated Mother with great care and dignity.

Very good excellent thanks.. always prompt polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Living on my own it was invaluable in the morning to get showered, dressed downstairs and breakfast . I understand weekends are difficult to fill but that proved no problem to you. I would certainly if need be use you again I'm thoroughly recommend asked to consider the packages you offer. I had the pleasure of having daily nursing care for my father in the latter stages of dementia. From the very first contact the service was amazing. The management were always available to help,always looking to do their very best for me and dad. The nursing staff incredible always going the extra mile whenever needed truly a credit to the profession.without doubt I could not have managed during this time without them and even when dad went into residential care they still went to see him settled. They were and are like extra family so much so that on dads passing they attended his funeral. Cannot praise the whole team enough, my dad loved them and so did I, we will be forever grateful.

The staff are very professional, caring, kind and friendly and the management team always available and positively responsive to mums needs. Highly recommended.

A person-centred service was provided from the commencement of the care package. This enabled me to complete my own tasks confident that all her care needs would be met and she would have enjoyed the company. The carers understood the importance of talking, listening and explaining to people living with dementia. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

Both my husband and I know that he is receiving from all his morning and evening carers such excellent help in all that they do during their visits. They laugh along with him, treat him with respect, listen to him and talk with him (not at him!). They are very diligent in all that they do, and I am informed straightaway (with his knowledge and permission) if there is any cause for concern regarding his health. I know that he feels very 'comfortable' with them, and I notice clearly that they brighten his day/eves by being there to help him and to make him feel he is safe and cared for, and they do not make him feel as though he's being rushed. I do wish I'd discovered this care company before, but so relieved now that I have. The bottom line is that Helping Hands Preston keeps their promise in what they say, they will do; they do it with kindness, understanding, empathy, and very reliable also.

All the staff have been very good without exception. Efficient, reliable and caring. I will be happy to recommend Helping Hands to others. I have needed short-term care following surgery, so I have needed help to regain my independence
