They are very patient with you, even if you repeat your problems and they try to help you. It can be very helpful sometimes especially if you feel a bit down. Having help with household chores is appreciated and going for walks with somebody you can have a laugh with.

Very satisfied with the personal care provided by carers from Helping Hands. We have some excellent regulars and a variety of other carers who are efficient, but lack the knowledge of the patients sometimes. Therefore maybe they need a shadow with each patient they are likely to meet. Timings are excellent now.

I have been using Helping Hands for the last five months following a stay in hospital, and I could not be more grateful, even though I see different carers every single one of them has been outstanding- always helpful, friendly and kind. They work with great initiative, doing everything that needs to be done without any prompting. They also go out of their way to do those little extra things that make daily life easier for me, feeling safe and confident in your own home is so important and their support during this difficult time has given me total peace of mind. I recommend them highly to anyone needing care after leaving a long stay in hospital.

All the staff at Helping Hands Camberley are.kind,caring, respecrful , and evertrhing is left neat and tidy.. It is very obvious to see they are very well trained.They always chat with my Dad to see he is okay and include him in their conversations. They are very encouraging when they see he is progressing well and encourage him if he is struggling. On the odd occasion when we have had to ring the office the managers are also very helpful and . respond quickly. I would not hesitate to.recomend Helping Hands Camberley to others.

This Agency has been a true godsend to my family when my mum suddenly lost all her mobility at the beginning of the year, they came to our rescue. They have never let us down. They have been very accommodating and flexible to any requests. Communication has always been very good. We have received a very professional and competent service from them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the very beginning, the team demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. My daughter has recently been going through a mental health crisis, the team at Helping hands Horley have been extremely helpful and supportive being instrumental in getting her the help she needed from the NHS even when the NHS were quite reluctant to give it. It is very reassuring for me to know that my daughter's care is in such good hands.

During an extended hospital stay, my family found Helping Hands to help care for me after being released. They have been a true blessing! All the staff are so kind and genuinely want to help and have a passion for their jobs. Whether that is the office staff, who have been supportive, empathetic, communicative and happy to help. The carers themselves are caring, helpful and have compassion. They help me with housework, physio, making meals and so much more. They are personable and help make me feel like I am not alone, even on bad days. They truly listen and I cannot emphasize enough how brilliant they all are. I am so happy my family found them, and thankful for everything they have done and continue to do. I urgently needed to put some care in place for my Stepmother, and the Team at Helping Hands were brilliant and sorted it out the same day. They came round to my Stepmother's house within an hour to do an assessment, and a preliminary care package was sorted out. I was extremely impressed with the service and their kindness and professional attitude. Once the care has begun, I will write another review about the service itself.

As the recipient of their care I appreciate the positive and friendly attitude of all the carers and attention to detail is always excellent , which makes the caring less intrusive for the household. Everything they can possibly do on each visit they do.

I have now used Hayley and her team for two family members, my father and more recently my wife. Both with very different care needs. My mother is 103 years old and still lives alone but requires us to attend her daily to assist her as she has mobility issues and poor eyesight, so when we took a respite break for a week we turned to helping hands to support and care for her while we were away. I cannot speak more highly of the support and care that she was given, going being what we expected to ensure she was well looked after. While we were away we had access to an online portal where we could read a daily care report, this gave us the confidence to know that all her needs had been attended to and certainly made our holiday more relaxing. We will not hesitate to use their service again in the future.

The care provided for my Mother has been outstanding. The most important aspect is paying attention to the smaller details, which may not seem important, but can make Mum's day to day living more comfortable. Such as offering to change her hearing aid batteries if she can't hear what they are saying or talking loudly. Just noticing things that need to be done without being told or instructed. All these sorts of things make a big difference. If you know the carer pays attention to the small stuff, you know the basics are being done right.
